This home offers 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, including 6 full suites and 2 demi-suites with a shared, interlinked (Jack-and-Jill) bathroom, plus 2 standalone bathrooms for extra convenience. Between park days and pool time, relax with Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes group meals easy. You’ll also have an in-home laundry room to keep your stay smooth from start to finish.

You will also have access to the Windsor Cay clubhouse and its community amenities during your stay (per community rules).

Extra Services (request at least 48h in advance):

Pool heating: US$ 35 per night (minimum 3 nights)
BBQ grill: US$ 95 per stay (includes propane and cleaning)

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with an additional fee of US$ 50 per pet.
A maximum of 3 pets, each weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs), is allowed.
Any exception requests must be approved in advance.

No parties or events allowed
For a smoother arrival experience, please note that the community allows registration for up to 4 vehicles per reservation. If your group will be arriving with more cars, we recommend planning ahead to help avoid any access issues.
