Great Place for a Family of 13 - Adults, Toddlers & Infants

Wonderful location within 25 minutes from Disney World Parks --- would recommend this place to any looking for space and entertainment.

Met all our needs

Great location. Tons of space. I would not bother with the pool heater unless needed later. Turned out to be a waste. Otherwise, I would certainly endorse this property for large family gatherings.

2023 Family Vacation

It is April 2024 and I am still waiting for a refund that has never shown on my credit card statement. There were several issues with the house - i.e. no internet, no wifi, took many visits from tech people to get all working, edit room tv never worked the entire week (was voice activated which didn't work - 3 remotes didn't have backs on them and didn't work), we were at location at 4:00 to checkin and we got a call that property would not be available until 6:30 because insufficient cleaning staff. We also had groceries to be delivered at 5:00. For the expense, we were very disappointed. Because of late check-in, I guess it is your policy to charge client, but because it was not our fault, we were told we would at least get a $90 refund, but that has never happened. I would not recommend this management group. We had really bad experience and had alot of money invested. And the gas grill that we rented was a joke. Small and could hardly use. We have rented many properties and have never been charged for a gas grill. Also, the kitchen needed lots of equipment. There were no measuring spoons/cups and all of the pots/pans were huge. A trip to Dollar Tree and about $20 would have been a great plus for the kitchen.

MnM Family Time

The house had plenty of space and bedrooms. Some of the beds are too hard so maybe the owners will try them out and get some new ones. Also bring some shower racks there is no where to place shower items. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the big theater! One day we went to the clubhouse pool and it was fun!

A beautiful home - just as described.

We had 12 people total in our party and the home was exactly what we had hoped for in terms of ample space. There was something for everyone to enjoy. My only disappointment was the hot tub which wasn't hot at all. We called in and they adjusted the temperature, but it never heated up well enough. I would not pay the extra fee for a heated pool in the future. The main pool was way too warm, and the hot tub was way too cool. My husband's only complaint was in the movie theatre room. A tech had to come out to fix the WiFi and surround sound situation, and once resolved, it was still very slow and difficult to enjoy a movie. Management was very quick about responding to concerns - so we greatly appreciated that detail. The kitchen was spotless, but be sure to pack (or buy) salt & pepper and all needed condiments. Bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, just as pictured.

Amazing time!

We had an amazing time at this property. The villatel team was incredibly cooperative & friendly, making it a hassle-free experience. It was a nice sized townhouse with moss-covered oaks and an expansive living room. Very well stay!

House was okay but will never visit this resort again

The house was big enough for our family and seemed to be clean. The AC did not help cool the upstairs and the heat was difficult to manage. Check in was supposed to be at 4. We had five family groups traveling from all over and about 3, we were called and told the house would not be ready until 7. We already had people shopping for groceries and no way to refrigerate items. One sink completely stopped up and it took a day for anyone to come fix it. One of the games did not work at all. The pool was only checked one time, early in our stay, they had to add chlorine because they said there was none. That was fine, but they never checked again. We called for another check and cleaning and they said they would come, but no one ever did. We only visited the resort pool once because it was so crowded. It wasn’t pleasant at all. Several of the neighboring houses had parties and one night people were drag racing in vehicles down our street at dangerous speeds. I tried calling security. Left a message but never heard back from anyone. The area as okay, but it was at least a 30 minute drive to restaurants or entertainment. We will not stay here in the future.

Best vacation ever

This property had everything it advertised! We had 14 people, ages 2-66. There was enough room and activities that you could get away from each other if you needed a break from the crazy kids but the pool and movie room would bring everyone back together. The clubhouse was good though the kids pool was very cold.

Definitely Enjoyed my stay at this property Didn’t have to leave the house for anything because it had enough entertainment to keep the kids busy and having fun !! Amazing 5th bday

My entire family had an amazing time for my daughter 5th bday trip. The kids loved all the themed rooms and the theater room. The adults I enjoyed it once they all ent to bed. The pool was fun, the ping pong table was cool and the kitchen was just beautiful. The whole house is very comfortable from the big living room sofa to the beds . Amazing way to create memories
