Host was accommodating and quick to respond to all concerns. Home was very comfortable and since it was Christmas everything was perfect for 6 adults and two children, one 9 and one 4.

Perfect location

The property is a lovely 5 bedroom 5 bathroom villa with its own pool and games room. We stayed here very comfortably with 5 adults and 3 children. It's the perfect location for doing the Disney and universal parks. Lots nearby in terms of shopping and restaurants. The host was so informative and happy to help with our queries. All in all a fantastic place to stay

Kiwi’s Retreat

Lovely house in the excellent Solterra resort. Exactly as described, clean and host communication was superb.

Great spot for the family

Beautiful house in a great location. Lots of comfortable space for sleeping and relaxing, pool area was well kept and we enjoyed the morning sunshine! Great property management, lots of communication and check ins ! Would highly recommend. 30 mins from Disney

Wonderful Home Away From Home

The property is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Our entire family (both old and young) had a great time in the "Game Garage" with the pool table, air hockey and Pac Man. The pool was clean and our family enjoyed relaxing on the back patio every evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and cozy. We were beyond pleased with our stay.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We enjoyed the pool area and dined in the outside dining area most nights. The management was always quick in their response to our questions. Highly recommend.

Amazing villa

This property was nothing short of amazing. The check in process was quick, the house was exceptionally clean. Very well maintained property. The pool and spa was heated to temperature as advertised. House is big and cozy. The game room was a great addition for adults and children. Very quiet area with plenty of privacy. The host was very responsive in answering emails, you always had a reply within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook in the future.

Excellent Escape

Overall, we had a great week at the home! It was very clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve. The layout was great for two families, with two master suites (one on each floor). Although we got lucky with unseasonably warm weather, we had paid to have the pool heated and the temperature was perfect. The host was extremely communicative and responsive. Check in was easy and we even got to check in a couple of hours early, which was helpful The backyard backs up to a pond, which is nice for privacy and views. Neighborhood is full of families …lots of people around. Community area and pool is great. Only note: traffic can be very bad getting in and out if resort at peak times. We were there at a very busy week so it was a bit crazy at times!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kiwi's Retreat! We had four adults and six kids with us and there was plenty of room. The rooms were really nice and spacious. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom on the ground floor and we had plenty of room for our clothes and a nice walk in closet. The beds were really comfortable and the shower had a lot of water pressure, which was nice. The pool was nicely laid out and there was plenty of room to lounge around and enjoy the sun. We were glad to get the pool heated in March and the kids basically lived in it the whole trip. The community pool was pretty cool with a lazy river and water slide. It was pretty busy when we went and they do have a capacity limit so getting there early is important or may have to wait to get in. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly consider staying there in the future. Devon was really responsive to any inquiries we had. I would certainly recommend staying here if you want a relaxed vacation in the Orlando area.

Youth Nationals Soccer at ESPN Wide World of Sports

We were in the Orlando area to attend my grandson's Youth National soccer games. Temperatures were in the high 90's all week, so the pool was appreciated! The home was located in a well maintained subdivision. The soccer fields and Disney were reasonably close. The home was absolutely wonderful with a perfect layout. First floor had a large bedroom suite (King), open kitchen/living room, formal dining room, washer/dryer, 1/2 bath and the garage was converted into a game room. Second floor had another living room, another bedroom suite (King), a bedroom with a queen bed with a Jack & Jill full bathroom that connected to a bedroom with 2 twin beds (Star Wars theme), a bedroom with 2 twin beds (Nemo Theme) and a full bath just outside of the Nemo room. The pool was accessed by patio doors off of the living room. There is an alarm that sounds when the door opens which is a safety feature for guests with young children (a FL requirement for short-term rental homes). We pushed a button on the alarm each time we went to the pool and returned into the home. Devon was accommodating and responded timely.

Florida vacation

We enjoyed our yearly Florida vacation trip. I have several positives about this house. The layout of the house and roominess is very nice. Quite a few things to do in the game room of the garage. The pool is a decent size and we enjoyed swimming each day. The location of this house is in a gated area and we felt pretty safe. A few things to pass on to new tenants. Although the owner of this home was very attentive to any issues that we had, some things would have made our stay nicer. Upon our arrival at the gate. Our name was not on the list for our rental. Apparently someone forgot to let them know and we had to call back with information at a later time to get our pass to get in. I did not give this house a five star for cleanliness because the carpets were dirty and the house just needed a thorough dusting. The kitchen did not have potholders and wash rags, but and order was placed and they came a couple days later. The pool area could have also used a good cleaning. Cushions on the lounge chairs were filthy and a whole through some of the weaving. I guess you will have these things from tenants, but we do pay a cleaning fee. A few things that could make this stay nicer would be to update kitchen pans. Air conditioner in the garage did not get cold so it made the garage quite hot to use. It would be nice to have a few extra bath towels, so you don’t have to run the wash so often. The grill is an extra charge and small for a house listed for 10 people. Not worth the $.

Great Place

Very nice place. The pool water was heated to the perfect temperature. We used the outdoor furniture extensively, and it was comfortable. We ate several meals on the outdoor table. The only minor i conveniences were that the retractable awning remote didn't work (the manual crank worked fine), and several remotes needed new batteries. I would definitely stay here again
