The easiest stay I ever had, detailed instructions were sent prior to arriving. Instructions were also detailed once inside the unit. Had everything we needed besides the food. We even cooked meals and had everything we needed as well. We were in town for a conference and it was even withing walking distance. We are right next to clubhouse , had access to the pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend !

Great stay to go to the parks

Stay was great. Plenty of room for a small-medium size families. Host left great accommodations which were very appreciated. If using the cable tv prepare to be disappointed, it was borderline unusable unfortunately. Everything else was great!

Great Stay

Top notch room and love the location. We booked under the impression the pool would be ready outside the building. Having to drive to the other pool was a minor inconvenience. The unit was actually better than what the pictures depicted. Would stay here again.

Location was great, spacious, property was clean , quite,the master bedroom bed mattress is worn out though. Lake Loop walkway was closed and roof work was going on ..otherwise I would highly recommend

Great Convention Stay

We had an amazing stay at this condo during megacon 2025, only a 15 minute walk. Everything in the property was clean and in good condition. Management was quick and timely in responding and was quick to help us get some medication that was left in the unit after check out. There was some construction being done on the building and clubhouse so the pool and hot tub was closed but this was announced on the listing and out of the managements control. Overall this was an amazing stay and property and will definitely try to book it again for megacon 2026!

Absolutely Perfect

The condo is conveniently located between Disney and Universal and easily worked for my family of four and my Mother. It was clean, roomy and communication was perfect. I will be staying her again in the future. It is secluded enough to avoid all the craziness, but also near the parks and Bowl Game to make the trip much more satisfying.

The stay was absolutely perfect! Condo and amenities were great! The Wii was a BIG HIT for my sons and their friends. Appreciated the supply of garbage bags/dish detergent/laundry detergent/toilet paper/paper towels/etc. Everything was GREAT!

Home away from Home

This property was beautiful and cozy! Very welcoming and felt like home. Beds were comfortable, sofa was large enough for our family to lay comfortably and play board games and watch TV. We loved all the space to spread out yet common space to all be together. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food while we were there. Very conveniently located to everything! We will definitely stay here again! ITZ staff was very great with answering our questions and very quick to respond.

GREAT CONDO! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This condo is wonderful! It's one of the BEST places we have ever rented from VRBO. The owner of this unit has thought of everything. There was a binder with helpful information, the wifi passwords were by the tv, and everything we needed was in the condo (dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, night lights, scissors, salt/pepper, enough toilet paper for the whole week, paper towels(2 rolls), napkins, Dawn dish soap, water/pop/juice in the fridge, liquid hand soap by all sinks, garbage bags (7), plunger, puffs, hand lotion, wii, board games, dvds, books, beach towels, etc). I am putting this in the review because of how important this is! I can't tell you how many VRBO rentals we have stayed at that don't have all this or don't have enough toilet paper, garbage bags, etc to get you through the week. It makes a total difference. I highly recommend this condo! There was a gift basket with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us too. SO NICE! We arrived late at night and the snacks were a total lifesaver in the morning. Loved the 2 separate living room areas. How awesome is it that this condo had a wii! It had some games but you could bring your own too! Appliances and A/C worked great. We never cooked anything (other than popcorn) because we were too busy. Loved that the condo had an elevator. The location of the condo is great. Close to airport and parks. We felt very safe because it was a gated complex.

Perfect vacation home!

The unit was perfect for our needs! Perfect location-15 min drive to Universal and 15 min to MCO. Host was very thorough with everything! We would highly recommend choosing this rental and we hope to return again! The welcome package was a great touch! The fully stocked kitchen was great! Loved having two separate areas to relax (one for the kids and one for the adults)! Also, everyone loved their beds - all were very comfortable!

great place

We enjoyed our stay here! Loved the layout, and this unit was well stocked with thoughtful supplies. quiet and peaceful area surrounding the place. we enjoyed walking the trail around the lake and seeing Florida plants/vegitation. we didn't have any problems during our stay. comfy master bed. the kids played with the wii games and the toys. They even supply a wooden baby crib set up in the master suite walk in closet, for families traveling with a baby. Laundry room in unit was handy, and there was a high chair for toddlers stored in there as well. We would book here again if we come back to this area.

Loved it had a great time! Condo was perfect. Very clean and super nice. Awesome location. Only problem we had had nothing to do with the condo or the people we booked through it was the gift shop. I tried to buy a Vista Cay towel and button up shirt from the gift shop and it was 5:28 and they closed at 5:30 and she would not sell me the items because she did not want to work one minute overtime. That is what she told me anyway. I was a little irritated because we were leaving the next morning at 6 AM and I’m still trying to figure out why she would not want to sell me the items.

Great Visit

We stayed here for our spring Break to visit Disney. The parks were about 15 minutes away and it was so nice for my 3 kids to have their own bed and my oldest son to have his own room. The place was exactly as described and we couldn’t have been happier! It was very easy access to the pool and the remote codes for access we easy to use! We would definitely stay again and can’t thank you enough for a wonderful visit!

Best Property Ever

This is one of the nicest Vrbo properties I have ever stayed in. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable and classy furnishings, great amenities, and the management company for the property was very pleasant to work with. The gift basket was an unexpected surprise that included great snacks and a very good bottle of wine. The community is gated and beautifully landscaped. Parking by the unit was easy. The location was perfect, close to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. I would return here in a heartbeat next time I visit the Orlando Area. Definitely felt like home.
