    Horrible- Villakey 3rd party

    DO NOT like that you let 3rd parties (Villakey) place properties on your site. Horrible company and location. Will never rent from them again. And question if I should rent from you again. I don't want to deal with an uncaring property manager but an individual who takes pride in their house.

    Disappointed is an understatement

    Turned up and instantly things went wrong. - Pool was disgusting and cloudy- Aircon was dripping out buckets of water onto the sofa- kettle was broken- Iron was broken- sunlounger was broken - sink was blocked- tap was brokenWe raised these things and it took more than a day to rectify most. The Aircon then broke completely. We had a 7 year old and a 7 month old baby. We were compensated 200 which in comparison to what we spent is a joke. For 5 of our 11 days we booked it was constant problems. When we mentioned that the compensation wasn’t enough to make up for the amount of problems and days caused interrupting our expensive family holiday they simply told us to leave if we want to find alternative accommodation. This is not possible with our family. I would never stay here again nor would I use Villa Keys. .

    The property was perfect for us! Great accommodations for adults and kids and the pool was fantastic!Communication with the owners was easy and immediate.

    Awesome place!

    We had a great time! The house and pool are beautiful and has a great view! Plenty big for all 6 of us! Everything was clean and perfect! The owner Max was always available to answer my questions! We would 100% stay again! Great location also! 15 minutes from Disney and. About 20 to universal!! We had the best time for our sons 1st trip to Disney!

    Wanted to love this rental but a few issues prevented that.

    Pros: Very large beautiful home. Large beautiful bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Everyone can enjoy their own space. Beautiful pool area. Pay for the heat! Be aware the heat to hot tub does not pump in until you turn on bubble timer. Gets very hot very quickly once you turn it on, was very nice! Beautiful setting on lake with nice walking path around it. Kitchen very well equipped. We hosted Thanksgiving in the house for 15 people and the kitchen served us well. Max was always available to answer concerns or issues. Cons: We had two cars of people that arrived late to a chained gate. Couldnt figure out how to get to house. Turns out you need to navigate to Bellavida Resort, not address of home. Maybe this was communicated ahead of time and we missed it, but it was very frustrating to figure out late at night with two cars full of tired people. Door to home is very difficult to enter! After unlocking you really need to force it open. We all had bruises by the end of the week just from trying to get the door open! Carpeting upstairs and in all bedrooms is really awful. Stained carpet is to be expected in a high traffic rental, but this carpet is really at the end of its life. Deal Breakers: When we first arrived in home there was a chair overturned in the living room because the leg was broken off. The broken leg was sitting on top. Why would this be left for the next renters? Should have been removed from the home. This was very upsetting and tacky! Garbage was a huge issue! We arrived on Tues. night, and trash bin was full of previous renters trash. It states that trash is picked up every day except 2. Come Sat. night we had still not gotten a pickup, and we had quite a bit after Thanksgiving! After complaining, we finally got a pickup on Sunday? Not sure if this was the individual house problem or resort wide problem, but it was a major aggravation! Overall, our stay was not bad. If you have a lot of people the home serves you well. Without the issues stated, I really could have loved it!

    Nice house,poor housekeeping.

    When we got there we met with housekeeping and took her to several rooms to show her the dirty sheets, comforter, and towels. She told us she would bring clean ones back but never did. The pool was full of bugs. Had to wait until the next day for someone to bring a net for us to clean the pool out ourselves. I was told the pool wasn't inoperable we can still use it until someone brought a net the next day.. No remote control to the TV in the rooms. Was locked out of the house because a malfunctioning door. Instead of someone coming to assist is they texted through the vrbo app to tell me how to get in the door. Water bottles under the bed. Mold in bathrooms, water in showers slow to drain. The house was nice, just dirty.
