The house was clean and spacious for everyone. It served its purpose for a great getaway. Unfortunately, the home did not Include a few items we had to purchase on site: salt , pepper, a fire starter for the grill, A BOX OF TRASHBAGS (only stocked with two bags). But the fellas and I had a nice time.

Thanksgiving Gathering

Me and my guests were pleased with the property we stayed at. The accommodations were sufficient for a large group. The only negatives were that the little bit of pots and pans available for use were really old and need to be replaced. We also had problems with two cable boxes not working. However, we called in a work order that morning, and someone came by and fixed the issue late that afternoon. Great experience overall and I will use VRBO again.

Nice house

We paid extra for spa/pool heat because they were an important part of our vacation, when we arrived the spa was broken and half empty. When I called to get it fixed it was filled up with water but the jets never worked for our stay.

Had a great vacation!

The house is beautiful and sleeps alot of people. It is accurately represented in the pictures on VRBO. We had a large group so we brought a couple of crock pots and a large griddle. Otherwise the kitchen supplies were adequate. The upstairs is a kids dream with a large TV in what I would call a movie room. The girls loved watching movies at night up there. I am not sure if the listing says it is handicapped accessible, but note the beds on the main level are low to the ground and the showers will not accommodate wheel chairs. The shower heads are also not removeable for someone having to sit to shower. Communication with management was very responsive. Pool was wonderful and the large lanai really made our evening meals enjoyable.

THE DINING ROOM CHAIRS NEED TO BE REPLACED.MOST OF THE LEGS ARE BROKEN.PATIO BLINDS KEPT FALLING DOWN.WE NOTICE ALMOST ALL OF THE BLINDS WAS BEEN HELD UP WITH TAPE THE QUEEN SIZE BED UPSTAIRS SHEETS WAS NOT CHANGED BIG YELLOW STAIN WAS ON THE FITTED SHEET!.MATTRESS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM SLEEP HORRIBLE!.WOKE UP WITH BAD BACK PAIN.POPCORN MACHINE UPSTAIRS WAS VERY DIRTY AND MISSING ALOT OF PARTS.FOUND DEAD BEDBUGS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM.PATIO FURNITURE WAS BROKEN AND DIRTY.THE PICTURES LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE!..ONE OF THE BEDROOMS DOWN STAIRS BED WAS SO LOW ON THE GROUND NOBODY COULD SLEEP IN IT…VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Renter Beware - Bugs

First and most importantly there were bugs. I asked about this upfront and was advised this was a long time ago. Obviously not true. Not only were there bed bugs upstairs in one of the rooms. There were fleas in the master bedroom and the room smelled like a wet dog. I had to have them come out for the fleas and to get the smell out of the rug In addition the dining room chairs are rickety and feels like they could break at anytime. The sheets had stains and hair on them. The mattress was awful in the master bedroom and felt like it was sinking in. Someone killed a bug on the wall in one of the closets and left it there. The carpets are filthy and need to be replaced The upstairs toilet would not flush and the maintenance guy said you need a plumber I paid for pool heat on 4 night stay and still had to have maintenance come out on my last day to turn it on. I was only reimbursed half. After the conditions of this house they should have given it all back. I paid to get in the house early, only for them to not have given my names to the guard desk. Was still not able to get in 3 hours later. No offer to prorate or anything. Supposed to be celebrating my daughters doctoral graduation only to have to continue to apologies for the experience. We should have been returned more than 35 dollars after we endured. Now i will be continously worried that my family may have brought home bed bugs. The only good thing, the host was responsive. But I am telling you dont stay here

Easy check in. House served its purpose! Needs more kitchen cooking stuff. Cookie sheet, tongs, etc. are needed. And if the house sleeps 24 people and we listed 12 adults would be staying there the. At least 12 towels are needed!

I enjoyed the stay although there was a hiccup with one of the room. Suggest have more pots and pans available. Some of the chairs were broken. Trashcan too small. I like the place overall and will probably stay there again.

Gorls weekend

We had a group of 14 women that stayed for a long weekend. We were all so comfortable here. Our only complaints are that the nextdoor neighbors pools were super close. We had music battles daily. The kitchen could also use a few more dishes for cooking but nothing disposable aluminum pans couldn't take care of. Overall it was a great house and we would stay here again.
