Excellent place to stay

The property was clean and felt welcoming the second you walked in the door. Had everything needed for the stay. Would recommend staying here.

Nice place with plenty of bathroom

Private gated community with clean place for restful nights. Do make sure to get the gate code before arriving. We had to call in for it but host picked up the phone promptly on the weekdays. It was much harder to get a hold of the host during the weekend and responses were more than 24 hrs later at times. Getting into the place was easy with the coded locks. Place was very clean and we really liked that there were 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Beds were soft so some of us loved it and some of us hated it. We didn’t get to use the community pool so can’t comment on that. There was a grill but it’s locked up and there is $50 charge to use it so we decided not to use it. If staying for more than couple days, you’ll want to buy your own toilet papers since there were only 1 small roll per bathroom (enough for 1 person). You’ll also need to buy your own detergent if you need to wash more than 1 load since only 1 tide pack and 1 dryer sheet was provided. For place with 4 bedrooms, I think little more should be provided IMO. There was plenty of space for 7 of us and overall, we had a good stay. I recommend this place to a larger family. We enjoyed our time there and I hope next time it’ll be even better for the others staying here with some minor adjustments.

Great rental!

The plates was too old and the microwave wasn’t function other then that everything else was great. In the future if I have to go back to Orlando compass bay will be my favorite place.

Spacious townhome in a very convenient location

We spent memorial weekend with family at this prosperity. The townhome is in excellent condition and everything worked well. Be aware if you plan to use a BBQ is an additional $50 dólares which are not usually part of the initial price estimate. Another point to consider is that property manager requests to take garbage to the dumpster and wash all dishes before checkout which is not expected if they charge a cleaning fee.

Wonderful property with lots of room!

We loved our stay here! Plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms for our family of 8. We only wished we had planned in more "down" time to relax in the condo more. This property is just as it looks in the photos, other than carpet being a little worn, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Compass Bay

We enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we've stayed in Compass Bay. The home was clean. The only small issue we had was with a nearby pool filter at another residence which was very noisy. It started running in our second week and ran basically 24 hours a day. It was only bothersome when we sat in the back patio. This not the fault of the owner of the home we stayed in.

Perfect for us!

I traveled to Orlando with a group of 7 young adults. This condo was perfect for us in every way- the price was perfect for our budget and our stay was so much nicer than it would have been in a hotel, were we to try and house that many people for the same price. Prior to arrival, the manager was quick to respond to my many questions. She was also very accommodating when I had special requests (like early check-in). Upon arrival, everything was clean and we appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of an extra trash bag, dishwasher pod, etc placed for our convenience. The rooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our needs and also would have been perfect for two small families. We did just fine with our cars as well, parking one in the garage and one in the driveway. I would stay here again and would recommend it to a friend.
