I highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation stay! The house is very tastefully decorated, spacious for large groups, fairly well equipped (more on that later), it has a beautiful patio and pool area with plenty of seating, and it was very clean and comfortable! Renata, our host, was very sweet and responsive. We did have a few issues, like no large non-stick pan for making scrambled eggs and the Keurig coffee maker did not work, but she ordered and delivered new ones to the house by the end of the evening. We also had issues with the pool and hot tub not heating, which was reported early in our stay, but did not get fixed until 5:00 PM on our last night. However, after a some messages with Upstay, they did refund the full fee for the pool and hot tub heat. It was unfortunate that it wasn't fixed sooner, which is the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars, but I'm glad it was fixed for the next guests. There are a few minor things to note when booking this home. We were provided with only a few kitchen garbage bags and a small amount of dishwasher detergent, so we had to buy more. Garbage is picked up daily, but the guests before us didn’t bag their trash, so make sure you do that. There are plenty of dishes and glassware, but the pots and pans weren't great for cooking. The pool cleaner dumped a lot of chemicals so we couldn't go in the pool for some time after that. Overall, we had a GREAT stay, just make sure to ask about supplies before arriving. And enjoy!!
