Quick Tournament Stay

Great condo! Very spacious and clean! Corner unit so we enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony. We also enjoyed the walking trail each morning as well as taking quick walks to the cafe for coffee. Dog friendly was a plus!! The condo is in a great location! Easy walk or drive to many restaurants & entertainment. Our son had a tournament at the convention center which was just a few minute drive. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property!!!

I was blown away when I opened up the door and saw how large and spacious this three bedroom condo was with high ceilings, full kitchen, plenty of room to move around. It was like a full-size house! Loved it, thank you so much!

Great location and property!

Beautiful unit! The only downside was the AC wasn’t cooling on the final night. Would also recommend more kitchen wares like mixing bowls, baking sheet etc. Would definitely stay here again!

2 things needed attention

Overall, we were super pleased with the location because we were going to be at the convention center for the volleyball tournament. There were two things that were disappointing…we pulled plates out of the cabinet to use, and they literally had dried food all over them and the other thing was the towels were stained & full of hair…. long blonde hairs and I’m not talking one or two hairs. I’m talking like a bunch of hairs. I ended up washing all the towels before we could use them. Other than these two things, it was everything we thought it would be. We did enjoy our stay there other than those two things, but I understand because I used to have a vacation rental property myself so I’m a little bit more understanding than probably some people that would’ve freaked out about those things!

Good spacious property

Minor improvements needed but overall nice property. We'd definitely consider staying again. Chairs in dinning room just need to be replaced instead of covered. And, cabinet face in master bath needs a better repair as it fell off and hit our two year old. Had an issue with the dryer but the management team was very easy to work with and responsive to our request.

Great place

Very nice apartment and true to description. Awesome pool and bar at the pool! Everything you need is here. I even asked for a mattress topper because king bed was firm and they delivered same day. Will stay again! Was there for dance nationals and very close to event hall!

Location, Spacious, Clean

The best location if going to Disney themed parks with a family. Traveled with our 4 adult “children” and don in-law. The amount of space was perfect after spending the day at various resorts. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice. Nina in reservations was a gem and extremely helpful. If your looking for location, space, cleanliness and comfort I’d recommend

This is the 1st time I stayed at a property that didn't have basics. No cutting board, no coffee/filters, salt/pepper. No dish soap, (the container at the sink was empty) and 1 flimsy dish towel. Not even a bottle of cleaner for the kitchen sink/counters. The listing did state laundry/garbage bags etc were limited, but I expected a few essentials. Overall, it met our needs but this is an annual trip and a few inexpensive 'extras' when you're traveling would make a big difference.

Great Location! Great Condo!

Perfect for a group of 6 attending a cheer competition. Condo was clean and as described. Nice pool! Easy to get to convention center.

Nice Rental But……

The good -Great location close to grocery Sea World and other attractions., easy check in, and the overall unit was clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was nice and so was the bar area and playground. The bad - The carpet was soiled upon reaching the rental, but once communicated to the host it was taken care of promptly. The AC stopped working while we were there so we spent 1 night with out AC at about 79 degrees inside and the next day mostly without as well, with maintenance in and out all day trying to fix it. On the final day tiny black ants were all over and in our luggage because they found candy. The hallway smelled of garbage because there are trash bins for the units in the hallway and based on the smell they didn’t seem to be emptied frequently. Overall, solid safe spacious rental with a few needed improvements

Beautiful views and great cabin.

We love our stay at Heartrock ranch. The cabin was perfect and the views of the mountains were gorgeous. We made memories that will last a lifetime. The area is beautiful and enjoyed our drive to town and back. We got snowed in for a day and didn’t have to pay extra. The host was great and we would love to come back some day.

The location was great and generally very clean. It was a pleasant stay with a good amount of space. That said…to the critical eye and what I wish I had known… The apartment was run down in not so obvious ways. Just not well maintained with many light switches poorly installed and broken, dining room chairs extremely run down, falling apart, and just covered, master bath smelled funny and a fake drawer front was only fixed using Velcro strips. It fell off multiple times with barely a nudge, bruising my daughters foot. Also a few other things along the same vein.

Location very good.

Very close to the convention center. Could walk there. Communication wasn’t very good. We had trouble getting in with the code and had to wait a while for a response through text. Otherwise the place was nice.

Exactly as described. Great location. Centrally located to all parks

The condo was perfect. We had 4 adults and 1 child and it was the perfect size and in a great location. Easy access to all the parks and I-4. Everything you could possibly need is within a couple miles at the most. I will definitely stay here again.

Christmas Family Vacation

We rented from Dec 3rd-Dec 7th.The rental property was fantastic. The location is very close to all the attractions. It has all the things needed. There was 5 of us and we had so much room. We would definitely rent from them again. We would rate it a 10++. The Greene family
