We had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this property. The most serious issue was what appeared to be mold in the home, which had been poorly covered with caulking but was still clearly visible. Several members of our group became sick during the stay, which we believe was related to the condition of the property.This home was advertised as a luxury rental, but the actual condition did not align with that representation. The property was outdated, poorly maintained, and did not meet the standard that was advertised.There were also significant safety concerns. The pool gate had a large gap that a child could easily crawl through, and two fire alarms were missing batteries—both posing serious safety risks.Additional issues included a washing machine that left black residue on clothing, a hot tub that did not heat, and a pool that was never heated despite an additional fee. The game room was also misrepresented, appearing more like a storage area with old, dusty items.Overall, the property was misrepresented, unsafe, and not properly maintained, and it did not provide a habitable or acceptable experience. We would not recommend staying here in its current condition.
