Very clean and comfortable.

The home was as advertised! Clean and comfortable stay. Quiet neighbourhood and close to all the amenities. Pool was fantastic, owner quick to respond and very friendly! Highly recommend and would definately book again! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great escape from the hustle & bustle

Our family had a great stay at this lovely home. There is lots of room to spread out and for everyone to have their own space. The pool was the perfect temperature for us and was just what we needed to escape the intense, humid heat. The towels were plentiful, clean, and fluffy. The linens in the primary bedroom were showing their ago and were starting to pill, but they were all clean and did the job. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the kitchen floor had a small spill that must have been missed when it was mopped, but I have a feeling this is not a usual occurrence as the rest of the house was pretty spotless. All in all a beautiful home with great proximity to shopping, restaurants, and even Disney World! Thank You!

Very roomy, clean home! Perfectly stocked with everything a large family could need.

We had a lovely time in this home! Very convenient to Disney parks. Universal was approximately 30 minutes away. Walmart is a serious experience! It is HUGE and very crowded all times of the day. Not a quick stop. The home was very clean and organized. Loved the keypad for entry. Did not need to worry about keys. The house was very roomy and very well appointed. We only wish we had more time to spend at the house. The Caulfield Family

our group rented for gulfing at Disney.

Good location. It's an older house in a nice location, well maintained, heated pool, well supplied, and last but not least its CLEAN! Beds were comfortable, showers good. bunk bed mattresses were firm, but they were bunkbeds. Thats to be expected. All and all a good value.

The most relaxing vacation in Orlando

My family went to Orlando the week of Thanksgiving. The owner of the house provided all the information we needed to access the house with ease. We visit Orlando frequently and have stayed in many homes but this house was the most comfortable of them all. It felt like a home away from home. The pool was warm and there were plenty of towels available for everyone. My only complaint would be that while the house provided plenty of dishes, cups, utensils there weren't any soap at all in the house; not even a travel size ones. I'm not sure if they didn't realize it as they provided everything else that we could've needed but my husband had to make an early morning run to the store to buy dish soap, hand soap and wash soap. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

Roomy and clean, a very nice place for a family stay!

The neighborhood was very quiet and low key. The house was very roomy and clean. All rooms are on one floor, A big plus over most townhouse rentals. After a day in the parks not going up and down stairs is easy on the legs. The pool was large & very nice. The beds were comfortable. The internet access was more than adequate. The master bedroom suite was really great! The location was very close to Disney and shopping. The outdoor patio furniture was in good shape, but it was a little uncomfortable. I recommend an upgrade for the patio furniture. An outdoor ceiling fan would only be a "plus up" for me. I will check the availability next year and possibly rebook I would definitely stay again!!!

Superb villa

This is a great villa to stay in. Four good size bedrooms - all with comfortable beds. The pool is fabulous. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the equipment that you might need. There is a Publix store about 2 miles north (on the 192) and a large Walmart a little further away. Lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We would all stay here again without any hesitation. The villa is located about 5 miles from all the main Disney parks - and it is a pretty easy drive. Sea World is 8 miles or so and Universal is about 15 miles away. Apart from some of the usual traffic issues on the I-4 (which you need to take for Universal, Sea World and the outlet malls, but not the Disney parks), all the main attractions are easy to get to.

Second Time Around

I stayed in the property once before. The house and pool is clean and communication with management is very good. The patio furniture has been improved. Not enough pool towels this time but we managed. Can't enter the house until 4pm even if the cleaners are gone. I don't understand that but would stay again.

Best we’ve stayed in!

This is the fifth house we’ve rented in this general area, and it is the best yet. It was located just where we like to stay. The place was immaculately clean and had all we could ask for and more. (Usually you have to buy most things yourself, but this place had condiments, detergent, dish liquid, soaps, etc.) It was more upscale than most places, especially in the kitchen. The main attraction is the private pool. We always look for one that is completely enclosed by a privacy fence, which is hard to find. This house had that rare feature. The pool had the warmest water I’d ever experienced in a pool so no need to get used to it gradually. There were also trees and bushes, another rarity. The house had sun galore and open ceilings so we got our dose of vitamin D for the year. Several rooms overlook the pool, so we could see it while eating lunch at the kitchen table or having coffee in the living room. The family room was huge and offered ample entertainment with a Roku and PS3. Another rare thing about this house was that it had a regular garage for a car vs. filling it with gaming tables. I also liked that the washer and dryer were in the house vs. the garage and that they had a Google Nest thermostat that was accessible. There are too many good things to list them all. This house is a keeper! I hope they keep renting it.

Home is located perfectly within all theme parks and local stores. Home is just as described.

Our family of five stayed and the bedding is very comfy, lots of areas to just wind down from busy parks and the pool is perfect for relaxing those tired legs.The home is very welcoming and we would book again .Thank you Elizabeth for everything!
