DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived at the house, the kids were so excited. They were running around, checking out all the rooms. When they looked at their socks.. they were all black. The socks were actually sticking to the floor it was so filthy. They jumped in the pool, to only get out and smell of sulfur. We rented the house for the Elsa room. That room had a faulty fire alarm that went off almost every night around midnight and woke up the girls (5yrs old) 3 out of 4 nights. It was a disaster. It kept saying smoke on 2nd floor. We were there for a cheer competition and the girls were crying every night, exhausted. The staff had yet to fix it till the very last day, no matter how much I complained. I have pictures and video. The air conditioner units were so loud, they had to be cleaned as well. The crib mattress that I used for my 8 month old daughter, was covered in urine. I had to demand a new one.. which wasn’t brought to me until 2 days in. I had to cover it in towels, and 2 sheets that I brought myself. The house is filthy, needs to be painted. All the kids rooms are covered in dirt and dust. I bet if I looked at the mattresses they would be urine soaked as well. It is NOT a 5 star stay. We stayed here, with only 10 people, because we wanted a clean house. This is not it. I rented the house for the Elsa room, and it was a disaster for our kids. I had asked for a partial refund and was ignored so here is my review. So many videos, I wish they would let me upload them.
