Nice and clean. Everything is like the photos show. Only complaint are the mattresses. The master king we slept in upstairs was nice, but some of the other beds are very firm. We did not go to the community pool or water park but it looks like you could walk to it in 5 mins. It’s not too far. Next time, we hope to stay longer and spend some time in the water. The water in the backyard pool was a little too cold for us, but we enjoyed that area, and walking around the pond. Kitchen is minimally stocked, which we expected, but I think it’s worth mentioning. Overall, it’s a clean 4BR/3BA duplex with nice decorations, and nice little community of vacationers.

Would not book!!!!

The photos are semi- accurate. The cleanness of this property was awful. The smell when you first walked in, no shower curtain liner, trash under the beds, dirty band aid on the carpet, the pool had clumps of hair floating. The towels smelt of mildew. We contacted the property manager with NO return message. We would not recommend this property.

Okay property depending on your needs

The house is very basic with cheap furniture. If you need a place to sleep for a few days, then this would be a good spot. In my opinion, not a great option for families, especially with young children. All dishes are glass or very heavy ceramic dishes. Nothing plastic or easy for children. The kitchen is poorly stocked with necessities…no kitchen towels, oven mitts, nothing to bake or use in the oven. There aren’t any serving dishes or bowls larger than for cereal. There is nothing “extra” in this property. One cheap roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One roll of cheap paper towel. One garbage bag. No dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry…nothing. One towel per bathroom. If you book a stay here, plan to shop accordingly, as you will need to grab all essential household items. Including kitchen towels. We’ve stayed at other properties in this area where there was a drawer/box with things that have accumulated for your use, like salt, pepper, coffee filters…but nothing like that here. The pool is small. The upstairs toilet ran our entire stay. The bunk bed wobbled and didn’t seem sturdy, so we did not allow a child on the top bunk.

Good for the price

This house was good for the price. We liked that it wasn’t too far from Disney and it had a good amount of space for our family. The pool area is great!!! The downsides were that we couldn’t ever get the cable to work, the hot water ran out really fast, (only one person would get a warm shower) the carpet wasn’t stained but looked a little worn.

Great get away

Townhouse was nice great view comfortable. Needed a fan for the upstairs bedrooms but other then that everything was great. Air was cold downstairs but was not pumping great upstairs.

Great stay at Storey Lakes

Lovely, comfortable and well equipped townhome. Very well positioned and only a few minutes walk to the Hideaway Club. It would have been even better with a couple of sun loungers around the pool and instructions on what the 4 remote controls do for the television. I see these things have been mentioned in previous reviews, so maybe the owner would like to consider these to make their guests stay even more comfortable. Irrespective of these minor things, I would recommend the townhome for its great location - Universal 20 minutes away, Premium Outlets and International Drive 15-20 minutes drive, Publix and Walmart 5 minutes drive. Would definitely return,

Fantastic Staycation

Great house for a large group. We enjoyed all of the amenities just a short walk away! Our boys used EVERYTHING! The only issue was probably the living room TV... we are tech challenged so it was difficult to figure out the remotes.

We are a family of 4. We stayed at 3151 Pequod Place in the newly built Story Lake Resort. Great location, beautiful view. The owner was terrific! He stayed in contact with us and was very attentive and accommodating. The resort was wonderful. Our kids loved the pool, lazy river and water slides. They also have a sand area for kids, splash area, beach volleyball, basketball, outdoor bar/cafe and a gym. Very close to all theme parks, Disney Springs and restaurants. The resort is still under construction but was taking place way in the back so it did not interfere with our stay. I would recommend this resort.

great location!

Overall is was a good place to stay but could have used some loungers around pool area and cleaners could have done a slightly better job. Duvet cover needed to be washed and hairs on bathroom floor.
