We love staying in Vista Cay, and this location was perfect for our event. Kids love the pool and game room, parents love the comfortable, spacious living arrangements.

Nice place!

The condo was so pretty! BUT the showers were not clean and the people above us were loud at night starting about 11:30 PM. Keeping some people in our party awake and woke us up all hours. When we sent an email to address the bathrooms being dirty (hair in the tubs, what looked like blood on the shower curtain, feces in the wall) we were told someone would be there to clean but they never came. We were spending the week at Universal so we didn't contact anyone further to take care of it we just cleaned it ourselves. Also, bring extra towels and trash bags with you unless you like washing towels every day since they only give you 1 set per person. We called for more towels and they brought them but we were told that it was normal to only receive one set per person. We really liked the building and the condo though. It was convenient to go to Universal and there were lots of places to shop and eat that were close.

Spring break getaway

Very spacious, nice floor plan with rooms spread out from each other. We didn’t need any of the children items but thought it was nice there was a high chair,etc available. We like the location. Only problem was the people above us were there to weekend party at night.

We have stayed here four different times. We love renting here because it’s a comfortable spacious apartment that fits our entire family. We have space to move around and feel at home. The apartment is situated in a great location. We will be back during the spring.

Spacious and Comfortable

We have stayed in this unit twice now. It is very spacious plenty of room for the teenagers to avoid the lame parents. Quick and easy drive to Universal. Located close to a Publix shopping center. Only thing missing in the kitchen ( or that I could not locate) was a coffee pot....had the maker.....couldn't find the pot. The stress was real....LOL! When checking out my niece had left her blanket in the dryer....almost an hour afterwards she realized this grave transgression. The property management team helped us get back into the room and get this most cherished item! Overall a great stay!

Worked great for a trade show at the convention center

Locations was great for the trade show at the convention center, an easy walk each day and saved the money for parking. Listing was accurate and it was clean and had everything we needed. The property does show some wear and tear but nothing bad just that is gets rented often. I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans, it would have been hot at night if we were here in the summer. Being here for work we didn't use the club house or any of the amenities.

Getting the door entry codes was painful. Had to call four times, leave two messages and nobody would say what was going on. Once got into the property, everything was great and easy.

Not a clean condo

Upon checking into the condo it had a very bad smell. Mold on kitchen ceiling. We had to go get candles and air wicks plug ins. Told them about it. They sent over housekeeping. She said she would let her manager know. They came in painted over the mold on ceiling. When we was out at the park for the day. Didn’t offer us another condo or even call us. Also the furnace filter hasn’t been changed in 4 years. I have allergies so it was bad. Will NOT stay here again.

Would love to retire here!!!

Condo was beautiful and SPACIOUS!!! Super clean too!!! Everything that any family could need for a vacation!!! Grocery store and restaurants very close by, which was very convenient . Very close to the Convention Center and Universal and not all that far from Disney property too. Thanks for a great place to have a family vacation. We will be back!!!

Amazing Property!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Check in process was very easy to include detailed instructions prior to arrival. Condo was very clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask for a better layout of property. It was convenient to theme parks (Universal Studios, Disney, SeaWorld, etc...) and restaurants. Had convenient parking. Overall property was amazing . Highly recommend property to families visiting the area.

Fabulous condo; terrific location

This condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated! The property managers were excellent with their communication and we loved the ease of the check in/check out process! We were a short ride to Universal which was perfect for us and the condo was a lovely place to relax after a long day at the parks! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area! We will definitely be returning!
