Vista Cay

We always love our visits at Vista Cay- it is so conveniently located and the pool is beautiful. This condo was just as it was advertised. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of supplies in the kitchen. We did need to ask for more shower towels. I did sustain a really bad burn on my finger due to an oven mitt not being properly insulated. Hopefully that doesn't happen to any other guest. Overall it was great!

Excellent location and interior

This was in a great location for the Rosen Shingle Creek conference center. Very clean and great condition - highly recommend.

Spacious and comfortable

We loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful! There was plenty of room for our family and everyone had their own room. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of linens, towels, and even extra blankets. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony and the close location to the pool. We did have one issue where the iron wasn't working but we let them know and they replaced it within an hour or two which we really appreciated. Communication with reservations and management was great - they answered questions I had quickly and were very friendly. We would love to stay here again and hope to come back again someday soon!

Better than expected!

Came for the hair show. There were 5 of us and was very comfortable. Huge place and easy Uber everywhere we wanted to go!! Live to stay again.

Issues

We had a few issues such as the dishwasher wasn't working and the garbage disposal in the sink was not working. However, I emailed the host and they sent someone in next morning and it was fixed immediately.

Disney and Universal Weekend Stay

Great location to hit Universal on Saturday and Hollywood Studios on Sunday. Take care of the comfy rocker recliner! We were fighting over who got to sit in it! Thank you!

Online listing was not accurate to actual property condition

We had a great time with our family and friends but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness upon arrival and felt like the pictures were not an accurate description of the actual space. Management was great at communication and did provide more towels per our request, which we were thankful for, but we would not recommend this property based on our experience and overall quality of the condo.

excellent vacation home

This was a very nice and spacious location. The rooms were more than adequate for our needs. I would recommend an option for curtains though. I like to sleep in and when the sun came up, it got bright. Otherwise, this place was fantastic.

our stay

We loved the location. We would have liked to have had hand towels (we only had one) and pool towels would have been nice. A couple of the patio chairs were somewhat broken and probably should be fixed or replaced but we didnt spend that much time on the porch anyway. quick responses from the management team so that was nice. My friend said that her bathroom floor wasnt extremely clean but my bathroom was perfect.
