The good stuff:•Very spacious unit.•Owner was prompt to respond to any issues or questions.•Check-in/out was very easy.•Condo unit was very quiet and parking was convenient.The not so good stuff:•Although it’s somewhat clean (on a surface level), the unit needs a deep clean. The floor was dirty, behind some of the furniture was old food from previous stays and it was not cleaned in the nooks and crannies.•The drains all need to be cleaned out as there was a foul smell coming from them when showering or using the sinks.•The screen doors on the patio needs repair. Some of them don’t slide like they should.•The king-size bed in the master bedroom was somewhat comfortable, however it was uneven as some of the bed frame legs appeared to be broken and were propped up on some sort of stand.•Although the condo complex seems very safe and is in a safe neighborhood, it would be better if there was a dead bolt lock that could be secured when we were inside the unit.• Had to disable a smoke detector that started beeping at 1:00am. When the battery was removed, it was all corroded. It would be best to do a maintenance change of all batteries every 6 months to avoid this.• The unit has very dated décor and needs updating.Overall, this would be a great unit if the owner would 1) give it a good deep clean on a monthly schedule, 2) make some minor repairs and have a maintenance program for other things. 3) update the décor and some appliances/dishes.
