We enjoyed our stay. The spa and pool were a hit and definitely worth getting them heated. The kids loved the game room, and the kitchen was well stocked! Not too terribly far from the parks we visited either. The view in the backyard was also very pretty. There was plenty of room for my large family and it had all the amenities we needed for the 2 infants with us.

We loved the property the pictures on the site really don’t do justice to the property. We were very impressed the kids loved their rooms. The communication between myself and Kip was a pleasurable experience. Kip made the whole process easy. The property was definitely worth what we paid. The next time we go to Florida I would definitely book it again. The pool and hot tub were heated which made the pool time very pleasing.

The house was just the right size for my family. It is very family friendly. My family had a good time swimming and playing games. The host was very responsive when I had questions. I would recommend this VRBO and owner to anyone needing a big place for a family.

Our host, Kip, was very accommodating and friendly! The house was very nice! It had more than enough room for our group of 7. We found everything we needed in the house from cooking to beach towels for the pool. We didn’t have any children with us but this would be great as there was an area upstairs with an Xbox and games. The 2 kids rooms were Disney princesses and Star Wars. Each room included toys and dress up outfits for kids! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was as described! So many bedrooms and bathrooms, it would be great for a family stay. A lot of TVs as well, but we never turned them on. The pool and spa were the highlight of our stay, paying for the heat was very worthwhile! This place is ideal for large groups but was also perfect for just my hubby and I. The view of nature beyond the pool made it feel like a secluded getaway, but it was a 25-30 min drive to the Disney parks with traffic. 13/13 recommend!!

We had a really good stay. The house was as listed and my granddaughters loved the pink princess 'explosion' room as they called it. The pool is a perfect size for kids and adults. We did not need the heat as it was hot that week and the pool was refreshing. The hosts were very responsive to the messages that were sent. I would stay again.

We absolutely loved this stay! The house is beautiful, the pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the hosts were so personable and friendly. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you can think of to prepare your own meals.Check in was a breeze. This stay was just my husband and I but it would be winderful for a large family also! If I had to put any negative it would be the narrow street and all the cars to navigate around but that really wasnt a big deal. It was easy to get to the theme parks which is what was most important.Hope to stay here again!

Kip and Nen’s place was very welcoming and my family enjoyed our stay. We appreciated all the amenities and the kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed. We spent time at Disney and the drive to the parks was great. We would stay again.

Beautiful

Highly recommended! Beautiful villa and lots of room!! We had 10 people in our group and the size of the house was perfect! Pool area is great for kids and adults! Lots of sitting around the pool. Fully furnished for us for the week. Very clean and no issues at all. We would stay there again if we come back to the area. Easy to get into and not far drive to stores. Again, highly recommend this villa!

Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very spacious and probably the most well-stocked house we’ve stayed in. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults to enjoy on our down days. We hope to come back sometime. We highly recommend this house!

Family Fun

The owners were very friendly and accommodating for any request and questions. Communication was easy and they responded within minutes! They left a welcome packet and little gifts for our stay. It was so nice and truly felt like friends welcoming us into their home. We took our teenage and adult children on vacation here as a blended family bridal trip. The house was welcoming, beautifully laid out, and very roomy. Everyone (8 total) had room to be alone when we wanted and to hangout together comfortably. The house was moderately clean and fully stocked with cleaning supplies, hygiene products in each bathroom, hair dryers and curling irons, extra hangers, towels for the bathrooms AND beach/pool, “refill containers” for a wide range of various attractions, strollers, highchair, pack’n’play, crib in the master suite, and lots of pool toys! The pool was too warm for us (personal preference) when we got there but the owner stopped by first thing the next morning (we notified them late in the evening) to adjust it. The pool got a little gross around the end second day but 1 phone call and the owner had it cleaned and the chemicals adjusted IMMEDIATELY with a sincere apology for the oversight and inconvenience.Things to note: -Downstairs bedroom is an access point directly to the pool via the bathroom. Very convenient for using the restroom during pool time without having to go through the home. -Game garage is not A/C but has fans-Laundry room cleaning tools

The house was a nice layout and for a fee you can get the pool heated. The hot tub is nice and hot! Great after long days at Disney. location wasn’t super close but not crazy far either. Host didn’t respond to our request for more towels but was otherwise a good experience
