Excellent Experience!

The host’s description of the property and resort were accurate with no negative surprises. Home was very cozy, CLEAN, quiet, and the AC worked amazingly well. Decor was very tasteful and my autistic adult daughter found the place sensory friendly. The hosts had coffee and a few other extras available upon arrival and with us arriving at night that was very well received. Communication was very expedient and house instructions were clear and precise. This was definitely a place I’d stay again next time we’re in the area. Resort staff was very courteous and quickly responsive to any of our needs. Pool was beautiful and not overly chlorinated. It got busy but the other people there were all friendly and security kept things in great order in the neighborhood and resort. We’re already missing the Snazzy Crib and we just left.

Not so comfortable

Beds were very uncomfortable mattresses are very thin Upstairs bureau was so flinging that if you blew on it, it was about to fall on you. Microwave was a little dirty. Also neighborhood was pretty nice.

Amazing host and great little resort!

The host was very easy to get a hold of. Place has everything you need inside and beds were comfortable. The resort pool and bar was amazing! Felt like an all inclusive resort.

Very outdated

The carpet upstairs had stains and is very very worn, couch had stains, stove was missing an eye. The property was not open for swimming, arcade , spa or ice cream shop for our entire visit… very disappointing! The owners were very sweet and responsive but the place definitely could use some work.

Wonderful in every way!

We had the best time!! Everything was perfect and super kid friendly. This home is lovely, very clean and the owners went out of their way to make traveling with kids easy. The kids didn’t want to leave! The owners were great to work with. We hope to book another stay for spring break!

Florida stay

We recently visited Florida with our children who had never been. It was unfortunately a heat advisory a couple of the days we were there and my children really did not want to do anything with the exception of swimming, you will want to plan to drive to the pool area as it is quite a walk in the heat. The area was definitely resort like, the pool was clean, water temp refreshing, you can bring blow up devices and luckily there were pool noodles in the home for use! House temp was comfortable, the owners included information on use of everything in the house! The house was very clean! More than enough silverware and utensils for cooking! Publix is right around the corner and wal mart was a short drive! We were quite pleased with our stay especially our children !

Served our purpose

I must start out by saying Esther was the sweetest host I’ve ever dealt with. She accommodated us with an early check in as well as check in on us the next morning to make sure everything was ok. The community was very cute and even though the pool was more convenient to drive rather than walk the pool area was amazing. All staff there was very friendly. The condo itself is in need of some updates. The furniture is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The couch in the living room is small and feels like cardboard. There were minimal cooking utensils as well as dish ware to accommodate the 5 of us. The beds were hard too and not “firm” hard. Disney was also about a 25 min drive not 15 min and that is not during traffic time. None of these things were deal breakers for me I would just suggest changing that in description as well as doing some updates to the condo and furniture. We had a nice stay and again thank you for being an excellent host!

Better out then in

Overall the property itself was clean and easy to navigate, once we understood how to work the thermostat and spoke with the owners about some issues with the shower that were quickly resolved once we brought them to their attention. The property didn’t match our expectations of what we paid for and for that reason alone we would probably not stay there again. The amenities including the pool and arcade were good for our children just a bit of a jog because the unit is located on the back end of the property but not too far a drive in a vehicle. We spent three days in Orlando and tried to spend as much time away as we could to lessen the blow of coming back to the unit.

When I got into the townhome I expected 3 bathrooms and not 2 1/2. The sink in the master bathroom was draining slow and the toilet after you flushed it would still run. The beds were very foam and uncomfortable as they were not very thick. The Wi-Fi for snazzycrib did not work however we did get it to work. I was called by the owner on Sunday evening while on vacation in Disney asking to plug the Wi-Fi on the queen bedroom and then received a text to remind me and then got a phone call at 11pm that same night, also received a Vrbo message twice and another phone call the next day at 930am and received a text that they wanted spectrum to come and advised that I would not be there and they understood, however could not understand why they were so insistent about the Wi-Fi and did figure out why after, they needed access to the nest thermostat. I do not like to sleep in a room that is in the 70’s and would set the thermostat to 65 and would wake up to it being around 70 asked the other two adults in the party and they noticed the same thing. I thought the pool would be near by but to walk there would be 15minutes also in order to use the lazy River you need to buy yourself ur own tube or a tube from the resort for $14. The garbage barrel outside was also 95% full and had to notify the owners via VRBO about the barrel being overflowing. I definitely would not stay here again.

It is Well!!!

It is Well!!! The "Snazzy Crib" is well-appointed, equipped, and furnished! We have family in the area and stayed at other properties. However, the layout could have been more thoughtfully put together, like the Snazzy! For example, most do not have TVs/a variety of channels in every room, dark-colored towels/bedding available (so I do not have to feel bad for leaving hair or other beauty product residue). A lot of aesthetics, like the trendy sinks, marble top dining table, and workspace nook. There is room for a large family. We like the king-size bed, but it may be firm for some. The snacks came in handy after an airplane trip in between meals. Parking for two vehicles was helpful when the family briefly gathered for our track to Disney. The digital guidebook is a great tool. The resort community is quiet and close to theme parks, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. We will stay longer next time to enjoy the amenities at the resort. The staff was super friendly. Equally phenomenal is the communication style and response of Esther and Stevenson! They came across as warm, caring, and flexible--we had to reschedule, including requesting an early check-in, and both were graciously approved. Our vacation went very well, so be sure to book here immediately!
