  • Four bedroom villa with two bathrooms, East facing pool with covered lanai area to be able to enjoy breakfast , lunch or dinner rain or shine.
    3 rooms of queen beds, one room of double twin beds.
    Free wifi and long distance calls.
    Roku smart tvs.
    Can be to Walt Disney World in 22 minutes.
    Pool heat can be purchased for $25 per day extra.
    Fully stocked with linens and cookware, dishes.
    Large washing machine and dryer.
    This home is not in the gated community part.
    Its not gated.
    If outside temps drop below 50 degrees , the pool heater will not work. A starter pack of toileteries will be provided but once they are gone it is up to guests to buy their own, we dont provide daily turn about service.

Winter getaway

The house was well appointed and very nice in a nice neighborhood. It was close to themeparks and there were plenty of other attractions and activities within a short distance.

Great place

Perfect place away from all the traffic of Orlando, but close enough to drive to attractions and parks. Kids enjoyed the pool. So much better than a hotel. Plenty of room to spend time with each other. Would stay here again.

All very good

The property was very comfortable, well stocked with everything you would need. The location is very convenient as well, a reasonable distance from the parks without having to stay in the tourist trap area.

We enjoyed our stay with the grandkids. House was nice and clean. Communication with property owners was prompt and all needs were addressed.

Location was great! We were right in between the theme parks between legoland and universal. Tons of good food options around. Home was clean.

Our stay in the house was spectacular, a beautiful house, the location and the neighborhood very beautiful, the neighbors very pleasant, everyone said hello, without a doubt when I can return to the Orlando area I would love to return to this beautiful house.

Great location to Disney theme parks

Home is just a short drive to Disney parks. Home was clean and it easy to reach out to property manager. I would recommend this property.

1) Good, quiet neighbourhood 2) Close to shopping, restaurants, golf, 45 minutes to Disney when Hwy 4 wasn't busy, an hour away from the airport 3) Pool table is wobbly & non functioning 4) Beds are old, uncomfortable & noisy

Love the stay

Easy to book. Property looks just like pictures everything was nice and clean. Nice neighborhood even the neighbor across the street was nice asked was it anything he could help with. My Family and I Enjoyed Our Stay at the house and if I have to come back I will be booking again

Great Vacation Home

Stayed at this beautiful vacation home in March/April 2023. The house is tastefully decorated (as it appears in pictures). The neighbourhood is very quiet, and is great for anyone who likes to walk.The residents are quite friendly, but are respectful of your privacy. There is an abundance of shopping in the area just a short drive away. Rebecca and the property management crew were great to deal with and very responsive to any inquiries. We had such an enjoyable vacation and would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Nice but needs some attention

This place was very spacious as described. The pool was clean. The shower heads had limited flow. The kitchen had sparse standard amenities. Adding dish soap, salt and pepper and a few other items would be helpful. We were looking forward to the pool table but it was broken and unable to be used.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Absolutely wonderful vacation. Ease of booking and the communication was great. Home supplied everything you would need. Very kid friendly, even strollers and a high chair available to use. House located in a cute & quiet neighborhood. Safety was never a concern, not even a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. My husband and I booked this home for our family’s vacation. My 2 adult children and their spouses, our granddaughters 4 & 9 and my mother all stayed here comfortably. Location was great, it was not a long trip to Disney, stores and many choices for meals.

Good Property, Great Price

Pros: Great value for the home. Owner who really worked to address our concerns. Cons: No wifi (not the owners fault, but needed to be noted). Some conflicting house rules (i.e. trash timing posted on fridge conflicted with that in house brochure). Not in a gated community. Overall, this isn't a 5 star property, but a nice 3.5-4 star property. The house itself was in good shape. It met our needs, which was a long-weekend in which we spent little time in the home. If we were staying longer than a weekend, I would probably consider something a little more upscale in a gated community, but for the price, this was great.

Decent but needs some attention

Loved the neighborhood, super quiet neighborhood, construction noise at house behind but can't help that. Loved that it's close to Disney. Very spacious for our family of 5. Some things that need attention: -dryer needs fixing, takes 2 cycles to dry and door handle is broken -pool table needs to be leveled -towels are awful! Old, paper thin, dingy. -hand soap would be great instead of hotel bar soap -only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a family of 5, that's definitely not enough -patio loungers are super uncomfortable -house just needs a deep clean. I understand you can't do a deep clean after each renter, but a deep clean every few months would do wonders. Tile and grout need deep clean so badly!

Beds

Beds in the other rooms need to be updated with new mattress they are filled with foam toppers. The other two rooms were good. We also had to go out and buy stuff for the house which I felt that they already should of had there. like salt and pepper more then one roll for the bathrooms hand soap and dish soap and more then two tide pods tht they leave there. There is no way you can wash 5 beds worth of bedding with just two pods. Also the pool table needs to be replaced or fixed we tried playin but the table would rock and the balls would roll away. There was also no grill at the house I later saw a sign that said we need to request one or something like that but that was just a hassle so I didn’t bother. Other then those things the house was great

Good, but could have been better with some basic changes

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the house was clean, it had the basics, close to Disney but could have been improved significantly with some very simple changes. First the information in the property is out of date. None of the phone numbers are accurate. There was no information about bin days. Lots of notes and instructions to ensure you put out the bins but no information on when! (black bin: Monday's, Yellow bin: Fridays). The bins were overflowing and were smelly, obviously because the previous renters did not know when to put the bins out and therefore we couldn't put ours out until the second week. Also the blinds in the house did not work and did not shut properly, so light was streaming through the windows early in the morning and there were no curtains. Also the pool light was on all night, so this light also came through the window, I need darkness to sleep, so this meant I could not get a good nights sleep, not what you want when you are on holiday. Also, as others had mentioned, only one toilet roll per toilet, not enough for a family of 4 for 2 weeks. Also there was no soap or dish washing liquid and no sponge or cloth to clean dishes ( although this was provided after finally finding the right number to call. Overall the house needs some TLC, the sink in the main bathroom was broken, the patio doors need replacing, the pool looks tired, some of the furniture was broken, blinds need replacing and please add some curtains or blackouts!

Very nice

Stayed there in july with the family. The kids love playing in the pool. House was clean. Big enough for a familly of 5. Close to everything. (Supermarkets etc..)About 30 to 40 min to Disney. Owner respond quickly if issues. Could use a bit more ustensiles (cauldron) for the cooking we were a family of 5. But we manage to Cook. Very enjoyed our 2 weeks vacation in the house.
