Location to resort amenities was wonderful! Loved the ease of entering and exiting property. Pool/hot tub at recreation area were clean. Super close to area attractions and Walmart! Pool at home was a nice feature and looked clean, but unfortunately we weren't able to use it during our time there due to our schedule.

We had a great stay at Queen's Landing at Windsor Hills. The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials when we arrived. It was very comfortable for our party of 6. We loved the amenities of Windsor Hills - the pool and hot tub were great. Our kids loved the water slides! The communication from the owners was great as well!

Perfect retreat!

The home was lovely with updated furnishings and decor. We were in Orlando for a cheer competition and close to the ESPN facility as well as restaurants, stores, etc. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location for family vacation

Took the family to Disney and stayed here for the incredible pool/resort facilities, playgrounds, and having an individual pool. This townhome location is a 3 minute walk to the main clubhouse pool. It was neat and clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive throughout the stay. This location is perfect for Disney, Disney springs, universal, etc. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Place for Family on Disney Vacay

This was the perfect place for my family to stay during our family vacation. The pool was warm and perfectly sized, the rooms were spacious, everything was comfortable, and everything was clean. I would definitely book again.

Wonderful last minute getaway.

"This was a great place for us to stay . The home is so warm and welcoming . It felt like being at home, everything you needed was available really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. Everything was minutes away Walmart, Supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of places to eat. The management company was great communication was quick. The area was very quiet and relaxation was possible no matter what time of the day. I highly recommend you stay at Windsor hills resort.

Disappointing stay

A deep clean and maintenance urgently required at this property. Issues raised but no response from property management. Owner advised we should depart within 3 hours which was totally impractical . No effort to attend the villa and resolve matters. Would not recommend this villa until all issues remedied.

Lovely Spring Break Getaway

Perfect family vacation home

This home is perfect. Clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. The location of the townhouse within the resort community is ideal -- it's very close to the community pool and water slides, and it also probably has the most greenery and nature visible from the lanai compared to the other homes. This was our first time staying at Windsor Hills. Our hope was to find a place where our kids could swim a bunch, and this resort turned out to be ideal. We bounced around from the townhouse pool to the community pool to the splash area with slides. We feel so thankful for all of the outdoor and swimming time we had as a family. And the house was lovely. I hope we can return in the future!

Wonderful week!

Windsor Hills is a great community. We stayed at Queens Landing, a townhouse that is walking distance to the community pool. The house itself was clean and fit our family perfectly. The pool and amenities were wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Queens Landing had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. It was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the private pool, basketball courts and ping pong. Would definitely recommend!

FANTASTIC Vaca Home!!

We absolutely adored this home! From its own private pool (covered with screens to keep out bugs) to the water park at the clubhouse to being right down the street from Walmart, Starbucks and all the shopping and restaurants you could need, this place has it all! Superrrrr close to all the parks, very conveniently located, but also feels like the community is tucked back into the palms! The place was very clean, well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans ect! We ended up eating 90% of our meals at the house since it was so easy, lots of space and had all we needed! Saved us tons on vaca costs of going out for every meal! They provide a small welcome kit (small bottle of dish soap, one trash bag, one dishwasher pod, one pack of coffee), sponge, a couple rolls of TP and one roll of PT… which was amazing! I would highly suggest setting up a Walmart pickup order for your arrival date with essentials: Dishwasher tablets Trash bags Coffee pods or grounds (they had both machines!) Washer detergent A pack of TP A pack of PT They also had fresh towels in all the bathrooms and a stock in the master closet of extras. They had a bin of fresh pool towels by the back door too which was super nice! They also had extras stored at the house like a high chair, car booster, car seat, baby pool floaty, ect. We left behind kids beach toys and a pair of googles to add to the collection! The hosts are incredibly responsive, very helpful and nice! We will DEFINITLEY stay here again! Our kids were obsessed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation Home

It truly was a home away from home, perfect for my family of five. The property was just as advertised. The communication with the owner was excellent, very thorough. If I had to complain about anything, I would have liked more than one garbage bag and extra rolls of toilet paper. I still give it 5 stars.

Amazing stay!

We were so pleased with the property. Quick 10min ride to parks . Nice little indoor pool , the complex has a big pool and water slide for the kids. House was super clean and very comfy!! Owners were super friendly and answered all questions I had throughout my stay. Highly recommend to anyone that would like a nice house to stay while in Disney!

Disney Family Vacation

Property was clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. House is located an easy drive to Disney World. Owners were easy to communicate with and you can tell they care about the people staying in their townhouse. Only negative is the house is located on the main road to resort so there is a lot of traffic that can be noisy at times. Other than that I would recommend the property to others and would stay there again.

Great stay in the Orlando area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills, but specifically this property. The owners of the home really care about their guests and have the best communication from start to finish. The property is professionally cleaned and basics are provided to get you started. The photos are accurate - what you see is what you get! The ceilings and beds were much taller than I expected, however, that is not necessarily a negative. We were able to put the pack and play in the master closet for some privacy and our other child loved the room down the hall. We appreciated the bed rails so he wouldn't fall out from his tall bed. The grandparent stayed on the main floor bedroom providing everyone with adequate space and privacy (there is good separation between the floors). We did find out that a raccoon or something like it was trying to nest up in the attic, contacted the owner, and someone came immediately to resolve the issue. The beds and furnishings were also very comfortable. We left an important stuffed animal and the owner helped us locate it and offered to ship it back to my son. This is also a great spot if you have small children because there is both a tall gate AND an alarm on the door to prevent accidental drownings. The pool area is wonderful for kids as well with lots of families and even some free activities provided. The on-site gym was your basic hotel gym. The sundry shop had some helpful items at good prices. The property location made it easy to go back and forth to the community pool when we wanted to be up there. There is also a cute park about a block in the other direction. My only complaint with the community itself is that sometimes it can take a couple of minutes to get through the gate because some people are awful at scanning their barcode to open the gate. Usually the guards will come over and help if a line starts to develop though. In addition, the guards are just there for the gate. We called the guard desk one night because some teenagers were doing some dares on the main road outside of the property that was a safety issue. The guard said we needed to call the local police and provided the number because they do not get involved in things like that. However, neither of these issues would change my review from a 5-star review as they can happen anywhere. All in all we had a wonderful vacation and we would certainly return to this property for another stay! It's located close to all of the attractions.

Great Alternative to “On-site” stays!

Overall stay met our expectations. Having a complete house, specifically a kitchen, is critical for my family due to some dietary restrictions/ needs. The kids loved having the splash pool at their disposal, but the community amenities were great as well! We used the pool, water park, and tennis courts on various occasions. Location was convenient to various attractions, including Legoland. We did find several dishes / utensils that were dirty, and the raccoons got into the front garbage the first night - we didn’t put anything there so there was clearly trash left from a previous stay.

WDW Trip

Stayed with my family while spending the week at WDW. We’ve stayed in the Windsor Hills community for years & this is one of the nicest townhomes we’ve stayed in. Owners are very user friendly, beds are comfy, all of the amenities you could need for a stay!

Awesome Property!

This townhome was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and a great location. Laura was great to work with. My only complaint is that the landscapers started work quite early and I wasn’t able to sleep in a couple days. The bushes literally right outside the bedroom (touching the bedroom wall) were trimmed at 7am-ish twice during the week. I assume this is not controlled by the property owners though.
