Our stunning 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. Two master suites each feature a private master bathroom, while the home also includes three additional full bathrooms and a convenient powder room. Enjoy three living rooms – a formal space, a casual lounge, and an inviting outdoor living area. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

Emerald Island is a secure gated resort. Every person entering Emerald Island must be registered with security. There are two lanes upon the approach to the security gate. The right lane is for everyone who has already registered and homeowners (both of which have key cards) Simply tap your card and the gate will open for you. The left lane is for guests who are not registered yet. Security will already be aware of your booking, so you simply provide them with ID and license plate number of your vehicle and they will direct you to the clubhouse where you will get your gate access card. The access card is an additional one time fee. The fee is $20+tax for each vehicle registered with the resort. This is regardless of length of stay. If your party has 3 vehicles, then all 3 vehicles must be registered and pay $20+tax each to receive an access card. Once registered and you have received your access card(s), you will use the right lane upon entering the resort each time.

Amenities at Emerald Island Resort

The resort has a community pool and spa where you can meet new friends during your stay. Located at clubhouse, it also has a tiki bar which serves drinks and a small array of quick food items, a gym, and a business centre.

There is a beautiful walking trail near the entrance to the resort.

There is a basketball court, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a mini golf course, bike rentals, and 3 playground areas.

CLUBHOUSE

Open from 8AM to 10PM, our clubhouse includes guest services, our sauna and gym, our main pool, spa and the Tiki Bar. We offer a business center with available printer and meeting rooms.

TIKI BAR

Located poolside at the Clubhouse, our Tiki Bar is open daily from 11am to 10pm, hot foods and snacks, cold beer, wine based liquors, and wine.

Live music and karaoke frequently. Please check our calendar.

POOL AND SPA

Community heated pool and spa are open daily from 8am to 10pm. Located right next to the Tiki Bar should you get hungry or thirsty.

Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty and that all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

SAUNA

Recently renovated, our dry sauna is the perfect thing after a long day walking or playing. Warm those sore muscles.

VOLLEYBALL COURT

Beautifully situated near the main gate, our volleyball court waits for you and your friends and family to come play!

NATURE TRAIL

Nestled in the heart of the community is 11 acres of natural woodland with a concrete pavement winding through it. A place of solitude and quiet, a place to reflect on the wonders of nature, away from the general bustle of today's busy lifestyle.


SPORTS COURTS

Located next to the Phase 2 gate, our sports courts include tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball.


EXERCISE ROOM

Located in the clubhouse and open daily from 8am to 10pm, our gym is the perfect place to build up your stamina before venturing into the theme parks. You're going to need it.


PLAYGROUNDS

We have three playgrounds, conveniently located throughout the resort.
Not quite The Hulk or Rise of the Resistance, but with a child's imagination these playgrounds can be anywhere they want.

We will do our best to ensure that all photos and descriptions are up to date. If you are booking well in advance, please be advised that certain aspects of the home may be changed due to repair, maintenance, or other reasons. For example, new sofas, bedding, other decor, and more. We will attempt to always have the most current and up-to-date photos and descriptions of the home.

Guest access
All guests will have private access to the full home and the pool deck.

Guests will also have access to everything on the resort. The resort has a community pool and spa, a gym, a tiki bar, a beautiful walking trail through nature, 2 playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, and more. All these are free of charge for guests. There is also a business centre, mini golf course, and bike rentals. These amenities are an additional cost to the guest.


Additional rules

Our home is 100% smoke free and pet free and parties are not permitted. Ashtrays are provided for use on the pool deck. Anyone found to be in violation of these may be asked to leave the property immediately without compensation or any refund of funds paid. A minimum $500 fine will be applied if evidence of smoking in the home. Noise violations will be issued by the county to any guests who do not observe quiet hours after 11pm.

The pool fence is erected for safety of both our guests and the public. Please leave the pool fence up at all times. We have installed a pool gate that makes it simple to enter and exit the pool area. The gate is self closing and can only be opened by pulling up on the black handle and pushing/pulling the door at the same time. We have designed the space so that there is ample room on the pool deck when the pool fence remains up.

There is a BBQ provided on the pool deck that is to be left in that position - any guest moving the grill will be charged. Propane is not provided but may be left from previous guests. If propane is empty, you can swap tanks for a full one at Walmart or Wawa (both within 10 minutes of the property) for $20-$25. The BBQ is NOT cleaned by our cleaners but it is inspected after each checkout. It is every guest’s responsibility to ensure the BBQ is cleaned after each use. If you leave the BBQ dirty, you will be charged $50; which is the fee we are charged to have it done - no exceptions.
