The remaining community facilities remains open throughout and there will be an enhanced activities programme.

The villa is ideally located just minutes from shops, restaurants, championship golf courses, and world-famous theme parks. With direct access to major highways like I-4, reaching Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios is effortless.

Beautifully furnished with a focus on both elegance and ease, this spacious villa is designed to make every stay feel indulgent and effortless. Hard flooring throughout ensures quick clean-ups, while Fast Secure Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in key rooms keep you connected with loved ones and entertained with your favourite shows.

The spacious living accommodation has 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, light and very spacious living areas and a game room for your further enjoyment. Decorated with style and comfort in mind, our home is comfortable for large or small groups.

As you enter your home from home, you are greeted by the grand 2-story foyer and the large, open-concept living space complete with a spacious island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals or relax watching TV.

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers with water and ice dispensers to cater for even the largest group! The large table can seat up to 18 ideal for all the group to gather. You will find plenty of glasses, dishes and even muffin cases if you fancy baking! Unbreakable dishes and glasses for our outdoor dining area and a large cool box for the patio or taking on a trip out. It really is a home from home experience!

The luxuriously appointed living area, one of two in the home, features a large 65” tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable leather sofas.
As you walk out of the living area to a large, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home. The very large extended deck as amazing south facing open views over conservation and meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. The large lagoon pool and spa can be heated if required and has handrails for easy access.

The luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it gets too warm, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area, a large gas barbeque and even an outdoor TV!

On the ground floor there is a tropical inspired Master king Suite with Master Bathroom with large walk-in shower, and 2 Queen guest bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Shower Room/toilet, with their own private vanity basin area.

As you head to the second floor you will find a spacious light filled room with a generous seating area and large 65” TV and poker table, this second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
Then there are the super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with Master Bath/shower, 2 spacious king bedrooms with ensuites with shower, 1 queen ensuite with shower and 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun!

All our Bedrooms feature very comfortable pillow top beds, with luxury linens and their own Smart TV - bathrooms have lots of fluffy white towels and a hairdryer.
The whole home features either tile or luxury vinyl plank floors to take away the worry of little spills and make clean ups a breeze.
The home is air conditioned throughout, including the Games Room, featuring pool, air hockey and foosball, TV, arcade machines and gaming area with X-Box

For the little ones we have 2 baby cribs, pack and play and highchairs (3rd available) and stair gates. All doors to our pool area are alarmed and a pool safety fence

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months June-Sept spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.
Community Fee – see below
The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area -a Tiki Bar and Lazy River! There is also a gym if you have any energy left and also tennis court, volleyball and Children's play area. All this within a few minutes’ walk of our home. Each booking will require payment of community access fee to use the club house area, one fee per group per stay $38-45 depending on party size – payable on first use.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its - depending on traffic - about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal
There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes’ drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate.

PARKING
Our driveway takes 3 cars and a further 2 cars can be parked in the marked bays on the roadway, car passes must be displayed.

Baby package including high chair, crib/cot & stair gates, pack and play, baby monitor, bed guards for toddlers and playmat/pen - available at no extra charge. 

Accessible - Although not specifically adapted for wheelchairs, the ground floor is easily accessible.

Check in Time is 5 pm and check out 10 am – please enquire, if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check out, additional charge may apply

Our home is pet friendly - dogs only (Max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 each dog for stay is payable. (thorough cleaning takes place after every pet
stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family)

The villa is self-service-we provide a smaller starter pack of toilet rolls, cleaning materials, including dishwasher tabs and clothes washing tabs, paper towel, trash bags and a small face soap - guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as additional soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. according to their requirements. We do not supply kitchen spices etc for health and safety reasons.If you require a food starter pack for your stay please enquire.
