We arrived at the townhouse 3 hours after check in time and there were people there cleaning. I didn’t think too much about it at the time because they said they had stopped by and didn’t think it was clean enough but then when it was time for bed the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed so I went and bought laundry detergent and washed all the bedding myself. I messaged the owner but didn’t hear anything back. We didn’t have any other issues with the townhouse itself but on our last night we heard screaming and loud bangs from next door and a little while after that the police came and asked if we had called them. We were a little creeped out by that but it’s not the owners fault who rents the units next to us. We enjoyed the pool and water park and the close location to a lot of restaurants.
