I was disappointed to bring my family to this accommodation. Arrived after delayed flights to not being able to access the place because we were given the wrong code. The beds were not very comfortable with two rooms that were on top of each other. Rarely had hot water no matter what time of day. It was clean. Patio faced a busy road and not a place you would want to spend time. When we could not get the shower to work in the less than desirable second shower the property manager was quick to respond. I left something valuable behind and have not had a response to my inquiry.

We recently stayed at this property. The home itself was nice and generally comfortable, though a bit outdated in decor and finishes. The location was very convenient — about 15 minutes from Disney — and there were plenty of nearby amenities like grocery stores and restaurants, which made things easy during our stay.Unfortunately, our arrival experience was extremely frustrating. We arrived around 9:00 PM after traveling all day with a toddler, and the door code provided by the host did not work. We were unable to reach the host for several hours, and VRBO was not able to reach the host either. That should never happen - there should always be an option listed for emergency purposes. Standing outside late at night with a tired toddler was incredibly stressful. Eventually, we were able to get in touch with the property manager, who gave us the code to the lockbox next to the door so we could access the key. While I understand that property managers may handle logistics, the correct emergency contact information should be clearly provided to prevent situations like this. After looking through previous reviews, I noticed this seems to have happened to other guests, which made the situation even more disappointing.Additionally, we had ongoing issues with the microwave. We needed to use it often to heat up food for our toddler, but it repeatedly tripped the breaker and could not be used consistently. It’s a decent place but we wouldn’t return due to these issues.

The pictures definitely were better than the actual place. The condo was in an unlit area that was rundown. Inside of the condo was updated but not the greatest condition. Stairs to the bedrooms were difficult to climb with luggage. It was difficult to reach the vrbo contact when the front door battery died and we were locked out of the condo.

We arrived at the townhouse 3 hours after check in time and there were people there cleaning. I didn’t think too much about it at the time because they said they had stopped by and didn’t think it was clean enough but then when it was time for bed the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed so I went and bought laundry detergent and washed all the bedding myself. I messaged the owner but didn’t hear anything back. We didn’t have any other issues with the townhouse itself but on our last night we heard screaming and loud bangs from next door and a little while after that the police came and asked if we had called them. We were a little creeped out by that but it’s not the owners fault who rents the units next to us. We enjoyed the pool and water park and the close location to a lot of restaurants.

Unit was clean and easy to check in. The community amenities were enjoyable and easy to access. Quick response from property manager when a water issue arose and remedied quickly. Kitchen was fully stocked allowing for meals to be prepared and enjoyed at the dinning table or out on the screened porch. Downstairs shower handle not the easiest to use. Overall, quiet and relaxing and the leg massager was much appreciated after a day of walking at the parks!!! Would recommend this location!!

5 Day Stay for Tournament

Great home even though it is a little dated. Good location for access to waterpark and tiki bar across the street. This home had just about everything we needed like pots, pans, plates, bowels, plenty of utensils, towels, face/hand towels, dish detergent, liquid for laundry, washer/dryer, air fryer, and different coffee equipment options. Basketball court and batting cage down the side walk. We could of used more trash bags and we had to go get a sponge to spot wash the dishes. I do recommend this property and would stay again.

Short trek to Disney

Pool area is nice at the resort and easy to get to, just across the quiet street, great restaurants near by. Try Martin’s BBQ!! Owner is great!!
