Besides the Villa itself, you can take advantage of the exclusive amenities of the Villa Sol Club house overlooking community pool with Jacuzzi, workout gym, basketball and tennis courts, playground and other common areas to enjoy.

The biggest advantage of the home is the location. Located only 15 to 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport and USTA NATIONAL CAMPUS Lake Nona, the major attractions like Disney World , Universal, Sea World, Golf Courses, Shopping Malls , Downtown Orlando, Downtown Kissimme with in 20 to 40 minutes drive approximately.
The house is very close to every retailer near, Public Supper Market and Walmart being the closest.  Just a few short miles away is the heart of 192 and Loop Mall with plenty of chain restaurants to choose from as well as several world renowned dinner theater shows, such as Medieval Times and Arabian nights. The Premium and Prime Outlets, Florida Mall, and Mall at Millenia, as well as major sporting good retailers-Bass Pro Outdoor World and Dicks for your fishing and hunting needs. Visit Kennedy Space Center, go to the beach or do some deep sea fishing. Kissimmee is also home to major league baseball spring training camps for the Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros, as well as the Orlando Magic NBA team. Fun for the whole family with plenty activities for all.  If you can't do it in Orlando, it probably can't be done!

IMPORTANT INFO FOR THE GUESTS TO KNOW:
1-POOL HEATING:Pool heating fee is not included in the rates.Our pool does have heating system. During winter, the pool water is not warm enough to swim so please let us know and we will add pool heating and you will be charged a fee in advance. We will run the pool heater for 12 hours a day before your arrival to have the pool completely heated, and during your stay we will run the pool heater 8 to 10 hours a day according to your choice of time and schedule. The POOL HEATING CHARGE not included in the rates, which is optional for the Guest to choose and will be added upon guest request for pool heating. $35 per day plus taxes for 8 to 10 hours a day, minimum 3 days required and $50 one-time flat fee for setup.
2- BASIC STARTER SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering accommodation. We provide to our guest one day complementary starter basics supplies like, one roll of kitchen towel paper, 2 trash bags, a small bottle of dishwashing soap, few dishwashing pods, few pods for laundry soap, one toilet paper roll for each bathroom, a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner and small hand soap bar. Further supplies for rest of your stay are the responsibility of the guests. Please be ready to bring with you or purchase after your arrival from local stores rest of supplies or anything you need.
