The space was great, but appliances were worn & kitchen was missing some essentials, like dish towels, fry pan, baking dishes. Refrigerator had broken drawers, stove top stained & movie room furniture was torn & dingy looking. Sliding doors to pool were inoperable due to a broken track. Beds were comfortable! The community pool & waterpark were CLOSED for routine maintenance” there was NO communication prior to our arrival about this…. We picked this home & development based on the waterpark.

Cozy and comfortable!

The Property and Villatel team went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! Themed rooms were great and kids loved it. The room was exactly as advertised - cozy and comfortable. We had such a wonderful experience that we would a3bsolutely love to stay with them again in the future!

Covered all the bases .....

Overall great stay - booking, follow-through, and entry were all easy. House was just right for our family of 20, ages 3 through 76. We utilized most every aspect of the house and had everything we needed for meals, cooking, etc. Club house pool and splash pad were nice. All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Thank you!

Would do all over again!

Awesome property!

This property was better than the pictures! We had ages 3-68 and no one was bored. We could have stayed at this property, with the resort within the subdivision and been perfectly happy and entertained. It was conveniently located to access the Disney parks. The kitchen was sparsely supplied with cooking utensils which made it challenging to cook for a large group. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was just as shown in picture. I think my only wish was that there could be more than one dish towel and an oven mitt. Also I think the outside back patio needs to be hosed down as it was dirty from the last guests. Overall I was happy and I would absolutely book this residence again!

Lovely Home!

No complaints here! This home had everything that we needed, EXCEPT oven mitts. There were 8 adults and 14 children and the children had a BALL with the games (the Fruit Ninja game wasn’t working) , pool, splash pad, skeet ball machine and additional amenities. Their favorite was the movie room. The adults were able to relax because the kids were so entertained. This house was VERY clean, and the owner thought of everything. My only suggestion would be to add oven mitts.

Great property for large families!

We had a total of 13 guest in this home and not once did any of us feel crammed inside. Our children really enjoyed all that the home had to offer! One of the main reasons we decided to rent this home was for all the extras to keep the children occupied without having to leave the home! The pool table downstairs was great! The children were really looking forward to playing the fruit ninja game but unfortunately it was broken during our stay but the skee ball machine was operable. I did reach out to the property management company and they informed us that they were waiting on a part to repair. We had an issues with the remotes not working in the movie theater but management had someone over right away to fix the issue. The only other thing, if your a family who likes to keep the house cold at night please know the AC locks at 70 and can’t be set any lower! My only recommendation would be that it's definitely time for a good deal cleaning as the rugs and carpet were all pretty stained and dingy. The walls also had a ton of scuff marks as well. Nothing a little cleaning and paint can’t fix :)

Fantastic Stay!

Overall, the entire stay was amazing! The response from customer service and the whole experience from beginning to end was phenomenal! Had 1 issue with theater room's sound system but they were pretty quick to get resolved. Hats off to the technician...Super nice and helpful! Overall, it was the perfect family vacation. Thank you! Highly recommended and would LOVE to come back again to visit.

Best Vacay Ever!!!!

The property was fantastic!!! Every age group had something they could do without leaving the house. We had a large group and it was great for us to do everything together. We were able to dine together, play games together, watch a movie together and visit. The kids had a playroom and a place to watch movies so that the moms could take a break. A small group made their way to Disney which was close by while the others found plenty to do. The community pool was close by...it would have been better if we would have been allowed to bring food for the littles. Overall, everyone had nothing but great things to say about our vacation house. There were only three issues that you should consider for the future. First, the house was too warm, especially the upstairs, for sleeping at night. We tried to set the thermostats as low as the system allowed but 72 is way to warm for sleeping and the ceiling fans were not very effective. Second, we ran out of refrigerator and freezer storage space. We ate all of our meals at the house and brought most of our own food and we just did not have enough room to keep it all cold or frozen. Last, the theater room frequently lost wifi connectivity during movies. It did not matter how many or how few devices were connected to internet, the amount of bandwidth to the theater room made enjoying movies challenging.

Fantastic stay

My wife loved this house so much that she's looking to redecorate our own home! Grandparents loved that the majority of fun stuff was already downstairs and kids loved running around upstairs. Streaming options was great and internet worked very well even with a few of us using our laptops at the same time. I would highly recommend this home!
