Video games were broken, ants were in all the bathrooms on counters and tubs also on kitchen islands /counters. They blend in with marble look for movement. Property management company was terrible. They acted like it was normal. However we don't do bugs. Home is out dated especially bathrooms and need upgrades. But decor is a picturedPool was extremely dirty, i understand it rains but we should have arrived to a clean pool, not one filled with leaves and debris. Mind you we arrive in the area 5 hours before check-in( waited at community pool)so it did not rain that day.. Property manager said the next pool cleaning was the day of our departure which made the house not worth it.. pool is also small. Picture angles make it look alot bigger.Property manager agreed to credit/refund part of the stay. We are still fighting to get the credits 90days later. Had video proof of everything mentioned
