Amazing condo that was a perfect home base for our visit to Universal and Disney. This is our 2nd stay at Vista Cay and will stay here anytime we’re in Orlando. This condo was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. As a bonus it was right next to the pool! Highly recommend

Everything was wonderful! Close to all Universal parks, shopping, and restaurants. The pool and amenities were convenient and very well mantianed. My husband used the workout room and was pleased. I would highly recommend staying here

Vista Cay is a wonderful community!Teresa was very easy to work with.The unit was huge and well maintained. My only issue was that we were switched from the original first floor condo by the pool with carpet in the bedrooms and a sleeper sofa that I originally chose to a third floor condo not by the pool, no carpet in the bedrooms and no sleeper sofa. We were never told of this change before hand, so I was caught off guard by the sudden switch of properties when we went to check in and realized we were on the third floor and it was not the condo we had wanted. I contacted Teresa to make sure there wasn't a mistake and we were in fact in the correct unit. She told us that we were switched because there was an issue with the unit we had wanted and it wouldn't be fixed by the time we arrived. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a free night stay if we came back. We appreciated the offer and wanted to see where the original unit we had wanted was, so if we came back we would have hoped to stay in that unit. When we found the unit a gentleman was outside on his porch and told us he checked in several days before us and was also switched from his original unit to this one. We were upset to see someone was in fact in the unit we had wanted. We called Teresa and she again apologized and made right of the situation. Things happen and at the end of the day Teresa made sure we were compensated for the inconvenience and all was fine. Would definitely come back.

Loved the property

We all loved this condo.. The view of the lake was our favorite, it is located right next to the main pools, it was closed to due reservations, but they have more pools in a different area of the resort. This Condo is located by many attractions including Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove and the Convention Center. They were very quick to answer any questions we had. We will stay here when we visit again!

As described

The apartment is on a first floor of a Condominium complex. The check an process was Simple and Straightforward. The apartment is similar in appearance to the photographs as described. I would say the only negative was that the pool was under construction and was unable to be used. We had to go to a separate complex to use the pool at that facility. This was only a minor inconvenience. Otherwise I would say is well worth the positive Reviews they have received

Clean and convenience

The room was spacious and clean, and the location is excellent—close to major attractions like Universal, Disney, and shopping areas. The only minor issue was the plumbing in the master bathroom; after a shower and a few flushes, there was a noticeable sewer odor. Additionally, having more bath towels available would have been appreciated. Overall, though, it was a great stay!

Perfect Long Weekend Reunion

My 93 year old mom slept blissfully in the room with two full beds. This was our third time at Vista Cay and first time at this condo. It is the best condo we have have stayed in ever. The space, bedding, furnishings, cleanliness, cookware, are excellent. Suggestions: grab bars in bath for older guests. And make the keyless entry more user friendly. I have one at home so I'm used to it. This one was tricky. We had to play with the handle and # to make it work. Before we figured it out, I called Vista Cay's emergency number. No one answered and there was no option to leave a message (not the owner's fault). Don't think twice, book this place!

There was a lot that could've gone very wrong with our stay (mostly due to construction around the property that was out of the owners control) but the communication with Teresa was impeccable and she made sure that we had the best stay possible. The condo was very clean and a great location to everything you could've needed.

Universally great accommodations!

This condo was very comfortable, convenient and close to everything. Beds were very comfortable, also couch and dining area. Convenient to Universal, 12 min, walk to Walgreens and grocery, right next to pool. Unit was clean and had nice cooking equip. Mgmt was quick to clean a minor issue we found upon arrival. Will return! Epic coming in across the street next year! Mgmt

Convention Stay - EXCELLENT

This location is perfect to stay at if you are attending any tradeshows or events at the convention center. Close to everything. The condo - One of the best I have ever stayed at. Clean, great decor and love the bottom floor balcony out back looking at the lake and pool. Clean - and useful tools in kitchen. I will be staying again.

Great condo

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo is beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy with the door code. It's a few steps to the resort-style pool area. A grocery store and restaurants are a short walk. We were there for an event at the convention center, and it's an easy 15 minute walk to the north entrance from the condo. Overall I was very impressed and it was better than expected. I had read some mixed reviews for other units in the same property, but this one was perfect!

Overall nice getaway

They were very communicative throughout our entire process and followed up in a timely manner. We ended up having a last minute change in our selected condo due to a problem that they noticed and was able to find a similar condo immediately for us to make the check in process as smooth as possible. We would stay there again.
