Wonderful for a family getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is extremely spacious and tidy. We booked this vacation to just get away, we didn't leave the property once. We had space, comfort, games, movie night in the theater, swam everyday and enjoyed every moment. Thank you wonderful hosts for being ready at any time to answer our questions. You have been a blessing!!! We will return

The size of the house was perfect for our family. It was in a convenient location to the ESPN buildings and Disney.A few things I would recommend, install a garbage disposal, invest in some potholders and Tupperware. I would also have the carpets cleaned and the pull out couch in the game room needs to be thoroughly cleaned.The pool and hot tub were very nice.

The property was in a central and clean neighborhood. It took 3 to 4 times to get the email with the code that according to the email online when booking states you will get that information 3 days before your arrival, however after calling that was not the case, you get the information at 12 the day of arrival but still took me til 30 minutes before arrival at the property which was at 4.Then after arriving the 2 bedrooms upstairs had no electric, i had called 3 time, texted twice and the person that was to come in to fix the fuse did not get there until 9:30 10 at night! On another day the smoke detector in the living room started beeping and did that all day! I called several times and texted and still nobody came until late at night. We stayed there all that day and had to deal with that all day!!Carpets were stained, couch was worn, too many remotes with no labels as to which one you use. Hot water was Luke warm at best for showering.Hot tub was hot the first day and not the remaining time, the canopy was filthy dirty. The pool table was missing two important balls to play. I could not check the hot water heater setting as the book states because it was behind a locked door and since it took too long to get response for the other issues i was not about to continue calling again.For the money they charged it was not up to that standard and to get help for issues that should not have happened were excuses and long waits. Never stay there

The house itself

When we first arrive to the home the upstairs power would not work. I message them and some one came and fixed the issue.. secondly the pool was very dirty and cloudy.. 3rd we could not get the channel to work or the projector to work.. Things that advertise was not working. But we made the best of it.

Amazing stay for our group Disney vacation!

The property was super clean and very comfortable. Had some issues with the hot tub heat at first and a power blackout for a day, both affecting our ability to use the hot tub two nights and pool one night, but the owners were always very quick to respond and rectify any situation. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. Gave 4 stars on online description only because we were unable to figure out the outdoor theatre which was a main attraction for us to this property. There were a lot of remote controls and it may have been incorrectly placed by the crew before our stay, other than that everything is as advertised. The owners advised they would rectify remotes for future guests. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay

House was large, accommodating, check in a little confusing, didn’t receive instructions timely, delayed, accuracy of listing wasn’t accurate, game room missing pieces, carpet smell musty and stale. Televisions were difficult to operate. Outside projector couldn’t use, All in all great place to sleep. Extra pillows in master one had a dark stains.

House was perfect for our getaway, close to everything downtown was a short uber ride. Hosts were the best to deal with and give a huge thumbs up to them for making our stay one to remember!

Nice house, horrible service

Host was totally unresponsive to requests. Took forever to answer messages, often after multiple attempts, and some requests were never answered. For example, coffee maker was broken and despite numerous requests, a working coffee maker was never delivered. And the place was quite dirty.

Great pool house for our Disney trip

We had a blast enjoying the pool, hot tub and watching movies in the game room. The house was conveniently located about 20 minutes from Disney. We were a little disappointed there was only one video game available in the game room and there was no water filter/ice on the fridge but overall had a good experience.

Great house in an easy location

The inside of the house was gorgeous! It was cleaned very well and there was everything that we needed. The outside patio could use some cleaning - the patio furniture was too dirty to sit on and there were beer bottles caps all over - we cleaned them up, not a big deal - but something to look out for if someone travels with kids.

16th Birthday

My Husband & I stayed at this property for our daughter’s 16th birthday with her & 5 teens and they really enjoyed the space it was in the middle of everything we drove over to Brooksville for an ATV tour then out to Daytona for a beach day and even down the street to the Fun Spot there is so much to do just not enough time. They really enjoyed the pool area and game room as well as having the entire second floor to themselves. The only complaint I have (personally) is I wish the shower in the master bath water got hotter lol (I love a hot hot shower) other than that you will not be disappointed!

Where do I start, first the property is listed as a 5 bd and it’s actually a 4bd property. The 5th “room/bedroom” was the garage game room which was INUNDATED with flies which we didn't use this area at all because of the fly problem. I did get a small credit for the mix up for the listing from VRBO. Second big minus was the house had many, many flies in the kitchen upon our arrival, we had to kill them throughout our stay they were endless. We could not tell where they were coming from either. There is a sign in the kitchen about not leaving food out which would cause flies BUT we had just arrived and did not bring in any food with us. Very annoying. The upstairs carpet had not been cleaned in some time and had big spill stains on the stairs and landing. The patio furniture had mold on all the cushions so we could not sit there while at the pool. We did not use the hot tub because there was dirt and debris on top and bottom of the tub. There were no extra linens. The pillows on most of the beds were very flat and were in need of new ones. The pluses were the living room/breakfast area, the size of the home was good and pool area. We had a pretty good trip however, we were ALL disappointed in the accommodations.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay in this house, my teenagers loved the pool table, and the pool. Close to Disney world, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Quick and easy check in. Totally recommend this place!

Lovely neighborhood

The home was very nice and the neighborhood was perfect; close to everything. The dryer did not heat so that was inconvenient as we had to hang up the wet clothes around the home. There is a water leak in the game room from the closet door that has been there some period of time. It will needs tended to before mold grows. I am not sure if it is a/c or washing machine related Other than that, everuthong else was perfect.
