We had some trouble with the heating of the pool but the management company got someone out there to fix it and made it right. We much appreciate that. The game room was a big hit with the whole family!! The rooms were very comfortable. The security at the gate was very nice and welcoming. This house was close to Disney and Disney Springs which is the reason we chose this area. We had a really nice stay at this home. Thank you!!

The staff answered our questions quickly. Th house was perfect for our needs. We loved the little extras that we don’t usually see, like extra towels, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc. small things that make a big difference. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2025

The home was absolutely gorgeous just like the listing described! I was in awe as soon as I walked in. The only hiccup was getting the gate access pass it took a bit of persistence, reaching out for three days straight before I was finally added to the list. But once that was sorted, everything else was smooth sailing!

Perfect spot for a family Vacay

My family stayed here for 10 days and were very pleased with everything. The kids were in the pool pretty much the whole time! The big communal pool was fun but a little strict for rules, but the kids had fun! The resort has wonderful security so we felt safe the whole time. A very central location about 20 minutes to Disney world, old town, universal etc. Management is great, they were very accommodating for everything we needed! The washing machine broke during our stay and they replaced with a new one in 1 day! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Enjoyable stay

The host was helpful. Loved the layout of the house. The pool had to be shocked and the garage/lounge area could use some updating. Overall, we had a good time. Place was clean and relaxing. I would stay there again.

We had a great time.

Property was as described. House was clean. Every communication with the property manager was answered promptly. The only glitch had was the original access code didn’t work but it was resolved in 20 minutes. Two things that would make a great house even better would be the addition of a few lounge chairs and a grill around the pool.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay in Solterra for March break - 2 families- 4 adults and 6 kids. This was our second time in the Solterra community and it did not disappoint! We never had any issues with wait times at the road entering into the community, nor any wait times to get into the resort area. We were aware of the $35 resort fee ahead of time so no surprises. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for the week. It even included small toiletries in the bathrooms, a small dish soap, scrubbie, small box of garbage bags and roll of paper towels in the kitchen which was appreciated. The home was clean, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The backyard pool area was very spacious, the pool was nice and warm and kids swam all week long. Our only comment on the home was that some of the outdoor patio chairs around the table were unsafe/unusable as they were very broken. And the lighting in the garage was very dim, making it hard to enjoy a game of pool at night time as it was very dark. We brought one of the lamps out of a bedroom to try to brighten it a bit! The property manager / host was incredibly responsive with any issues we had- and easy to get a hold of either through text or phone call. Very accommodating! We were really impressed with their level of service. We had a great stay, and would definitely book this home again for future stays!

Awesome house in cool neighbourhood

Had a great time. House was clean and well maintained. All necessary amenities to get you started. Patio and pool was great size for our group of 12. Neighbourhood was quiet and well kept. Nothing negative to say. Had a fabulous time!

House very nice, furnishing are worn, and community is loud

We like the house a lot and it had plenty of bedrooms and baths, so it was easy to get out in the morning. Our biggest issue with the house itself was the number of chairs that were broken and unusable around the pool. Fortunately, there were only 8 adults, so we could make do, but a larger group would have a problem. The resort has a nice pool, but on the last day we were there, they wanted to charge us around $40 to use it. I was told the resort policy has changed but since we were already there, they would let us in. If you are booking now you should be aware of that. Be prepared for a lack of parking. There are 2 spots in the driveway, so if you have more than 2 cars (we had 3), be prepared to walk. Most of the time we were able to get one of the 4 spots on the entire street. When you don't you need to search for somewhere else to park. One night we had to park a car .25 miles away, and on Friday night, it was more than half a mile away. It also is not a quiet community. There were 2 nights that nearby homes were having loud parties well past midnight, so if you are a light sleeper, you may have a difficult time. So even though the house was very nice and the price outstanding, I wouldn't recommend it.

Be prepared to clean

The home was the perfect size the community was lovely but be prepared to wash all the linens everything needed to be washed the furnishings in the pool area had multiple broken chairs, hot tub area had a large amount of muddy sludge around the perimeter, and cigarette butts the walls in one of the bathroom had brown stuff smeared on it..all in all the amount I paid was not worth the work I had to do to enjoy my stay And no I never called to complain it was just better to do it myself

Family vacation

This property worked out great for our family and friends. There was 13 of us and this house was perfect. We cooked every evening to help save money for the park. Everything was in the kitchen that was needed. The only thing i would have asked more for is another fridge in the garage. With that many people in one house it would have been nice to have another fridge for drinks.

Great family vacay

The property was just as described. Great decor in the Star Wars and Harry Potter room. Pool and backyard was awesome. Only downside was no grill! Location was @25-30 min to Disney but 45-50 min to Universal. Traffic was pretty brutal on I-4. I would definitely return to this property again.

The house was nice and we had a really nice time overall. Unfortunately, when we arrived the access code didn't work. After repeatedly calling management, someone finally responded and got us the proper access code. There was actually a dirty pan in the oven with food in it from the last guest (gross). I assume the cleaning crew forgot to check/clean the oven. Otherwise everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed the house and the outdoor area.

Bare minimum comforts

I rented this home for my family, including in laws. A total of 11 people. We rented this home based on the number of bedrooms and amenities. To start, we were unaware the pool heat was an extra charged. I messaged the property manager, agreed to pay for the pool heat and was told it would take 24-48 hours to warm up to 88 degrees. After two days pool was still not heated, a technician came to the home and said the heater was never turned on. I again contacted the Property manager and he agreed to wave the fee and left the pool heat on for us. By the morning of checkout it was finally warm enough to use, but since we were leaving we didn’t get to use it. My second issue with this home was the kitchen. There was absolutely nothing left from the last renters. I have rented homes for years and usually you have a Pam spray, seasoning, or something to start with in the kitchen. There was zero. There is not enough cutlery for multiple family use, pots and pans were warped and IMO, dangerous to use since the handles were wobbly. Only three burners work on the stove, half of the toaster did not function. The washing machine also turned all my white clothes grey. My third issue was that the beds were very uncomfortable. My 17 year old had to sleep on a bed with a mattress that was tilted to the right so she felt like she was going to fall out of bed every night. The king mattress in my room was as hard as the floor. We were also drawn to this home bc of the “resort style” community. We were never given a code to access these facilities and had to rely on the kindness of strangers to let us in since the staff had off for the holidays. Definitely not worth the money and a very disappointing experience.

Wonderful time - close to theme parks

We loved our stay at this property! We were there in mid-November for 10 days. On arrival, we were afforded early check in by a couple of hours, which really helped our group, since we drove down from Michigan. We initially had some trouble with the door code, but got a call back fairly quickly, and they gave us a back up code that worked. We also had paid for a heated pool, and that wasn't done prior to our arrival, like we were told it would be, however that was also remedied right away when we called. The property owners were responsive and the place was very clean and nice! The pool and hot tub (once the heat was working) were simply wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, including Thanksgiving dinner, and the supplied bath towels and beach towels were a nice touch. The TV had all of the streaming stations, and the game room had a lot of fun things to keep the kids occupied. We thought the beds were pretty hard in all of the bedrooms, but that's just personal preference. The community center pool with the slide was really fun for my son, and the day we were there, they even had some sort of kid's event going on with music, dancing, and games that was fun as well. The guard-house entrance into the community was very busy all the time, and that was a bit frustrating, since getting back to the house took a long time, especially after a long day at Disney or Universal, but we understand that it was just the safety protocols and we tried to be patient. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at this home, and would for sure stay again!

Trip for Universal

Check-in and check-out were easy. Pool and spa were great! We really enjoyed the game room. Had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this property.
