We recently stayed at this townhouse and the location was very convenient to the Disney parks, which was a huge plus for our family. Communication was great. The home itself met our basic needs, but we were disappointed by the lack of some of the usual "little" items that we’ve come to expect at vacation rentals. For an 8-night stay with 7 people, there was only one kitchen garbage bag, one dishwasher pod, and no toilet paper refills, which meant we had to go out and purchase these supplies ourselves. Other rentals we’ve stayed in have typically provided enough of these basics for the duration of the stay, so this was an unexpected inconvenience. Overall, the location was great, but future guests may want to plan ahead and bring or purchase essential supplies.

This was a great place for our family of five, though there was room for more if we had needed it. We didn’t end up using the pool but it seemed nice, we just had other events on the agenda. Make sure if you went to read the welcome guide in the email, I skimmed over and thought it was the online guest book but it was where all the important details were. But Sarah was great and seemed happy to help. We enjoyed this property, it was perfect for people who were on a vacation with packed agendas. Close to Disney and Universal Epic was not a bad drive at all. We also went to the USA women’s national soccer game while in town which was an easy drive as well. Bonus points, Starbucks is right around the corner!! Gate service was so easy!

The rooms were all very clean, and the kitchen was very spacious, we did use the washer and dryer, which seem to be new. Wi-Fi access through the whole condo was Strong.

Great stay

We were unable to get into the gate on our first day. The owner was very responsive and had the problem corrected. The pool was very small, so we spent most of the time swimming in the clubhouse pool. It was very clean. Nice for a family.

We were a family of 6 who were so excited for our “magical” stay but it was anything but that. After a long travel day, we arrived at the gate we were informed that we were not allowed in as our name wasn’t put into the system. After multiple calls we finally got ahold of someone who was more annoyed with our call than wanting to help or apologetic of the situation. Our first impression of the house was cramped and dated. Most of the furniture had serious wear and tear and the house was dated in decor. A few days into the trip I reached out to the host asking where toliet paper was stored as we arrived with a half used roll in each bathroom. I was informed that we were expected to supply it ourselves. This made me disappointed as we were staying 9 days and to be given a ONE used roll with the amount of money we spent on the house was ridiculous. Soaps in all three bathrooms were almost out when we arrived and we were left one garbage bag. I have never stayed in Vrbo where basic necessities were not supplied. The “beautiful” pool that was advertised turned green within two days of arriving. We were told it is serviced weekly but clearly that’s a lie. We were not able to use the pool due to the unsanitary state. Between the rude interactions, damaged furniture, unsanitary pool and lack of necessities it became clear that the host has no intention on making staying at the house enjoyable. We tried our best to enjoy the rest of our trip with using dire conditions of the house.

Close to Disney

The location of this unit is very convenient to Disney! Sara was extremely responsive when I called her late in the evening when we ran into issues at the check in gate. The unit is okay… some small updates could go a long way, but nothing that impacted our stay significantly. Overall, it is a nice place and was clean. The master bedroom sink has rust in it. The shower curtain rod was so rusty, it stained my swimsuit permanently :( I know the towels were all clean, but it was off putting to see yellow/brown stains on most of them, which potentially came from the rusty rod. The pool, while small, was very refreshing and there are lots of toys for the kids! Overall, the stay was fine. We mostly used it for sleeping and some quick dips in the pool after Disney.

Beautiful Home and Great Amenities

The spacious townhouse is clean and decorated with a Disney theme. It is close to the Disney Parks as well as downtown Orlando, Universal parks, and convenient to airport. The gated neighborhood is safe and great for walking. The small private pool has a safety gate and alarm for those with children. The community pool, game room, fitness room, and convenience store are nice amenities. Communication with the owner is good, and she is very responsive to questions and needs. The check in and check out process is clearly communicated, easy, and organized.

Comfortable and Clean

The townhouse was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and we enjoyed the private pool. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other kitchen tools. The neighborhood was quiet. Security guard was friendly. The house is starting to show a little wear when it comes to stools, and the upstairs master bath but it was clean, and all our family needed since we were in the parks most of the day. Also, the blind on the front door needs to be replaced. It won't go all the way down and we didn't like people could see in. We put a towel over the opening. I'm sure it gets messed up often with kids trying to look out. There is a Walmart and Starbucks close by and on the way to the parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Our family of seven enjoyed our stay at Mickey’s Magical Manor! With three bedrooms each having their own on suite bath, everyone enjoyed their own space and privacy. The open concept kitchen/living room, allowed all of us to in one area to congregate. We appreciated the cleanliness and proximity to the Disney Parks. The big washer and dryer was a major plus. The private pool is small, however we did not swim as the weather did not cooperate. Most toiletries were not provided, so make sure to bring your own. We would definitely stay here again!
