It was absolutely wonderful! Staying for nine days and our grandkids have the time of their life! They kept saying when we would go places, are we going home? 😊

The place has five bedrooms, five baths and a pool which fit us all perfectly. Very clean and accommodating! A very good location to get anywhere you need. Stores, restaurants and their own clubhouse with a large pool and drinks. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Orlando!

Magic!

10/10 recommend staying here. The distance from the house to the parks is so convenient. The house is immaculate! We spent our evenings watching movies out by the pool. It was our kids favorite place we've stayed to date. We will be back! Thank you so much for a magical stay. We loved it

Relaxing and fun

This villa was everything we hoped it would be for our group of 5. It was so nice to come back from an exhausting Disney day and jump in the pool! Everyone having their own bathroom was beyond sweet! Will stay again and again!

Our Second Stay!

This was our second stay at this property and, again, it was nothing short of amazing. The host, Jen, is awesome! The house is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. I highly recommend staying at Cool Change Villa!

The house was perfect! The kitchen was well supplied and the game room and pool were amazing for the kids. We stayed for 6 nights and went to the Disney parks 4 days we were there. Each day at the park we took a midday break at the house to escape the heat. The location of the house was close enough for us to come and go to and from the park with no hesitation. Jen was responsive and helpful every step along the way! I would absolutely stay at the cool casa villa again!

Always a dream

Loved our stay. Highly recommended!

The house was gorgeous and well kept. We stayed in December so it was nicely decorated for the holidays. Our 7-year old loved playing in the game room and sleeping in the Star Wars themed room.

Prefect for families who want to visit WDW and universal.

We discovered this house a couple years ago and we’ve been coming back ever since! Prior to staying at Cool Change Villa we would stay at Disney Polynesian or Disney Boardwalk for our family vacations. I was hesitant to rent a vacation house because I worried it would be hard to get in and out of the parks. But all the amenities and benefits of the house greatly outweigh the cons of not being on WDW property. The house is a short drive from all the WDW and Universal studios. It has the plenty of space for family to spread out and everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom! The house really is as nice as the pictures. And Jen is great to work with!

perfect disney house

This house is perfect for a family vacation. It has everything you could need and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We visit Disney parks every 1-2 years. In the past we have always stayed at a Disney resort. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location of the house is and how easy it was to get to the different parks.

Amazing stay, everything we needed for our 2 week stay.

Fantastic and very responsive hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Little added extra upon arrival made it even more special- so I Thankyou for that. Other than trips out to varies attractions , we didn’t leave the villa! Enough to keep 2 adults and 2 kids occupied. The kids loved the new massage chair, could probably do with 2!!!!!! Fantastic,clean villa with everything a family needs and more. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back .The O’Neills Yorkshire,England

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

We had the most amazing holiday and this fantastic villa was perfect for our family and had everything we needed and more and made our holiday extra special. The host was amazing both before, during and after our stay and we felt welcomed and looked after. We have a disabled daughter and the host made sure the villa was perfect for her which relieved one stress of the holiday. We couldn’t fault anything and would love to return. Thank you

Family vacation

Amazingly perfect property. So well stocked with literally everything you need. EVERYTHING!!! Super clean. Beds were very comfy. Jen was easily the most gracious and lovely host we’ve ever had. We’ve vacationed with Vrbo’s all over the world and this property has set the bar extremely high!

Comfy home for large families

We had a great time enjoying all of the amenities this home had to offer. The game room and pool were a big hit with the teenage grandchildren. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed to make family dinners. The bedding was also a big hit, as the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The furnishings were also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Magical Vacation Home!!

Amazing staycation! Very Clean. Comes fully equipped from kitchen, bedroom, game room, and pool with everything you can imagine or need! TVs galore even around pool! Lights around pool and spa add that extra special ambiance! Great location - close to all Disney parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Beautiful, fun parks close by -walkable distance. Not far from clubhouse that adds extra fun time like waterside, games, music, and bar. Will NOT disappoint! We will 100 back!

Amazing!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home! We love it here! Our kids call it “their Disney house” we look forward to our annual trip here with all the amazing amenities from home. Amazing stay

From the time of enquiring to when we got home we felt so looked after, every question or query we had was answered so quickly by Jen. The villa is amazing and in such a good location for the parks. Everything you need and more is available in the villa. The kids loved playing in the games room and the jacuzzi was a dream helping with the sore feet after a full day at the parks. I cannot recommend a stay here enough and we can’t wait to come again in the future to build more fantastic memories as we did this year. Thank you so much Jen

Wonderful Host

Jen was a wonderful host . She was quick to response whenever we send her a message. Her villa has everything supplied that you will need . The beds was so comfortable and everyone enjoyed having there own bathroom . The kids had a ball in the game room and splashing in the pool and the hot tub was relaxing.I would definitely go back to her villa again and recommend it to anyone who needs a house with five bedrooms.😊

We will be back!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens). The kids loved the gameroom and pool area. The home is perfectly located close to the parks and near several wonderful restaurants. The home was clean and kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and utensils. It was the perfect home for us to enjoy family time together, yet spacious enough for all of us to have our own space when needed, as well. The hosts were very gracious and quickly assisted us with a few questions that we had throughout our stay. We are all looking forward to our next visit!

Great floridian vacation

We used cool change villa as our base for our 2024 trip. We found the villa to be clean and roomy with all facilities we needed to feel at home. On top of this were some extras added by our host Jen We found cool change to be near all major roads and an easy drive to all major parks and attractions. We would highly recommend cool change and the owners who responded to all our many questions in a prompt manner. We would not hesitate to book cool change villa for our vacation in the future.

Wonderful!

We stayed for 6 weeks at the Cool Change Villa. Everything was wonderful - from the host, Jen to the house. The house was very well stocked. Everything we needed and more. We had one child, two toddlers and a baby staying with us and we had everything we needed for their stay. The children had a blast with the toys, pool, hot tub and games room. While the big pool at the clubhouse was lovely we believe the kids preferred to swim in the pool at the house. Jen is a fabulous host. She is quick to respond if you have inquiry and does a great job at making your stay at her house relaxing, stress free and memorable. We would highly recommend Cool Change!

Nothing short of spectacular

Our stay at the Villa was truly amazing! Jen was an amazing host to work with. The house was perfect. Everything was comfy and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want in your own kitchen to make you feel at home and cook with ease. So many personal touches that made you feel at home or wish you had all these amazing things at your own home. The outside pool and hot tube was so fun with the outside tv and speakers and the projector at night to watch movies is the best way to end a great day at the pool or a day at the Disney parks. I would highly recommend this house and working with jen was just the cherry on top. My family and I can’t wait to book our next trip and stay again!

Great vacation house

Had a great time for a large family gathering at Cool Change. House is large and the attached pool with integrated hot tub was terrific. Has all the amenities you need for a vacation home and the game room was a hit with the kids. Sometimes, vacation rental kitchens don't have enough kitchen gear, no so with this house. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. Enjoyed the home and resort resources (tennis, gym, community pool) and there was a great golf course in the resort next door (Mystic Dunes).
