The house was perfect! The kitchen was well supplied and the game room and pool were amazing for the kids. We stayed for 6 nights and went to the Disney parks 4 days we were there. Each day at the park we took a midday break at the house to escape the heat. The location of the house was close enough for us to come and go to and from the park with no hesitation. Jen was responsive and helpful every step along the way! I would absolutely stay at the cool casa villa again!

Our Second Stay!

This was our second stay at this property and, again, it was nothing short of amazing. The host, Jen, is awesome! The house is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. I highly recommend staying at Cool Change Villa!

Christmas at Disney

Our family has stayed at numerous VRBO properties (4-5 in the Orlando area) and we all agreed that this was THE NICEST property we have ever visited. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to see that the house was decorated for Christmas complete with a Christmas tree! It made our stay before the holidays seem more like home. We were also greeted with delicious, gourmet cookies that were amazing! We chose this house due to the amount of resources for kids and babies. All of the equipment was super clean and in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Many properties are furnished with a mishmash of things, but this place really felt like home with nice, matching sets and attention to details. The checkin and security process at the resort was all pre-arranged and quick and easy. The property was great for kids with a playground and a large pool area. The pool and spa at the house were also nice and wonderfully heated for our not-so-warm December stay. The kids really enjoyed the movie on the big screen in the pool after dark and the grownups appreciated the hot tub. We wish we had scheduled more downtime at the house to enjoy the pool, game room, and community amenities. All Disney locations were a short 10-15 minute drive even during the busy Christmas season. We would definitely choose to stay here again on any return trips to Orlando.

Good times at Cool Change

Stayed July 8th to 15th and had a wonderful time at this very clean and well equipped house. It was a 5 star experience in evey way. My granddaughters loved the pool and dress up closet and the adults loved the roominess that allowed us to really relax. Owner quickly responded to any communication and made the process of checking in and out seamless. Pool and waterslides at main clubhouse were great. The check-in process was a pleasant surprise as security quickly offered temporary parking passes that allowed us to come back hours later to complete the check -in process after the main rush dissipated. Would rent this property again without hesitation when our travels take us back to the Orlando area.

Book This Villa Now!!!!

This property exceeded our expectations! When we walked in, we noticed how clean it was. Everything is updated and beautiful, and it was honestly stocked with everything we could ever need. We didn’t have to bring anything besides food and some items for the kids. There was a huge closet upstairs with baby/kids items in it (blankets, toys, wash cloths, pottys, step stools, bed rails… and so much more) which was amazing. Also, in the Cinderella bedroom closet, there were several dresses for our girls to dress up in and they loved it so much. The game room was sooo awesome. Hours of fun for all of us from ages 43 all the way down to 3. We spent so much time by the pool as well. Just an amazing property and we have already talked about going back again. I also have to mention how nice and accommodating Jen, the property owner, was. She left a box of Mickey themed cookies and cake pops for the kids and a little gift for the adults as well. Such a cute and thoughtful touch! Thank you Jen for sharing your amazing property with us! We hope to be back again next year!

Family vacation

Amazingly perfect property. So well stocked with literally everything you need. EVERYTHING!!! Super clean. Beds were very comfy. Jen was easily the most gracious and lovely host we’ve ever had. We’ve vacationed with Vrbo’s all over the world and this property has set the bar extremely high!

Great Disney stay

This property was fantastic! Very clean and so well stocked! Everything was well organized and they thought of everything! Channel guides, fans everywhere, lots of tips posted around. We loved the hot tub after a long day at the parks. My daughter loved having Mickey waffles! All the Disney touches in the home make you hardly realize you’re “off” property. We will be back for sure!!

This place is AMAZING!!!

I cannot say enough about this place! It was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious for our family of nine. We had three king-size master suites for the three couples and the kids had their bunkbed room. Every bedroom has its' own bathroom which was perfect! The game room was a hit and the AC was a big plus for the hot week of July. The house AC was kept at 75 and cooled the entire space really well. The laundry room was used mid-week with no issues, and laundry baskets were a big help. We used the pool every evening and it was perfect for our group and though the houses are very close together, the pool area was private while swimming or sitting on the patio. The kids watched movies in the family room while the adults played card games on two evenings, after long days at Disney parks. One afternoon the kids enjoyed the waterpark with the water slides and ice cream treats. Driving to the parks were an easy ride, and both our large vehicles fit in the driveway with no issues. The owner was very communicative before and during our stay - which was very much appreciated. This was the BEST VRBO house we have ever rented/stayed in. We highly recommend for active families - for the conveniences at the house and the parks nearby. Owner, Jen Rabine could not have made it any easier for us to make sure this was a terrific vacation for our three generation f.amily. THANKS Jen!!

