The property was just as described and perfect for our family trip! The house was clean and had all the necessities. There is plenty of room to spread out. We loved the heated pool and wildlife on the lake. We have teenage sons and wanted to be away (about 25-30 min drive) from all the Disney madness we all may have enjoyed years ago. This was a perfect location to get away from it all, but close enough to basic shopping (Walmart neighborhood grocery store is literally within walking distance). It's also super-conveniently located near the airport! Special thanks to Khurshid who was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind!

Great location for USTA visit

Beautiful view and great neighborhood. Close to USTA, safe area, quiet and family-friendly. Rooms were large and plenty of space with comfortable beds. Host was very helpful and neighbors very friendly!

Guys golf trip

We were 4 friends on a week long golf trip. The place was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed for our stay from the kitchen to our sleeping areas. It was relaxing to hang out by the pool after all day on the course. Plenty of shopping nearby and very easy access to the airport.

Fabulous place to stay, close to Orlando attractions

This house felt comfortably like home. We enjoyed sitting in the back patio, watching the kids swim and delighting over the colorful birds and the gator in the adjoining lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Property manager terrific but just too pricey for this aged property.

The property was okay but just too expensive. It was not a good value; it probably should have been a third less, if not more.The property manager was very responsive and if not for that, I'd give this a 1-star rating. The other pro is that the view is terrific.The nickel-diming 300 upcharge to heat the pool is offputting for what's already a very expensive home. Along these lines, it seems the owners skimped on furnishings, and the home generally, as it's all dated and needs updating.Again, it's an ok property but just way overpriced by the owners. Not a good value overall despite the excellent customer service by the property manager.

Lots of space on this one floor ranch. Not having to climb up and down stairs as one might in many of the surrounding properties was good. Great response from the host before and during the stay. Did not get to use the pool as it was chilly in January, but sparkling clean and nice outdoor seating and view. Nice neighborhood and parking on the street as well as driveway was good.

Place to recover from Theme parks

After a long day at the theme parks, this home was a great place to recover. It is located in a quiet community that is minutes away from all your food and shopping needs. The home was clean with great view of lake. The owner was very attentive and responsive to any questions that I had.

Week with family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa. We loved the view of the reservoir out the back. The pool was very refreshing after a day in the Florida heat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and store leftovers. We enjoyed the game room with pool table. The owner was very attentive and prompt with answers to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Tennis Vacation

We stayed here for a USTA junior tournament. It was great to come back to a pool to cool off in and feel like home away from home. Owner was very accommodating allowing us to extend our trip when needed. Comfortable beds, about 15 minutes from USTA campus!
