The property was amazing, location was great and the resort was perfect for the days spent by the pools. We chose the pool near the condo, which was walking distance, and was very quiet. Check in and check out was super easy and the instructions / directions provided prior to arrival were extremity accurate.Our host Michael was wonderful and kept us informed of everything we needed to know, I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend

The location is great, with many amenities within walking distance. It is very clean and spacious. I loved the added touch of getting to enjoy a Nespresso coffee. I also appreciated a few items left, such as mini dish soap and a packet to wash laundry if needed. The themed room was such a nice touch that even our teens enjoyed it. We had a minor issue with our door code not working and the pool key card being deactivated, we sent a quick note to the owner, and he was very quick to respond and assisted in helping us resolve these minor issues. The property views from the balcony are also very nice, and I highly recommend this location for your next stay.

Very pleased

Very clean, the keypad door lock is a nice feature, and the unit is just as advertised. As a bonus, we got to try a Nespresso machine... now we are looking to buy one for home :-) A nice touch was having coffee supplies for all 3 types of units there, soaps, paper towels, etc. It sure came in handy as we had a midnight arrival.

AMAZING

The apartment was exactly like the photos and it was in prestime conditions. Michael was amazing, aways responds fast and with every information that you need. Its close to everything and in a wery well guarded community, we felt very safe there. It has everything that you could possible need and more, I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment,quite and all facilities close by. Parks would be about 25 minutes by car each day which is great. We got unlucky with allot of roadworks on the highway. Michael was very responsive to all questions,before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome

I scheduled a vacation getaway for my 6 year old cousin. When the children walked in the marvel room they were excited and that room made the entire vacation. Regardless to what park they visited, they were excited to return to the room. I am so happy that the apartment was chosen. The overall experience from reservations to check out was well organized and a great experience. Thanks to Michael I will never forget how wonderful it was. Looking forward to our next vacation with VRBO.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Michael's condo and were very pleased with our choice of accommodations. Beautifully furnished and extremely clean. The condo is conveniently located to Disney World parks (~20 minutes) and within a manageable driving distance to Universal Studios and Sea World (~40-45 minutes). It is located in a very quiet area and there was absolutely no noise from any other tenants/guests. Plenty of parking spaces available directly in front of the building. Michael is very responsive to messages/questions and obviously cares about his guests enjoying their stay. I would certainly choose this property again when visiting Orlando.

Clean and comfortable

Stayed at Michaels property while in town for Summit Cheer Competition at ESPN. The condo was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. Appreciate the fact that there were cleaning supplies to wipe off counters and table to help with cleanliness. Michael was always quick to respond when there was a question. I would stay at this condo again if available.

This property was excellent… clean, spacious and comfortable! Everything was exactly as it was described and shown in the pictures. Owner was communicative and checkin was easy. Spent a week here while we watched our son play in a college baseball tournament. Feel guilty that we never used the Marvel bedroom, it’s adorable. Should have done some of my Zoom work meetings with that background. Got some relaxing time at one of the pools, there are multiple to choose from. Good selection of chain restaurants all within 10 minutes.

12 Night Stay

This is the 3rd time staying at one of Michael's properties. Let me tell you how much he cares for the well being of his "renters". We were staying for 12 nights. On or around the second night, the kitchen spatula broke. I notified Michael, and that evening a new spatula was delivered via Amazon. Who does that? That's how much he cares. Incredible condo. The view, the cleanliness, is off the charts. You will not be disappointed in renting one of Michael's 8 properties at Reunion!!

Nice condo on golf course

Property was as advertised/pictured. We stayed for 1 full month and had everything we needed in the unit. Michael was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be renting from him again next year.

We had an amazing time at this condo. Felt just like home as we had all the comforts. Everything was readily available for our use. Mike was a great host and helped us with everything along the way. Great Condo, Location & Host

We enjoyed 6 days in Michael's condo in November 2021. The condo is in great condition with very nice furnishings. We enjoyed opening the doors in the master bedroom and den allowing the nice warm breeze inside the condo and sitting out on both balconies watching the golfers. The master bedroom is on the golf course side and the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side. My daughter enjoyed two nights there before reporting to camp and liked the fact that she had a whole wing to herself with a bathroom. The washer and dryer are top notch as well as the kitchen appliances. My husband enjoyed how quickly the ice maker worked. Usually, we have to buy bags of ice, but not in Michael's condo. The location was excellent. There is a Dunking Donuts, Publix, and several eateries directly across the street. My daughter attended a camp in Championsgate and we have stayed there before. In comparison, Reunion Resort was less congested and quieter and only two miles from Championsgate. Michael's condo was definitely worth the trade off and communication with him was superb. We hope to stay there again when we return to the area.

Better than a Disney/Universal Resort

To have a beautiful and comfortable condo is so much better than a cramped hotel! Not to mention the reasonable price point! Just a short drive… 15 min to Disney and 30 min to Universal. Comfortable beds and beautiful views of the golf course. Multiple on-site pools and restaurants to choose from. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend!

Great value alternative to staying onsite for Disney

We stayed here for 10 days in July as a family of 4 - 2 adults plus 2 teens while mostly visiting Disney. Apartment - Spacious accommodation and nicely furnished, exactly like in the pictures with plenty of room in the bedrooms and on the balconies for everyone to get some alone time at the end of a long day, but also space to be together for movies and dinner. Comfortable beds. Decent WIFI and smart TVs, as well as an Xbox for those interested. Washing machine and dryer super helpful to have and reduce need for so much luggage. Nice view over the golf course. Area - Couple of quiet pools in the Reunion complex within a few minutes walk were a nice break. Gym, other pools, a big supermarket, and several decent restaurants all within a few minutes drive. Disney parks averaged around 30 mins drive, as traffic can be busy - one of the trade-offs for staying off-site and getting more space for your money. Host - Michael the host was super responsive throughout and check-in was a breeze (automated key code). He was also able to quickly resolve one small issue of our own doing, which was great. Overall a good option to consider for your Orlando stay.

A week in early March

Outstanding condo with a spectacular view of the 11th green at the Palmer course. Condo was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Michael, the Manager was crystal clear in his checkin/checkout procedures, which is very helpful. Definitely enjoyed this 3rd floor condo and will rent again with absolutely no reservations! Highly recommend!
