My family and I overall had a positive stay at this home. The house was very clean, the pool was wonderful. We had an issue with ants when we first arrived but the home owner made sure the problem was addressed.I really do want to compliment the home owner for the quality of communication. They were very concerned with making sure our needs were addressed.There is plenty of space for the family to stretch out, 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen (maybe 1 or 2 more baking pans would be helpful).You cannot beat the proximity to Disney. At most, in normal traffic, you're about 12 minutes away from Magic Kingdom, 10 from Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and 9 from Animal Kingdom. You're 5 minutes from a Walmart for your groceries.If we go to Florida again, we'll definitely look at the availability of this property. The price is a steal.

Property great great great location for Disney Walmart for groceries gas only minutes away, but this is Disney and traffic is the delay, but location is perfectProperty good but a few issues, housekeeping wise, bulbs various locations kitchen front entrance pool some light switches not sure what they were for, pool cord for fan in master bedroom needs attention stays on full speed, unable to open patio door to pool area a set of blinds in breakfast nook by pool, anchors pulled out of casing. Washer and dryer look to be in good condition but dryer door would not stay closed. It had been used roughly in my opinion. We did have a problem with pool heat management company, attempted, a quick repair, but out of there, control technicians did not show up for a few days, but the owner did through the management company extended the pool heat. It was good of them, but we were quite busy that part of our stay. Nothing bad enough that I would not rent again. Still thought it was a good value.

Overall, excellent stay! Super close for us to drive to the parks and shopping. Super quiet neighborhood. There is a nice pool, but the weather was too cold to use it. It was wonderful to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 4 women on vacation.

My kids could have lived in the pool and we loved the set up of the house all the bedrooms close together and near the living room. And it was quite close to restaurants, Disney the highway. It could use a little updating and I did not like the neighbors across the street but would stay there again it was a good price

Property manager & owner made sure that we were prepared for Hurricane Milton. The eye passed within 20-miles of the house. We all slept through it. :)

The house was clean and close to disney. About 20 mins from universal. Great location close to restaurants. Management responded quickly to some questions i had.

We came and stayed just a few days for a wedding. Everything was fabulous, but it would have been better if it was better stocked. We had to purchase toilet paper and laundry detergent to wash the towels the owners asked us to wash. There wasn’t any available even for one load.

This was a really good location for getting to all the Disney and Universal locations. The place was clean and had what we needed. The only minor drawback is the mattress in the master bedroom slopes out on both sides.

We were in Orlando for a Volleyball Tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. This home was perfect for the 7 of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have our own pool for those hot summer days. Everything was so smooth and effortless. Thank you for your hospitality and would highly recommend this unit!

The house was very clean and well equipped. Every room looked very pretty and towels in the bathrooms made it look like a resort. Very nice screened pool. Conveniently located at 5 minutes from a Walmart. Close to all the theme parks. Great place for a family to stay.

My first impression when I checked in was negative. A few items need to be replaced -- outside light and inside chandelier bulbs burned out, the overhead garage door wouldn't open, the high traffic areas of the carpet were very dirty, and one of the toilets was not seated properly. I contacted the property manager, and all of these items were addressed quickly. Working with the owner, we were able to share the cost of installing a pool rail so my disabled wife could use the pool. The property is not very handicapped-friendly, but we managed/adapted with some minor difficulty. Mahesh, the property owner, and I communicated well, and it was a pleasure working with him.

I stayed in this house with 6 people for the Disney Marathon weekend. It was a super short drive to the park and very close to restaurants and stores. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy check in process as well.

The house is pretty clean. There were some little ants but overall all the stuff you need is in the house. The mattresses were really soft in the queen beds. We slept most of the time on the twin beds because those mattresses were much harder. I would give them 5 stars if the mattresses were harder. The house is located close to Disney and in a nice neighborhood. Walmart and restaurants are very close. I would rent it again if the mattresses are changed.

The house was beautiful and in a terrific neighborhood. Property better than pictures shown. We loved the house. However the bedroom furniture was cheaply made and falling apart and owner wanting to charge me for bed falling apart.

I have rented many condos and houses in the Kissimmee/ Orlando area over the years and this was one of the worst experiences. Upon arrival there were things that were not acceptable for the cost. The first thing was the lighting.The outside light was so dirty you can not see the lock pad. The lights in 3/4 bedrooms had stems missing and you could not turn those lamps on. The carpets in the bedrooms were light coloured and quite stained. Not welcoming for cleanliness. Then the worst part was entering the kitchen. There were colonies of ants all over the kitchen counters, bathroom counters and bathtroom floors.The owners were notified and had an exterminator come set traps Faceclothes were limited total of 3-4 I believe and no dish washers clothes. Only dish dryers. One of the beds the sheets kept coming off and we had to buy new sheets of a better quality. The bedroom with twin beds you are unable to access the closet as one of the beds blocked the door.They only left 3 dishwasher pads and a party of 4 or more you would need more. We paid 30 dollars extra for pool heat and had to report that this was to be turned on Saturday of our arrival but a part was broken and we didn`t get use until Thursday at noon. We left early Saturday. They did give us the money back for the pool charge. A shower handle got stuck on hot which meant we also had visits from plumber, electrician gas guy, property manager and of course the exterminator a few days before. No compensation offered by owner
