Wonderful home! My kids were able to swim in the pool, play tennis and basketball - all within steps of the house. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. The house was clean and well stocked for our entire stay. I will definitely stay here again!

Loved the house but disliked the cleanliness

All was very good except the cleanliness. Bedding was clean. The pool area needed power washing. The outside furniture was not clean and there wasn’t any Mr. Clean or any cleaning products. I spilled a little water in the kitchen and there wasn’t any paper towels but upon wiping it up the cloth was filthy. The floors needed scrubbing! There were no products in the house. We had to go to Walmart the next morning to buy Kleenex, toilet tissue, paper towels and wash clothes. The 4-6 wash clothes there were smelly and stiff. We have rented many homes and have never run across this before. The house on the other hand was homey and comfortable!

Wonderful property (We recommend)

The house worked out great for us. We enjoyed the "game room" in the garage. The house set -up was perfect for our foursome (3 adults, 1 8yr old) as we all had our own room. Everything was very clean. Owner was very nice when we needed to contact him. I would highly recommend this property. Make sure if you plan to use the pool and want it heated you call ahead and pay the extra fee for heat so it's warm upon arrival. I didn't see the heated pool upcharge when booking (might be my fault). Listing said heated pool, but I've stayed in a few VRBO's that have charged extra if you wanted the pool heater turned on. I had no problem paying for it but lost pool time waiting for heater to get the water warm enough to enjoy. The weather was chilly (60F) which is why we wanted warm water. Great location, Clean, Friendly owner, Wonderful amenities, Safe - Gated community and close to stores for supplies, food, etc. Again, Highly Recommend this property!

The home is lovely and very clean. There were beach towels, pool table, air hockey, table tennis in the garage area. The pool was clean and had a screened frame around it…so no bugs I would definitely rent this property again when staying in Orlando

Great Place!

The property is great. We stayed for a week and it was ideal for all 7 of us. There is enough space for everyone to do their thing without being on top of each other. The house is fully stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels. The pool is nice and the house is right next to the tennis court and basketball court. The only downsides, which are minimal in comparison to the upsides, are: the beds and couches were uncomfortable. The beds are really soft, so if you like that you won't see the problem, and one is especially loud. The couches are the same and it feels like you are almost sitting on the floor. One of the rooms with the twin size bed is very tight getting into it because the bed is almost on top of the door. The houses are close, so when you're in the pool and so are the neighbors, you can hear/see everything, and the same if anyone is on the tennis court. None of this truly effected our stay, except for some uncomfortable nights of sleep, but honestly, that usually happens when you aren't in your own bed anyway. The house is very close to stores and restaurants so that was convenient, even though Orlando traffic is not! Overall, it was a good stay and a good place. Thank you!

Great location

This property fulfilled my expectations. It provided everything we needed. From cooking items, fishing poles, the grills, wifi, television and more. The pool was clean, the neighbors were quiet, very peaceful and safe environment. The home was clean inside and out. It was also a joy to see the ducks by the lake. We had great access to walmart, Sams, gas stations, and restaurants. It was a great vacation spot for my family and I. I would most definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great Home Away From Home

Lovely property in a gated community which was quiet and felt safe and secure. Great location! Pretty central to parks and entertainment. Any issues we had were responded to and addressed by owner immediately. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property.

He discriminates against disabled people. Had service dogs, 2 shih tzu’s and he charged me for having pets. Vrbo even sent him a link to ADA laws on service animals and he still charged as pets. He will learn that he cannot break the law and discriminate like that.

Amazing time

We had such a wonderful time staying at this rental! The house was clean, in a really nice neighborhood and conveniently located. Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 12 to 2) and there was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained. We loved having the pool and got a lot of use out of the ping pong and air hockey tables. The house had everything we needed and I was very impressed with the amount of and selection of kitchen supplies. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner. She answered all of my questions before and during our stay. We loved staying here and would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in this area.

Excellent property - 100% recommend

We were delighted with our stay in Tristan's villa. It was everything that it was described to be. The location is ideal, secure estate with great views from the lanai and pool area. The villa was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. One very minor maintenance issue was dealt with same day, by Tristan, property manager and tradesman. The rooms were spacious and kitchen had everything necessary. First three weeks we had our 10 year old grandsons and family staying, final week had our other grandchildren, 35 months and 11 months; perfect for all of them. We had the pool heated, which we felt was worthwhile, even in May. The children (and adults) loved it. Easy driving distance to all theme parks and airport, literally 2 minute drive to Walmart and 192. Tristan was very good with communications, we could not fault this rental at all. Many thanks Tristan, from all of us. It was a great family holiday.

Great property

This property was just as described. The pool was clean and sparkled, everything needed for the kitchen was there. Beds comfy, really nice to have 3 bathrooms. Pool table, ping pong, and air hockey kept everyone busy during rainy times. Washer and dryer a blessing! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
