Perfect house for young kids

This house was perfect! We came with two kids under three and they loved it. Pool was the perfect size, they had toys and the location of the rental house was about a 2-minute walk to the pool/ splash pad and about 5-minute walk to the Castle Park!

Relaxing family fun

Beautiful property. Just a few mins walk from the complex where the pool and hot tub were heaven. Super comfy beds too. Host was excellent any questions were answered with on 5 mins. We ll be back

Windsor Hills is convenient to Wide World of Sports and OCCC. We have stayed on property about 6 times over the years and find it very nice.

A fantastic family vacation

My family loved this home, highlights were our own private pool and the short walk to the big pool for more swimming and ice cream! We appreciated the pack-n-play, high chair, and infant floaties for our 10-month-old. My 4-year-old daughter loved the purple room with the bunk beds, stuffies, and closet filled with toys! Thank you!

Fun Family Vacation

Enjoyable and comfortable week long stay. Check in was quick and easy, excellent amenities. Clean and well decorated. It was lovely to have a comfortable house to come back to after busy days at Disney!

Great property at Windsor Hills

One of the cleaner properties we've stayed at in Windsor hills. Our kids appreciated the toys and blocks on our rainy afternoon. Communication with the owner is excellent.

January trip

The condo was perfect for our family. They had toys in the kids room, and pool toys and life jackets. They even had a double stroller and a pack n play for us to use! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again! Only negatives I could find, the house pool is extremely small and wasn’t heated like it said in the contract so we never used it. However the resort pool was great! It was heated and we enjoyed swimming despite being 60 degrees outside. The only other thing worth mentioning is there’s a lot of stairs to get to the second floor. It is an extremely steep staircase which terrified me with the kids constantly going up and down. They do provide a baby gate though!

A Wonderful Stay at Windsor Hills!

A flawless stay! Everything was as promised and the unit was clean upon check-in. We've been to Windsor Hills many times, but never found the right rental for us. Andy's rental was perfect for our family of six. Andy is super quick and responsive to any questions ... we even lucked out with an early check-in and late check-out. We hope to be back soon!

Everything we needed

Great place within a great complex. Lots of room for a family of seven, kids love the added toys and games. A short walk to a wonderful pool and water park and a clubhouse store. Close to parks, and restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend for sure.

Decent, but had issues

The facilities were decent, and had lots of extras that weren't listed in the description. The issues that we had with the property were corrected promptly by the management company. However, some of those issues affected the amenities of the property itself and devalued our stay. If you're renting this place check if the pool heater was turned on as soon as you get there, and be prepared for foul smelling water from the all fresh water taps.

Perfect Place for Kids + Disney

One of the best rental experiences I've had. Communication was incredible. Any time we had a clarifying question or requested something it was taken care of immediately. -Location = 10-15 minutes to all of the Disney parks. Slightly longer on way home due to Disney exit traffic. There is a Walmart 2 minutes down the road that allows you to stock up on stuff. -Home = the kitchen had everything we needed to eat in/cook if we wanted. They have a regular coffee machine which was great for the early mornings instead of running out (just buy coffee and filters at Walmart). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kids room had the bunk bed along with the bottom trundle which fit all of our kids (9, 7, 2). They also provided a bunch of stuffed animals and toys. All of the beds were VERY comfortable. Underrated component that people don't think of. Plenty of extra pillows/blankets/towels/etc. -Property = awesome. Full waterpark area for the kids. Day 1 where we checked in (they had no problem letting us in earlier once the cleaning crew finished) we had a GREAT day by the larger pool. At nights, we had our own private pool where the kids could end the day at the house after Disney. It was perfect. -Property Owners = incredibly responsive and helpful with advice, etc. -Price = very affordable and more comfortable instead of staying at a Disney property. We were able to go out to dinner outside of the park near here (every major restaurant chain nearby within 10 mins) 10/10

Amazing home away from home

We just returned from our stay here and it was wonderful. The house was well laid out and clean. It had toys and books for the kids and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The resort pool was also awesome and only a short walk away. We were very close to the parks so the drive only took 10 or 15 minutes and allowed us a place to escape the craziness on our off days and when we left the parks. The checkin process was easy and Andy was very quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the trip. We would definitely stay here again. We were all so sad to leave!

July 7-14 Vacation

We had a great time in the condo at Windsor Hills. The large gated community has a large heated resort pool, waterpark, community center/game room/exercise room. Nearby are Disney theme parks, a super busy Walmart, restaurants, and gas stations. Andrew was informative about check in and attentive to our needs. He let us borrow his double stroller. The first day we got there was raining and we got in late after 8+ hours of driving from NC. We played some Xbox Kinect games---one CD was scratched/broken. There was some DVD movies & boxes games there too. The kids enjoyed playing in the small heated pool with pool toys/life vests. The resort did come clean the pool while we were there. There were premium clean towels and extra pool towels for us to use. Bed mattress were soft but had some sunken areas. Master bedroom linens had faded pillowcase and need updating but overall linens were clean. There were toiletries in all 3 bathrooms with one toilet roll each. Kitchen had small dish detergent, soap for dishwasher, one load laundry pack, trash bags, and roll paper towels. Bring extra if you're staying all week. I did laundry a couple times and had no issues. Our kids loves playing and sleeping in the kids bunk bedroom had a DVD player with movies, games, books, and a large dollhouse with duplo blocks for the kids with. Carpet has been updated. Andrew informed us about painting at our building but it didn't happen with all the rain we had that week. We will come back. Thank you!

Awesome stay

Everything was easy with the process with talking with owner and getting things situated. The stay was great felt like home and it accommodated all my family. Rooms were clean and each room had its own restroom with bath. The place was close to all the local parks in the area and restaurants with grocery store as well. The subdivision has a guard at entrance and also a water park with food and drinks. Like I said it was great will definitely refer this to anybody with a big family we didn’t have any issues going checking it. Thanks for a great experience and memories.

The owners are rude

They charged my card 3 times and had my card tied up for 2 days. I emailed them about it an Andy was very sarcastic and rude! Any questions I had I had to ask someone there since the owners was no help.

Close to Disney Parks

The property was clean, quiet and a close drive to Disney Parks. We spent a couple days at Disney and spent our off days at the condo pool. We liked the amenities and the location of the condo. We had a wonderful vacation and I would recommend the property for vacation rental.
