Better in person

While scouring through the many homes listed. My wife and I seen a home that was beautiful in pictures and thought this looks like it will be perfect for us. The open space setup between kitchen, dining and living rooms were just what we were looking for to have everyone together. The theme in the home was delightfully selected to help give you that vacation feel. The hosts were always in communication with us every step of the way. Location of this property keeps you close to all attractions you can handle. I highly recommend this home, check it out for yourself because to me it was better in person.

West coast to East coast!

Perfect place for our family to stay, have their own room, refreshing pool and easy location to find! It was very nice to read the description of the property and it was actuate. We adventured to Cocoa Beach, Universal, and Clearwater Beach. Great central location to so many Florida fun spots.

Perfect Disney Homebase

Plan your Disney days to be early morning, then enjoy the 15 min drive back to AC and a pool, then go back for late afternoon/evening. Game changer. House is perfect. Well maintained and super hospitable. Would stay here again no questions asked!

Nice Staycation

Clean home with a wonderful pool. The pool was amazing and the reason we chose this home. Having a hot tub was an extra bonus. The home was equipped with all the things you see in the listing. Owners respond quickly to any questions. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. They were great with quick communication and the home was spotless. It was an easy place to stay with three kids and it was a very easy drive to Disney. The heated pool was amazing! I would happily go back here for another vacation.

Fantastic Trip

This place had everything you could possibly need for a week! We added some groceries and would of never of had to leave if we didnt go out for adventures! The house is beyond nicely decorated and perfect for the little ones and teens with the themed rooms! The location was quiet yet close to all the hustle and bustle! Would 1000% stay again!

We were disappoint in the condition of the house, as in dirty rugs and baseboards but had good communication with the host about it. We know it was beyond their control and has since been rectified. Very nice quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and parks, etc. Very comfortable beds!

Wonderful vacation

We have stayed in many houses in Kissimmee and this home was the best.Pool and hot tub was clean and used everyday.Grandson's enjoyed the rec.room in the garage to do their gaming.Location was convenient to food,groceries and all the parks.Had everything we needed

Great home away from home!

Our family of 6 just returned from a trip to Disney resorts. This property was just as advertised and provided everything we needed during our trip. The hosts were very pleasant to work with and had great communication. We recommend this property for any family looking for a place that is comfortable and feels like home. Wonderful Family Vacation Home

My family loved this vacation home. It is spacious with ample room for a multi-generational family. The amenities (lots of towels, bedding, kitchen appliances, etc.) were great. Everyone had their own bathroom, which felt like a big bonus. Lots of closet space to put luggage away and enjoy house clutter free. The game room was a great space for kids to play. The pool and spa were amazing. The home owner was fabulous to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Everything about this house was excellent. Highly recommend for a family vacation. We look forward to returning and will book back again. Thanks again, Bob and Dawnmarie. We had the best time.

Great property and management

We had a wonderful stay and it is clear the owners care about making it a great place to stay. The beds were really comfortable! The home was incredibly clean and there were so many thoughtful details about the home. From the bedside chargers, books, , helpful binder on the area, custom coasters and decor we felt really welcome. The communication with the owner was extremely responsive and though there were a few hiccups with the amenities, all was resolved and we had a great stay.

Back again & great like always!

We have stayed here several times now! We love this house, its location, amenities & property managers. We enjoy the patio/hot tub after some long Disney days. Can’t beat all this house has! Our toddler loves they have awesome kids bedrooms & a toy section in living room! Makes life so much easier on us packing and making sure she’s happy. House has lots of space & beds are super comfy! Will be back again!

Great Escape

While in town to attend a family function, this home provided the comfort and amenities my family needed in a mini vacation. We wish we could have stayed longer, and will be booking again in the future. The owners and property management team were friendly and helpful with any questions that arose.
