Clean comfortable stay

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need…and then some! Beds were very comfortable, hot tub and pool were great and we used them daily. We greatly appreciated water and Pepsi in the fridge upon arrival! Walmart is a few minutes away so getting groceries and supplies was quick and easy. Loved having a full washer and dryer to wash towels and clothes during our trip. We would return in a heartbeat!

From point of booking through to checking out all I can say is what an amazing service and experience from Charles and Jo. Their properties are just fantastic, clean and well furnished they have thought of absolutely everything. I can’t recommended the whole experience enough, we are booking with them for 2026 without a doubt.

What a great find! My family and in-laws enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back for future WDW trips. My daughter loved using the pool and we adults loved the hot tub (much needed relief after a long day at the theme parks) I feel lucky having come across this listing!

We had a great time at Charles and Jo's place. It was well equipped (e.g., Smart TVs in all rooms, good variety of high-end kitchen appliances and a good size pool area - all doors are alarmed so you are alerted when they are opened which was useful for us with 3 kids). The location is brilliant to be able to get to all the Disney parks easily and quickly. We would definitely stay at one of their places again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week earlier this month. The whole group loved the villa, really was spotlessly clean and well decorated with cute nods to disney.
