The villa is in a great location for all Disney Parks m with a no more than 10-20 minute journey (traffic dependent, and what time. If day you leave for the parks)
Great size swimming pool for those days that you want a bit of a chill from running around the different Orlando attractions.
We had a couple of minor issues (internet wifi code and AC not working up-stairs in the house) but have to say Natasha from the local team resolved them quickly and efficiently, these things can happen and in my experience how quickly they are dealt with is always important. I would certainly give 5 stars for communication and handling of the problem locally.
The Villa is a great size for large families or a couple of smaller families and certainly plenty of space for everyone.
The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived, with plenty of towels, the Bathrooms had small toiletries in them to get you going until you got to any of the 3 local super markets stores (public 5 mins, Walmart 7 mins and Target 10 mins) to get any bigger shopping items.
The Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, cups etc.
The swimming pool area has plenty of beds, chairs and table, (small note the jets for the outdoor tub need to be turned on from outside of the covered area next to all then pool pumps etc).
We had 3 weeks at the villa and we had some concerns about staying due to some negative reviews ( we booked the villa before any reviews) so I have written this based on our experience and not what others might have experienced! Yes the villa does have some furniture that is tired and past it’s best........but if your in Orlando to do the theme parks (Disney, Universal etc) then if you’re like us your time in the villa will be to either eat, swim, sleep etc then it will be more than fine and this won’t impact your vacation / holiday.
