Subpar Experience

Overall we were not impressed with this rental. You can tell that they are not keeping up with the maintenance. We had to refill the pool every single day we were there as it had a significant leak. We also paid for pool heat which was pointless as we had to keep adding fresh water. I did tell the pool maintenance gentleman when he was there and he said he was going to report. Two of the closet doors are off the hinges. The place wasn't properly cleaned. The tub in the ensuite still had other people's hair in it. The kitchen has minimal supplies. It doesn't even have a large bowl for chips etc. We had mix a salad in a casserole dish. There was no keuirg there for a quick coffee. There were no facecloths, dish cloths or dish towels to me these are essential items. Overall very disappointed in our experience.

June family vacation

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was very comfortable for our family. We had 5 adults and 2 children between ages 5-9. They loved swimming in the pool in between our visits to parks and the club house pool and arcade area. We hope to visit again.

The house was clean and the decor was beautiful. The king sized beds were very comfortable.

We had two adult couples sharing the house and the bathroom on the first floor was extremely small with no counter space at all. We encountered an electrical problem and the refrigerator would not dispense ice upon arrival and reported it the next day as suggested. A repairman arrived and fixed the refrigerator and some of the minor problems but said we needed an electrician to fix the lights in the pool area and third bathroom. We were there a week and no one ever came. On two consecutive mornings we exited our front door only to find dead mice on the entrance welcome mat!! Not the owners fault, I understand, but still not a pleasant experience. The condo itself was nice and it is conveniently located near many restaurants and grocery stores.

Beautifully appointed!

Wonderful surprise from my husband this year! Repeat visitors to Championsgate. Accommodations were comfortable for sleeping and lounging. Enjoyed the kitchen... The plunge pool was relaxing...sun warms it up nicely for early afternoon fun! Just remember others are on vacation too so (on occasion) you will hear their music and kids having a good time!!! Within minutes to grocery stores, spas and Disney!!! Loved our vacation here!!!

New, very clean and modern.

Overall the property was great. We loved the location and everyone enjoyed the ammentities. The reason for four stairs: 1. The description stated two rooms with king size beds, one room with a queen size, and one room with two twins. Actually, it is one king, one queen, and two rooms with two twin size beds. Towards the end of our stay we realized one twin bed was a trundle unit. 2. The GFI outlets in the bathrooms would not work. We called the first night but ever received a call back. These complaints would not deter us from staying there again just a bit frustrating. We made due and had a great time.

Clean, new, comfortable, stylish.

This townhouse was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. It would easily fit 8 people to sleep...but the living space would probably be too small if you were planning on spending a lot of time inside. I wouldn’t necessarily take small children to the property because of the white leather chairs. But older kids are fine. The Oasis Club was fun, comfortable and the kids enjoyed the swimming and lazy river. It was a great location to get to Disney. A little farther to Universal. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it!

Perfect home away from home

We loved our stay in Champions Gate, this our second time back to this resort but our first time in this townhouse. We loved everything about it. All the conveniences of home but in the warmth of beautiful Florida! The house was very clean, with the exception of a few dirty dishes in the cupboard, but nothing a quick run of the dishwasher couldn't fix. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A/C did not work for 3 days before someone came to repair. Try sleeping in 81degrees
