All interactions with Wendy were wonderful! She was quick to respond, fair in her responses and really put in effort to arrange repairs quickly. She was kind and reasonable. We would stay here again because she was so great to communicate with! Overall the house and property were exactly as expected. It is an older home and the value reflected this. We paid for heating of the pool and we had a couple issues while staying. I asked for a refund for the days we couldn’t use it and her responses were really fair. There was a storm one day and several screens that were already pretty worn, ripped right off. Our last day, people came by to measure for the repairs but waited until we left to actually do the repairs. Some changes I’d make in the home—the carpets are worn and even though they were vacuumed, they were kind of gross. Maybe provide more and better quality bath towels. The pots in the kitchen weren’t great. Overall, we were very content. Our kids enjoyed the pool table in the garage. We also enjoyed the size of the pool and the deck space. The pool area was fairly private and bigger than the neighbours. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Visited florida for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We really enjoyed the house, very specious and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was very easy and she responded very quickly to any of my questions. Definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Champions Gate

We loved Champions Gate very much. Lots of things for the Grandchildren to do. The house we stayed, however, was just okay. There was plenty of room, very spacious, etc., but the house was very "tired." It could use new carpeting and could definitely use better mattress, sheets, and pillows. The sheets did not fit the bedding well at all. The kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed (utensils and pots and pans). The house just needs a few upgrades. We will definitely stay in the area again, but perhaps a different house. The Host was very good and very responsive.

We had problems. But we had fun

Very attentive owner. I believe the property manager lacks. We had alot of problems. Ants, roaches at front door...and within 24 hrs of checkout 50% of us got sick. Deep clean needed. Soon i hope before antibiotics won't take care of the problem

Friends getaway

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend stay. The ChampionsGate community is full of restaurants and other retailers so it’s ideal for a longer term stay. I liked being in a controlled access community. I would recommend the house for larger groups.

Great roomy space. More attention to cleaning needed inside and out.. Update needed on all furniture and carpet cleaned. AC is ice cold- lied that. Location is approximately 30 minutes to all parks.

July property stay

The communication and check in process was fantastic. The house was clean and organized and we had no issues on that part of the process. The neighborhood sems to have a rodent issue and one night we had a couple rodents on the back porch as well as the front porch. This was not satisfactory. i attribute it to the way they collect the garbage throughout the community.

Great Spring Break VACA

This home was very nice and spacious, with a great pool and hot tub. Great multi bed room for all the little ones, bonus area and pool table was also nice for the older kids/teens. Owners were very quick to respond to anything we had questions about or needed addition information on. And the extra perks like access to the resort style pool and club house and gym area was awesome. Would stay again.

Very nice vacation home

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. The property owner responds in a very timely manner so therefore really easy to communicate with. Only downside I saw was the blinds to the sliding door. I know with so many people in and out, it maybe hard to keep them in good condition. Otherwise very nice home, I will stay again if in the area.

A beautiful property, The swimming pool was enjoyed especially by the young and by some of the adults.. one was not far from a TV. Each group could watch what they enjoyed. The property was clean and there were plenty of bathrooms. we would have qualms about encouraging our friends to avail themselves of the property at some future date. Close to a myriad of attractions.

Nice house if you're not planning on spending a lot of time there. Lacked a lot of amenities. Ran out of toilet paper - had to buy our own. Not stocked with coffee filters, dish soap, baking pans, or laundry detergent. Only has 25 bath towels for 20 guests but no beach towels.

GOLF RETREAT

The property overall was pretty good. The house itself is a little worn our from use and could use some updates but for a rental it wasn't too bad. Carpets had some staining. Place was very spacious and pool and hot tub were awesome. The neighborhood was ok, houses were pretty close together, and there were some partiers, but nothing went on late night. The back yard had a concrete wall between the other homes which made the back more private. Great room kitchen combo worked well for 8 guys on a golf retreat. Overall a good time!

The perfect getaway

Nice property

This property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Enough space for everyone, and thought 5 bathrooms would be enough but my family at least needed 1 more. Only downside to this property is that every amenity is an additional fee (hot tub and pool heating, grill access and bringing your own propane), also having to wash the towels before a 10am check-out for 20 people is pretty hard, don't think the guest should be responsible for washing towels. Other than that the property managers are very helpful and responsive and property was great.

Weekend getaway

We had a great experience until one of our guest (I) woke up with multiple bedbug bites. This experience has left me traumatized and scared from the bites. The issue was reported immediately to the property manager and to the home owner who stated that she would send someone out to take care of the issue. As courtesy we should have been REFUNDED which we were not !

Florida in February

We traveled to Florida for my sons wedding. The house is very nice and perfect for large family with kids. My son noticed the first day that the fridge was 48 degrees. He turned the temp down and within a few hours it was at 34 degrees, thank goodness because we had just gone grocery shopping and had a full fridge. I will say that the kitchen did not have baking sheet or any kind of oven cooking options. We bought frozen biscuits and chicken nuggets which we had to run back to the store for something to bake them on. The only other thing that I can say is not about the house but about traffic getting to and from the house. Traffic was always bottlenecked getting off of and on to I-4. I-4 is always at a slow crawl. I volunteered to run out one evening to pick something up, it was 9pm or so thinking traffic wouldn't be an issue...wrong. We went to Walmart on Wednesday night at 9pm, it took 40min to get to a check out it was crazy busy. I asked the checker and she told me that this was normal. I think its easier to take if you know ahead of time.

February stay

Carpets needed to be cleaned. We had a few issues but the response was quick and solved if possible. The heater was not working for the hot tub but they were not able to fix it while we were there. The pool temperature was fine.
