The house was great all the basic things worked. Pool worked better than any vrbo I have stayed at. We stayed for 3 weeks so the kitchen was only sufficiently equiped for us, note to self, bring gadgets. Grill need some help but we got by.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful home. It was a home away from home. Everything was working perfectly and the air conditioning worked great. I had enough flat screen televisions to watch all of my shows. My family really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again next year. No regrets at all for us. See you next time!

Nice spacious house

The house is nice it could have more accommodations there’s enough space for 12-13 people in this home I stayed with five there weren’t enough silverware for us two eat twice without washing the ones we used. Same with the glasses. The pool area was nice. The neighborhood was a little loud for our liking. But over all the we enjoyed our stay.

Nice house but needs a few things fixed

Most of the house was clean when we arrived, the dining table looked like cleaning forgot to move the mates and clean underneath them, and a few dishes were dirty. Other than that, the house was clean. The fencing in the back needs a few repairs as we noticed a few loose bits, and the screen in the back needs some repair as well. We would have liked the jets in the hot tube to be a bit more as it felt like they barely moved the water. Nothing majorly affected our stay and over all it was still very nice. The water park was wonderful, the kids enjoyed it and the lazy river was relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet.

Great location/ amenities, house needs updating

Great location to Disney, restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc… community has everything- walkable, pools, lazy river, playgrounds, water slides, basketball court, soccer field, dog parks… private pool and hot tub were perfect. House set up was great with extra living rooms/play rooms. We had quite a few issues with tvs not working, lights in bedrooms and bathrooms not working, washer not working, hot tub pump blowing off when turned on, gate unlatches easily,. After days 2 weeks out of 6 week stay) of communicating and complaining and getting VRBO involved, the electric issues were resolved. The kitchen is very minimally equipped- pots/pans are beyond used and the knives are very dull. The house would be perfect with some updates. We would definitely stay at Champions Gate again but not this exact house until updates are made. Appreciate the quick response from all staff and accommodations they made.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay! Everything about the property was amazing. If it's not too much trouble, could you please make sure all the breakers are turned on for the appliances, lights, and so on? It would be greatly appreciated, especially when arriving in the dark.

Large Orlando area pool home

This is a great sized house for a large group. 3 bunk bdrms with full bottom beds. All 5 bathrooms have at least a shower. 3 very nice gathering areas (one up with couch & TV, family room down with an additional TV/theater room. Kitchen large (upgrades to cookware & utensils would be nice). Large washer & dryer. Pool and hot tub very warm (when it was working - refunded for days it didn’t work). Grill needs to be replaced. Mgt is very responsive. 2 community pool/water slides are nice (but look on google maps for distances from the house). Take a picture of your QR code entrance sheet to show them at the entrance sign in area to the pools- they are very persnickety. Publix grocery nearby (great sushi). Be aware that it seems like most of the homes in this neighborhood are similar large homes and it seems like most are short term rentals (can be busy and sometimes noisy). Easy 20 min drive to Disney.

Great location, clean, responsive property mgmt

We enjoyed our stay and found the house clean and represented well by the pictures. The only thing I might change is they program the lock to only work with your code exactly for the hours. We arrived 6 minutes before our official check-in and couldn't unlock the door for those few minutes. Same with check-out. We tried to lock the door a minute or two past official check-out time and it had been deactivated.

We enjoyed our stay. There are just a few things that were not good. The first thing was the ice maker. There was none! The neighbors blarred music until 2am each night and the company said they couldnt do anything about it becuase that wasn't their property. We had to hunt down multiple numbers to get ahold of the front desk area. NOTHING was resolved. They said they get lots of noise complaints and "they would get to it if time." Trash bags were limited as well. There were no bugs at all, which was good. We couldn't find a sweeper to touch up only a broom. The biggest thing was the distance to Orlando. Though 20 minutes on a map, it took us over an hour each direction. It was not expected, so definitely not staying on this side of Davenport again.

Great home with plenty of room!

We rented this home and invited our 2 adult children and their families. The house was even more spacious than pictured and we had the perfect amount of rooms. We appreciated the extra living spaces that made for great play areas. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We really enjoyed the lazy river, pool and water park. Things that could have made the stay more enjoyable would have been more kitchen tools. There were no hot pads, dish clothes and small pans that were not sufficient for more than 2 people. Also, the washer beeped constantly between washes so we unplugged it and the dishwasher arm kept falling off. Ice maker doesn’t produce ice but we bought small cubes and filled the dispenser and that worked fine. None of these things were bothersome enough to warrant a call and I only mention them in case the homeowner is not aware. Thank you for sharing your home so that we could enjoy a fabulous vacation!
