Bonus Game room includes Pool Table large 50"TV with Cable TV service, plenty of space for a great family game night. 1 King Master Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms , 3 Bathrooms, Wifi, washer dryer, all towels, utensils, linens included. Fenced back yard, screened lanai and Pool/Spa area, 24/7 management support availible., grill at pool side. soccer pitch,basketball court,tennis court as well as a childrens play area all in walking distance in community. Just a 2 minute drive to the super market and all shopping and restaurants.Five minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World is a 15 minute drive.Indian Creek is an excellent location west of Disney near Margaritaville in the sought after Formosa Gardens area of Kissimmee. It's a quiet spot away from the traffic of hwy 192 but still very close to everything.

the spa and pool were great, loved the heat! if you prefer a quiet outdoor experience, this is not for you, there is a lot of road noise, but it didn't bother me, wasn't noticeable in the bedrooms, and barely noticeable while watching TV in the evenings. overall it was a great stay.

Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting the area parks. It is very close to Disney, and a reasonable distance from Universal. Everything was as promised. We had one minor issue come up while we were there, and the responsiveness to address the issue was perfect. Hot tub and pool were just what we were looking for to relax before and after long days in line for rides. I'd highly recommend!

Close to theme parks

This property is perfect for a family heading to the Disney parks! Very clean and family friendly!

So close to Disney

House was very comfortable and so close to parks and needed essentials. Made for very easy travel back and forth and no hassles with gates at night.

Great house, great location.

This property is only 15 minutes from all Disney parks. About 30min from Universal. 5 min from the huge Walmart, and tons of other stores. Great property!

Nice house close to Disney

House was in a quiet neighborhood close to Disney, no backed up security gate at the end of the night like other neighborhoods. Gave us plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our trip. Ken was very helpful and responsive.

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location

Great communication with our host, Ken. Very easy to get any questions answered. We stayed an extra day it was so nice. 5 adults and one child under 1, there was more than enough space. We will certainly try to book again.

Loved our stay. Apartment has everything you need and we really enjoyed the Pool/Spa. Great location, close to 192 restaurants, shops, Supermarkets (Walmart, Target, Publix). We would definitely stay here again. Only small thing was that it says checkout before 11.00 am and we were planning on staying until nearer 11.00 am as our flight wasn't until 6.00 pm but our cleaners turned up at 10.10 am. They said we could stay while they cleaned but it felt very awkward and we were just finished getting ready so we left. Best to change time on here to 10.00 am or tell cleaners it's 11.00 am :)

Great Vaction

Everything about the stay was great, game room, pool and living was a thrill for everyone. The only downside was how unbelievably hot the rooms were, the curtains were thin and had no coverage so lots of heat entered the rooms. Could barely sleep with how hot it was. But regardless everything else smooth and provided the family with fun, just wish we weren’t dying of heat.

Good location / Good space

Great location and space for a large family. Pool was not warm enough and could have used a better cleaning before we arrived however space was great for a large family and game room is great. Suggest getting another chair for the living room.

The only problem we had was the bed was too high in the master bedroom and toilets were low. Also the furniture in the living room is old and worn.

Perfect Rental

This home was perfect for my family of 4 on our recent trip to Disney (it could have held many more people too)! We had a lot of activities planned throughout the week, and canceled pretty much everything except our park tickets in favor of lounging at the pool. The property is private, close to everything, CLEAN, and very well maintained. We have been to the area a lot of times and this is easily the nicest rental with the most convenient location to the park that we’ve experienced. We would give it 10 stars if we could!! :)

Indian creek villa

This a a lovely villa. Indian creek is our fav place to stay. This was our first visit to this villa. We met Ken who was really lovely and any queries we had were promptly dealt with. The only minor point I would make is that a few of the basics(in my mind) were missing so I bought things like T Towels, grater, large jug to hold liquids. Could maybe do with a couple of pots as we cooked in and had guests for a few days but got by ok. It is a really lovely villa and was a very comfortable stay and we hope to return again. Dinsey Trip

Fantastic stay at Kens Villa. Just as described. It is only a few miles from Disney but Disney traffic is ridiculous.Villa was in Windsor Hills area which was a loveky residential quiet area just outside the mayhem of Disney and we appreciated the home from home feel as we stayed for 16 days The pool was nice and warm Bedrooma were spacious with plenty of storage.Kitchen was light and airy. My only grumble was lack of wine glasses and better pots and pans, serving dishes as we cooked daily in villa.The games room was great, we all loved the pool table.The villa is 40 mins walk from Wallmart and a Starbucks ( we did the walk ) And a short drive from Publix ( a great supermarket)So location for us was perfect Ken was fantastic in communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .If you want a clean, light and airy villa thats close to Disney this is perfect Thank you for your hospitality Reena

Great house close to everything

We arrived and had no problem entering the property. Ken was very responsive with a issue we had and helped us resolve that day. The house was clean and the kichen well stocked with all kitcheny things we needed while we were there. The pool and hot tub was clean/warm and well loved by all. The game room was a hit with the husband and the kids. The "welcome home" binder had all the property info regarding wifi and garbage pickups in it. Will try to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Relaxing vacation house

Location was close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. The house was a good size for our large group. Everyone had room to spread out between the comfy living room, multiple dining tables, 4 bedrooms and the game room. Laundry machines were a great size and seemed brand new. The kitchen was also a good size with lots of counter space though it could use more cookware better suited to guests cooking for large groups. We also greatly enjoyed the pool and spa. The only negatives were that the pool roughed up and cut our feet several times and the freeway is quite loud, so you have to talk loud outside to hear each other. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool though. We would definitely stay here again.
