This property was excellent! I’d recommend it to any family. The appliances in the kitchen really made our stay perfect as we like big family dinners and were surprised at all the things this house had to offer.

The host and home were welcoming. The home is beautiful and well maintained! Equipped with plenty toiletries, cookware, dinnerware and supplies. The home had everything we needed for entertaining. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and pool. My entire family enjoyed the theater room. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you!

Great House!

Beautiful large house. Owner put a lot of thought in decorating this house and amenities. Property manager was very responsive.

The home was everything we expected it to be based on the listing online. It actually exceeded our expectations. There was really no need to even leave the house except to get food. We were so sad to leave, but cannot wait to stay again! The host communication was excellent the house is beautiful

The property has lots of amenities and very family friendly. The house was not as clean as it should be. There was pill from previous guest found on the floor in a bedroom and the floors had been swept but most likely not mopped. There were a ton of beach towels for the pool but only one bath towel and washcloth per guest for a 5 night stay. There was also no dish soap and only2 trash bags and one of the requirements is that all trash is in a bag. A baby gate for the steps would have been an added bonus.

The house is great! We had 19 people aging from 11 to 75 and everyone had a great time. The pool was warm enough to swim in January. The layout is very convenient. The only thing that was a bit tricky was security. We did a lot of Uber and sometimes they would not let them take you thru the gate so you had to walk. And we had one vehicle towed once. The tow company is very sketchy and would only accept cash and all the facts on the tow slip were wrong.

Spring break

Property/House was beautiful and had pretty much everything in one location,we especially loved the home theater,the host was prompt to respond and did what I asked of them,the thing we didn't like about this property is the check-in at the gate was horrible...very unorganized and traffic was backed up on both sides they definitely need a better system and security inside was horrible and kinda harassed my house and didn't let a guest come in to pick me up saying I had too many cars at the property when I only had 3 cars...other than that our stay was great and the water park was cool.

The house was amazing and had enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The heated pool and hot tub were a definite hit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The resort waterpark had a great pool and a ton of chairs for sunbathing. The houses are very close together and you can hear the neighbors partying from the upstairs back bedrooms. The house hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. There was urine and hair around toilets. The railing to the upstairs was sticky and visibly dirty. The princess beds would break when you sat on them. We reached out to the host and they were very responsive. Unfortunately we weren’t able to coordinate a time for the cleaning crew to come back and remedy the cleanliness, instead we received a 130 credit. The house includes a few starter items, including salt and pepper and a couple dishwashing tabs, two laundry tabs, two garbage bags, and three rolls of tp per bathroom. We had to purchase dish soap and sponges for washing dishes. The pictures for the listing are fairly accurate, except there were no chaise lounge chairs by the pool. There was only one popcorn flavor in the theatre room, the machine was dirty and didn’t actually include oil to make popcorn. The welcome basket was a thoughtful idea, but ours was six cans of soda, which looked like leftovers from someone else’s stay since they had Santa on the cans and we came in May and they were going to expire in a week.The negatives are very small in comparison to the great time we had.

This house was perfect for our group of 12, that was comprised of 3 families who had never traveled together. The house was well equipped and met the needs of older teens celebrating their senior trip. The management / owners were responsive to a couple of requests and minor issues we had. We would recommend.

It was a beautiful house. Plenty of room for everyone. We could’ve used some additional seating out by the pool. The listing shows 2 additional lounge chairs, which would’ve been nice. We looked forward to having some family gaming competitions on the Nintendo switches, but you had to have 4 different Nintendo accounts to use them all together. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve been ready for use. We appreciated that the house had 2 sets of washer/dryers for our party of 12. Overall, very nice property.

We just completed a wonderful stay at this beautiful large home! Host was responsive to any questions we had. This home was extremely well stocked. AC was awesome and the pool was warm. Kids loved the princess and batman rooms! Highly recommended!
