The place was very nice with a good layout for multiple families, however, we had several issues while we were there for our long weekend. The hot tub at the house was cold! I asked about this the first day we got there, and the owner got back to me about 12 hours later but just asked if it was the hot tub at the common resort area (clearly avoiding our issue). I then told him it was at the house a couple hours later along with other issues about it not being stocked with several items, with no communication at all after that. The lack of response for the next 2 days despite my follow ups is completely unacceptable, especially when he knew there was already an issue. The house notes it can hold 29 people, but there was no extra toilet paper in any bathrooms and one of our bathrooms ran out (and we only had 10 people). There was only 1 hand towel provided per bathroom and no washcloths, and we only had 2 pool towels provided. No plasticware provided for outside pool area, except for a few kid plates and cups. Overall, we were very disappointed with the stay, and especially lack of communication from the host to address any of our issues.

Property was perfect for our family of 12. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for quick breakfasts before hitting the parks. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space. The upstairs AC was not working very well and tended to get warm with the doors closed (no ceiling fans, one stand fan was found and helped circulate the cooler air). It wouldn’t deter us from renting the house again. House had plenty of towels (including a handful of pool towels) but limited wash cloths. Bruno allowed us to check in early and resent the gate codes multiple times, when the texts didn’t come through. Communication was top notch!

Family vacation

Overall the house was clean. The house was big and plenty of room for everyone the beds were comfortable and plenty of appliances and utensils to cook with . The only thing we noticed was late at night there was tiny roaches so the house needs to be sprayed.

Barker Magical Vacation

We spent 2 weeks in Orlando with our family of children and grandchildren. 11 of us in total and we couldn't have asked for a better place. It was huge and easy for all of us to have some down time when needed. The contact person in Florida (Aria) was amazing. Any issues we encountered she handled immediately and was wonderful to deal with. We had a bit of an issue with a few items, but they were resolved in a timely manner and didn't affect our stay. It was so nice to go back to a house with this many people. The location couldn't be beat. The pool every day for the children was perfect. We even managed to have a few movie nights in the theatre room. We would go back and rent from Bruno again. He was very accommodating to our needs. We ended up getting a later check out time because of airline changes, which was so great. I can't stop saying good things about this place. We had a wonderful vaction.

Extended stay over the holidays

The house fit our needs very very well! Location was easily accessible to all nearby attractions and shopping. The check in process was a little clunky because the VRBO app was delaying communication but once we got on site it switched to texting and it was so convenient.

Wouldn’t stay again

For the price of the house it was not that nice. We didn’t have a remote to work the movie screen. I reached out and was told they would bring me one and they never did. Check in process was not easy. We never got directions or a code for the gate. Every time we would go back to the property we had to get buzzed in by security because the bar code they eventually sent never worked. Would not recommend and would not stay at this property again

Problems around every corner

If we could have went somewhere else we would have. Floors were disgusting. Found pills laying around that were not ours. Safety issue with small children. Trouble getting in gate almost everytime. Listed a hot tub but then was told it was a spill over spa and wouldn't get hot. 2 men showed up 2 days before our check out day and entered the door. Said they were there to clean. Local property manager and owner will not return calls or messages.

Great location house is not what is in photos

The photos for this listing are outdated. The couch has cracks and is old and weathered. The pool area had two bread chicken still left in the area. None of the accent led lights worked in rooms or by living room tv. The house is built where you hear everything and noise travels and not well insulated. There are no fans in bedrooms and AC is not that effective. Can’t turn below 72. If coming here with family be prepared for noise traveling and waking up kids. The house is spacious and has a lot of room. The resorts pool, lazy river and slides are the best. We paid for heating of pool which worked way to well and barely were able to swimming pool. Called property manager several times to come fix. They did but takes 24 hrs to cool down or heat up. Not worth it when it makes the pool 102 degrees or hotter. Unbearable to swim in and could only use pool half the time we were there. Something is wrong there even though manager told us to push up and down on arrows it did not respond or work.

Family vacation

My family of 16 stayed here for 5 nights and for the most part the home fit all of our needs. There were a few pieces of furniture that had more wear and tear in person than what shown on the listing pictures and the dishwasher stopped working on day 4 but this didn't alter our overall experience. The property managers communicated in a timely manner and were available when needed. Overall, this is a really good place for large families. It is centrally located to all of the main attractions. I would stay again in the future

Fable Street home

Beautiful home, as advertised. 2 maintenance issues. Ice machine not working on Saturday arrival, got fixed on Tuesday. One sink clogged, never fixed. Host did get back to me, but not very quickly. They have to understand we are anxious, we have 7 days there Check in at gate was a disaster, waited over 20 minutes, cars cutting in line. Could handle that better. Everyone loved the water park. 18% was a little high added to a can pop😉. 3 of the nights was loud music, noise until around 3 in morning from two different homes. Seems like a party area. Not sure if We would stay again, no negatives about the home, beautiful and clean

Fabulous!

This place is great for large families. We all had privacy within our bedrooms but plenty of space to come together. The location can't be beat. Close to everything but other than to get food we hardly left. The community amenities were a big hit. We'll definately be back.

Family vaca-- meeting 2 new members!

House was AMAZING! If you have lots of people looking for lots of fun this is your place. Pool, hot tub, community pool, splash pad and lazy river. To top off the evening a movie in the theater. Bring your food no need to leave, enjoy yourselves.

Great house, plenty of room. Great location.

House was large, providing space for each person to have their own space. Needs a lock on back sliding door as a pool safety issue. Mop was filthy and had been used through the house, leaving the smell of mildew and mold in every area. The smell was overpowering during the entire stay and strongest in the closet where the mop is stored. Dishwasher is broken.

Pre-Vacation

The property we stayed at was exceptional. Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms were very well maintained, bedrooms were excellent, plenty of linens. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Everyone enjoyed our short stay, but plan to return at a later date for a longer visit.

Our stay

We were in town for a convention. There was more than enough room for 12 adults. The house was extremely clean and spacious. Will book again in the future.
