The communication with the host was super quick and was willing to accommodate us as much as possible. We had a minor problem with a piece of the patio furniture and they came right away and took it away to have it replaced, would definitely stay there again

40th Birthday Getaway!

The house was very spacious and fit all of our family very well. It was really nice having the pool in the back. I would not watse the extra fee to use the clubhouse pools because during our stay they were always closed for maintenence or if they were open it was over crowded. The house could use a little updating. There was rusted garbage cans and toilet paper holders in multiple bathrooms. Also when we arrived it appeared garbage had leaked and the front entrance outside and right by the front door was sticky and not very well cleaned prior to our arrival. As far as the loaction the main roadway to get into the neighborhood can get really busy and have lines to get in. Overall it was a nice place to stay and hang out.

House is great! Management, meh.

House and pool were great, clean and as described. Check-in was Sunday. Management office is only open M-F which seems crazy to me. My voicemails Sunday were answered almost immediately which is impressive, but issues rectified Monday (not as impressive). The icemaker was broken (even frosted over). We were provided a bag of ice Monday, late morning. We bought our own Sunday. It was repaired the next evening. Then, we realized the water and ice dispenser didn’t work. Shouldn't appliances be checked before guests check in? There were very few (tired) towels. Shouldn't they have known how few towels there were for 12 people? We received plenty of towels which were in good condition on Monday. Then, upon trying to wash dishes, found the dishwasher wasn’t working. Maintenance came by while we were out and I received a text that it wasn't broken, just not plugged in. We had checked the breakers, but I've never had to plug in a dishwasher anywhere I've stayed. We later discovered, we had to unplug the dishwasher and plug in the garbage disposal (on the back wall of the cabinet under the sink) in order to use it. Of course, we had to do that repeatedly depending on which appliance we needed to use. Weird and obnoxious. The room in which I stayed had corroded batteries in the TV remote and I sunk into an indention in the mattress in a couple of days. The pillows were thin in more than one bedroom. Our stay was good other than these annoyances and we enjoyed the house.

Great stay only minor issues

Overall we had a great stay. The house was huge and in a good area and on a lovely resort. Communication with David was excellent, he was very responsive and helpful. Checkin process was very good, no problems at all. There were a few issues with the house however that I think should be dealt with. The main issue was security. The patio door lock was broken and the way this was solved was a block of wood in the side to stop it opening, not ideal!! The overall cleanliness was ok but some parts of the house were a bit grubby. It generally needs a good decorate for scuffed walls and paintwork etc. the patio door flyscreen didn’t close, there were some blinds broken and generally the cleanliness of the windows and doors was not great. It didn’t spoil our holiday at all but could do with sorting. Overall we loved our stay. The outside area and pool were fab and there were plenty of towels and outside towels. The main bedroom bed, sheets and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. We would definately stay again as it was good value, just a bit of a spruce up would make it better.

beautiful home but not clean

first i paid for early check in and the house was filthy from previous guests. had to call and complain i mean i don’t even know how the previous people were ok leaving it the way it was or staying in crumbs and just junk on the floors! then the pool at the house was dirty with dead worms on the bottom and a lot of green algae. we checked in on a friday and i believe the pool wasn’t cleaned till the following thursday. the house itself was beautiful and perfect for a large family like ours but overall i would not go back. the community pool had so many silly rules. and the workers were not friendly at all.

2024 February break

The house was very nice,spacious, and clean . Pool area and hot tub were very nice . The location to the club house was great. Only thing I would suggest would be a few dish towels, hand towels, potholders and the key in the house somewhere for when the bathroom door gets locked from the inside by little boys. Other wise great time.

Couples golf trip

There were 4 couples for a week staying at the house for a winter golf trip and enjoying some warmer weather. The spacious house fit all the needs perfectly. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked to serve 8 adults with plenty of space. The hot tub heated well and the pool was very relaxing.

Needs some attention

The house was very nice we added pool heat so that we could enjoy it unfortunately the pool didn’t start to heat up till after 3 days and everyday the pool heater would break there was no lock on the patio door we had 6 and a half bathrooms and not one single towel or washcloths only had about 8 pool towels, the dishwasher was installed crooked and it leaked water out 3 shades in the windows were broken or missing and there was plenty of kitchen utensils of every kind which was nice the pots and pans were not that great everything else was good in the kitchen overall if these little issues were taken care of I would recommend this property but until some little issues are fixed ask questions first before renting this property if it was just almost perfect I would give it a 9 but I can only do a 5