Thought of everything!

I was originally going to do a pros and cons list but there aren't many cons - so the list would be pointless. So lets just get straight into it .....Set up amazing it was just right for our family 2 bedrooms on the 1st level and 2 bedrooms on the second level. The host provided floating devices for adults AND children. Cutlery and plating for adults AND children. Games to play for adults AND children. (Told you they thought of everything) The living room can get really cold while the family watches a movie (loved every moment of that) there is a basket of blankets next to the TV stand - uh how awesome! 1st floor bedrooms can get hot at night sooo to correct that there are several fans in the bedrooms to help with nighttime coolness - uh awesome again. This house has truly set the standard for our family. We now are comparing other houses in other states against this one .... spoiler alert: none have matched it. We truly enjoyed our stay! O btw, for my fluffy friends (fluffy =chunky=plump) the towels are fluffy friendly 😊 Ok, enough of my review, go ahead and book it, you won't be disappointed.

The best place I’ve ever stayed!!!!

I’m hesitant to write this review because I wanna keep this hidden gem a secret. But this is honestly the best place I have ever stayed. And I vacation a lot. From the moment you enter the community you feel like you’re in a safe and clean environment. The house itself is amazing with a pool hot tub game room etc. the house is big enough to have your own space but small and cozy enough to be together as much as you want. I will always choose this place when I come to Florida. Thank you so much Chris and Jen for making this the most memorable trip of our lives.

Magic Kingdom for the kiddies

This rental was quite a find-so close to Disney and other attractions. Any store you need is minutes away. But once the kids got inside, it has a magic all its own! There is a Cinderella dress for most ages, a princess dressing table, loads of Disney character toys and on and on. We found this to be an extremely clean home, in every aspect. It is well equipped, has amenities above and beyond. The heated pool & spa are sparkling, well maintained and a huge plus. We messaged about the temp of the pool-someone was there within an hour! The whole home is well equipped- above and beyond in many respects. The beds! They are incredibly comfortable as are the pillows, the linens plenty. The game room was a hit with so much to do and so well furnished for all ages.There were TV's in every room with full access to anything you want, including of course the Disney Channel.There is even an outdoor TV poolside. The single standout may be the communication by the owner. From the beginning she communicated with me, answered all my questions, gave suggestions and before we came even sent a map to a destination I inquired about. Everything was spot on. The check in is easy as is the check out. The kids could not have been happier in this home, and as we know, it is all about them!

Excellent host!

Jen leaves nothing to chance. She is very communicative. The house was perfect! It’s close to Disney and the game room and pool were great distractions for a “down day.” If we go back to Orlando, we would rent this again!

Gorgeous Home with all of the pixie dust!

We split our recent family vacation between two homes in Windsor Hills and this home was our favorite by a long shot! The owners have really thought of everything you might need to make your stay magical. There are so many small details throughout this house that make it special and a must-stay in Windsor Hills. My family is already planning the next time we can stay in this beautiful home!!! The owner herself was so sweet and thoughtful. She messaged me throughout our stay and even left Mickey Mouse ice cream in the freezer for our kiddos!!!! That hospitality really just blew us out of the water. I promise you this home is one of the best Windsor Hills has to offer!

Amazing stay!!!!! Highly recommend booking.

Everything about this property as awesome! Some friends and i went for my brothers bachelor “party” 7 people in a house for 11 meant a lot of space for everyone to be comfortable. The game room was probably our favorite. After a night out we’d come back and play some pool, listen to music. The pool was pretty clean, hot tub would get nice and hot. Jen was always helpful and answered my calls and text quickly. Definitely #1 on my list of people I would book again with. She was helpful with answering questions, making sure we were enjoying the house and asking if there was anything else she could do for us. If anyone’s looking for a nice house with an amazing host I highly recommend you book this property.
