The host was welcoming and the management company provided outstanding service for the issues they could address. They were always polite and eager to solve any challenges that arose. Overall the house was clean but could use a deep cleaning, specifically the bathrooms. The other concerns is the parking and noise ordinance. Our home allowed 5 vehicles, 2 in the driveway and 3 others in the common parking area. However, we struggled to find parking for the 3 other vehicles and multiple nights loud music could be heard into the early morning hours. In addition, the resort check in process left a-lot to be desired. Previous experiences we’ve had at other resorts, entrance into the resorts was not as congested or confusing. The home owner/property managers provided specific instructions for entering the resort and a notebook at the home outlining all the amenities included in the rate and how they could be accessed. Some resorts had a welcome center that provided this information as well as local activities or events happening in the area during our stay. These are the positive and negative aspects that we wanted to share to improve or maintain the quality of service.

Great venue for a family get-together. Lots to do and the common area was comfortable for all 17 of us. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We all loved it! I have a couple suggestions though. It didn't bother me, but the interior really needs painting. Also, it was difficult to access cable channels.

Family Vacation

The house was amazing. We had a family vacation with 16 of us ages infant-80 years. The house was very spacious and clean! The kids (and adults) loved the pool and the game room.The kitchen was plenty big and it was nice to have the double refrigerators and two dishwashers.Our only complaints were that there was no grill as advertised and the noise at the neighboring houses would last until the early morning hours.Other than those two things we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great location

My stay at the vacation home was wonderful. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The property managers were exceptional—responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.

Annual Golf Trip

House was excellent!! Plenty of room for all. Loved the pool and hot tub, heated up very nicely. Staff was very responsive to questions we had, allowed an early check-in. Would book again next year.

Love this house

We stayed here this weekend for a cheer competition and the girls all loved this house. We had a small issue with a clogged kitchen sink and within an hour of me letting the property manager know they responded letting me know they will be there the next morning to fix it as it was very late. When we returned from the competition the sink was fixed and the left a cute little box of cookies

Great house

The house was perfect for a 40th birthday party. Kids had plenty to do with the pool, race car room, and theater. Very few issues with the house and the owner and management team were super with communication.

Right amount of space

It was an easy check-in process. It was contactless. I spoke with the property manager the day before and had all my questions and concerns answered. I even had a welcome visit the next day. The house was plain but welcoming for our little crumb snatchers (children) could not break anything. It was dusty and needed some TLC before we settled in. Most of us gave it a 7.5 out of 10 just because of the lack of decoration. I would say the two dishwashers and three refrigerators was PLUS!

Spacious and Clean!

We stayed here for a family vacation. The house is HUGE and so nice! I loved that there were so many king size beds, a bathroom for everyone, and it was very clean. The kids loved the race car room! My 3 year old son was constantly asking people to “come see his room”. The kitchen was amazing, with the two fridges (and a fridge in the garage), two dishwashers, and lots of space. The two different washers and dryers came in handy as well. This house is really great for large groups! We did call the rental company for a few things, but they were extremely attentive and helpful. The negatives were that the houses around us were quite loud with many different parties going on. We had to pay $48 for an “Amenities Card” in order to use the clubhouse pool. We also didn’t know that there is a strict height requirement to use the slide, so we had a few very upset kiddos. The pool was also very crowded most of the time. The lazy river was great though! We did not see any pack and play in the house, but thankfully we had brought our own. Kitchen has almost everything you’d need, but couldn’t find a spatula and we bought the house a new can opener because the one there wasn’t the best. This house is ‘relatively’ close to everything but the traffic is really bad, so it took close to 30 mins to an hour to get most places. So just a few things that we hadn’t thought about, that could hopefully help someone else. Overall the house was great and we had a really good time!

Family Vacation

The house had plenty of room for everyone and the pool was awesome. The kitchen had two refrigerators and two dishwashers which was a plus.There were a few items that wasn't working properly but when my husband called the management they immediately took care of it. We definitely would stay again! Thanks

My stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We booked a week long stay. Loved the room and the house. The only complaint is there was no clarity at check in regarding getting the parking passes for our vehicles. Also there were alot of parties in the neighborhood and all our parking spots were taken and one of our vehicles were towed. Other than those mishaps we enjoyed everything else about the home.

Family Time

It would have been helpful to have requirements for parking passes and community amenities permits listed in the check in instructions. Not enough bath towels & they were small. No cleaning as supplies, not enough garbage bags. Check out instructions emailed and those on the refrigerator were different. Overall we enjoyed our time. Thank you, Colleen Curchy

Overall Review

It was a nice place to stay but the house wasn’t cleaned properly. There was food trash in the movie theater, the sinks and bathrooms were clogged first day checking in. The host was very responsive and really helpful

Family Vacation

The property was as advertised. Everything was perfect no complaints. Very spacious house for large family gatherings. Any issues we had which were very minor ones the response and communication from the property manager was fast and impressive. Definitely one of our houses.

Great location if you want to stay away from all the Disney the traffic

Overall we enjoyed our time at this property. If you want to stay away from the Disney traffic, Kissimmee and Davenport has always been my go-to so this location was perfect for me and my family. Anytime I had a question about my reservations, someone at Element answered. Would stay again.

Perfect spot

House came just as advertised and then some. Six senior golfers from Toronto stayed and all said they would return Elements Vacation homes were the perfect host. I’ve rented lots of homes and this was my best experience yet
