House is falling apart

I do not recommend this home Pool and spa did not work whe I arrived AC did not work on second floor for four nights temperatures over 83 degrees at night Refrigerator broke for 5 days WIFI did not work for 6 days We could not use theater or game room

Need Some Work !!!

The Reunion Resort is great! There is some beautiful homes in this resort. But this house needed deep cleaning inside and out. The picture online they show is when they listed the house when it was new. The chair near kitchen nook was stain. The outdoor furniture cushion were worn out and old and dirty. The pool was nice but the hot tub was luke warm. They had the pool table near pool and it was wet from rain. Cause it set outside. Grill is dirty. Couch in the living room has stain. Kids bedroom look like the picture and it was in good shape. TV upstairs didn't work. We call Magical Vacation home for them to send someone out to fix it. He comes two day later. So some of TV doesn't work. The Xbox room if you don't have a Xbox or playstation account you can't play games. Everybody stay here is saying the same thing about this home need to be clean and they need to replace something in this house. If they did that this would be beautiful home. Reunion Resort has better homes and newer ones than this. I would book a better place for the price they charge people. The beds in this home sleep good. Movie room was nice but you have to have your own Netflix account to watch movies. Blind on the windows were torn and need to be replace. But washer and dryer work great. Playroom work great but the TVs didn't work. Outdoor table with chairs those cushions was stain and worn out. But the TV outside work.

Overpriced Disappointment

If I could upload all the pictures I took before my family walked into this house I would. The amount of money my family paid to stay here does not reflect the home we walked in. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. The cleaning was subpar, there were areas in the home that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Out of all the bedrooms, only 3 TVs were connected to cable. The outside TV never worked as well as the apps in the theater never worked because the previous guests put passwords on all the apps. The projector in the theater didn’t work our entire stay ( Anthony, a tech for magical vacations came out twice to try to fix it and it never worked but he was very nice) Granted I put in a work order the first day and almost every other day. The couches were dirty as were the seats around the dining room table. The knobs on the stove were all broken, there were cobwebs in the bathrooms and pantry. One of the games were broken which we didn’t find out until we got there. Also if you get the pool warmer be on notice that it takes a full 2 days to heat the pool. Only one piece of gym equipment had a power cord, the others were inaccessible. The shades outside were only for owners use and not disclosed in the listing so when it rained we could only use patio for limited time. We were told by the property management company to address the major issues, the house would have to be blocked off for a deep clean and maintenance and that would be at the owners discretion. Vrbo needs to take this house off the site until it is renovated.

Overall we had a very nice time! This property is very nice. My only thing is it may be time to do a deep cleaning and minor repairs. Lights need a dusting and removal of spider webs, carpets need to be cleaned, and theater needs to allow netflixs disney and HBO max. The chairs also need to be repaired and cleaned. I also did not like the fact that this property had so many rules about the guest list. I have rented several properties before and NEVER had to give the names of my guest! I think that is very intrusive!

Excellent family setup

Lots of features including things that weren’t even on the listing such as the house included a baby pen highchair and other little niceties that made the stay more enjoyable for the family. Only complaint was that there were a couple issues that had to be resolved while we were staying there such as the projector not working in the theater room. However we had a great time and overall the house was worth renting.

AMAZING

This property was absolutely perfect for the 5 families that traveled together from NC. we had so much room to spread out and were able to do our own thing at times and do everything together at times. The pool, workout room, kitchen, outdoor entertainment area were even better than the pictures! And of course just being in Reunion is always a treat!! I have already recommended this home several times!

Christmas Vacation

We had a good experience with our family (15) Under Armour rented the house across the street for their All American Football and Volleyball team so watching them come and go was fun. The pool and sauna worked out for the kids as did the game and movie rooms too .
