We had an excellent stay at this property. Communications with the host were prompt and polite. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Beds were very comfy. Lots of parking. We loved Storey Lake’s clubhouse too.The house is in great location - close to Disney, Universal & other tourist attractions.

Over all the house was good and had a good value. Big enough for 10 people. Some pillows were a bit hard but other that that the house was good.

This was a great property for us. We enjoyed all the room that the house provided. It was cool outside, so we did not use the pool area, It was a great stay.

Great for what we needed!

Our stay was good. The house was spacious, and it was an end unit. We did not hear our neighbors at all and there was plenty of parking. The host had great communication and all the staff on property was polite and helpful. I appreciated being away from all the attractions so we did not have to deal with traffic when getting food or going to nearby stores.

House was nice, larger than expected. Gate access was a little bit of a pain, as you had to call main gate to access the back gates. Would book again

Really liked the ability to spread out and have our own spaces. I liked having acces to laundry units and multiple bathrooms. The house was set up nicely.

Perfect for Epcot

We loved the location and the place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. There is a small pool, but a short walk to the community pool. Definitely get there early... It gets busy, but floating on the lazy river with relaxing. Overall I would highly recommend.

Great location

We were so impressed with this property. The shuttle service to the club water park was quick and convenient. property manager was great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. The area was very quiet and relaxing.

We wanted to make my mother in laws first Thanksgiving in Florida memorable. We were able to host a Thanksgiving feast to go down in the books. We were comfortable not crowded and felt like we were at home. Thank you

True to what it says

This was my first time booking a property through VRBO so I was leary. But Julian with his quick responses to my questions made me feel comfortable. I was very shocked to see how true to the pictures the place was. Clean and very roomy. The area was quiet and we all felt safe. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Julian for your hospitality!

Wonderful property!

Beautiful property very easy to get in and out of. Property was clean except for the pool. Play place for a group of friends and our family! Does need a little bit of maintenance in some areas. Nothing major! You’ll love your stay.

Family vacation from Wisconsin

Very nice home in a great location. We were very disappointed that there was no heat available in the house pool. We were unable to use the pool the entire visit. We would not have booked here if we knew that it didn’t have a pool to use as we were traveling with children.

Joyful Home ReviewThe community is nice and quiet, with plenty of parking. We loved the bridge off the back of the house and even watched an alligator chilling outside.The house is big, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. It could use some TLC, which we expect from a rental—but cleanliness was the real issue. The floors were unbelievably sticky (you could hear your feet pulling up), the vents were dusty, and the corners needed attention. The towels didn't smell dirty, just not fresh.The bigger problem was communication. Julian, the owner, asked how many cars and drivers we'd have. We replied, yet the guard house wasn't expecting us, and the QR code we were supposed to have never came. When we messaged Julian with questions, concerns, and photos, he never replied. There was even an open bag of Takis behind the Bluey bed when we arrived—I vacuumed it up myself. The only message we got was a canned note the night before checkout about tidying up and a discount for extra days. After three days, that's it?Worst of all, we believe someone entered the house while we were at the parks on day two—the hose was in the pool and the back screen door was unlocked, and we didn't leave it that way. We know it isn't our house, but all our belongings were inside and we should have been informed. Completely unacceptable.

THE COVE

First things first, thanks to the host. Probably the most patient person in that city for a lot of questions that were not necessary. LOCATION/Location!!! Perfect place for your base of operations going to different areas or theme parks. We went to Discovery Cove and Disney Springs. The size of the house was perfect for 9 people and could have had 3 more. One bedroom was not used. Pool was small and so we used the pool on property which was a walk to get to but easy to get into. It had two pool bars inside and a lazy river. Two things to note: When you arrive, arrive when the hosts tells you too. The door lock is set for 4 PM on the dote. Second thing, bring toiletries and wash cloths. The house supplies towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. If you are going to stay over two nights bring dish detergent and stuff to wash clothes. The house did not have that. The house is a little dated, beds squeaked, chairs squeaked but overall condition was outstanding. All appliances worked and the day we packed up we were sad to leave. Excellent location for families

Overall our stay was very good, property was excellent, just a couple communication hick-ups. The house was wonderful, plenty of room for all 13 members of our two families. Upon arrival there was a check-in kit of extra garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee filters, two laundry pods, and a few more convenience items. There was a extra twin size mattress under one of the beds with extra blankets in the closets. Two pack-n-plays are available. There were a variety of pillows types on the beds so all of us were able to find our preferred type of pillow. There was plenty of beach towels provided and a container of sand toys my family used when we went to the ocean. The Story Lake property is very nice, the pools and lazy river were fun and they were all heated. The pool in the Lanai is not heated. There was an ice cream truck that drove around everyday. The hick-ups; Was told check in information is emailed 24 hours in advance, was sent closer to 20 hours, not a big deal. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. eastern time, the code for the door did not work until 5:00 p.m. I believe it was a time zone issue. There was a communication issue between the owner and the clubhouse one day, but the issue was resolved quickly. This was our first VRBO rental and were not sure what to expect. We were very happy with our experience and would stay here again.

Great for extended family!

Julian communicated information/ instructions weĺl and in a timely manner. He was very responsive when we had questions, even bringing us glassware when I mentioned that those were in short supply and asking if there was anything else we might need. The pool was serviced weekly by polite professionals. Washer, dryer & dishwaher all worked well, but tend to be a bit loud for those sleeping downstairs. Property photos are accurate, furniture was comfortable enough, but showing signs of wear. I slept in one of the King rooms and was impressed by how quiet it was. However, the bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress sagged and could stand to be replaced. There were cleaning supplies provided, along with broom and dustpan. A Swiffer would have also been very useful. There were plenty of toiletries, laundry detergent, etc to get us through until we could get to Walmart, which was less than a 5 minute drive from this home. The community was peaceful and felt secure. The Hideaway Club pool, lazy river and hot tub were well maintained and easy to access. We were provided with a QR code to enter the community... this did not work consistently and there often was a long line to enter between 4&7pm. This is a Storey Lake issue, not a priblem created by individual Hosts. It can be a significant inconvenience unless you plan around those busy gate times. The location was very convenient to everything one might need or want to do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for all.
