This property is amazing. It is very spacious and was very clean. We didn’t have any issues with the pool heat or using the grill. The only suggestion I have for the property is to upgrade the amenities inside. The pool table is loose and the shuffleboard table has YEARS of wear and has a bunch of scratches and chips. It’s almost too bad to use. Doesn’t make sense to not replace the old when the rate is close to 3k a week. Other than that, good house.

The property is nice. Easy access. Communication was excellent between myself and property management. Upon arrival hose was clean there was a strong smell in the 1st room’s bathroom and there were lots of air fresheners present so I assume they were aware of the smell. I communicated my issue and it was addressed promptly didn’t have a with that afterwards. The pool was not clean upon arrival, we weren’t able to use for 2 days but it was addressed no issues communicating with that either just a little disappointing as kids were bummed a little. Also the carpet is filthy, You guys should really replace the carpet. Your white socks will be black in 20 mins if you don’t wear. Carpet does have smell but not noticeable unless your close to floor. Other than that there weren’t issues. We enjoyed ourselves in this home. Lots of space, kids had a great time.

Perfect golf trip house

Great stay for our friend group. Close to lots of golf courses and Disney. House was in great shape and spotless. Communication was seamless. Gated community, we felt very secure. Gates were some time a hassle but no an issue overall. Would definitely recommend

Not as advertised

This is the fourth property my golf friends and I have stayed at in the Champions Gate area. The games were mostly non-functioning. Foosball table but no soccer balls, air hockey but no pucks, pool cues broken and pool balls chipped... none of the games were usable. Other things just weren't the same as other places we have stayed -- no hooks to hang towels, towels were old and ratty, etc.. I left a jacket behind, and messaged the staff to let them know where it was in the home - they said the cleaning staff didn't find anything. Just not true. We won't stay at this place again.

Reviews on line are very misleading

Place needs updated. Carpet is really disgusting. We seen roaches running on kitchen counter. When I reported it I was told they spray once a month. It rained one day and the room on first floor was dripping water all day. We had to put pans down. Reported it and was told the would call a roof company. None of our issues were taken care of during our stay. Also, mold in the room that leaks water. Plus other areas in this house had mold on windows. Would not stay at this place again.

Communication was stellar

Everytime I had to communicate with the host the responsiveness was prompt and helpful. I hate to be a bother but they were friendly and always provided me with options. The home was as expected with subtle differences with the design of the seating chairs in the living room but other than that it was a great experience had by all.

Fun and roomy!

This home has something for everyone to do! There was a variety of games for the kids and the adults to enjoy! The hot tub and the pool was enjoyable! Our favorite part of the house was the theater room! Communication was great with the property owner. The hot tub did malfunction on one of the days but once we made them aware of the issue, they had someone out to fix it quickly and we were back to enjoying it again! We would definitely stay here again!

No Complaints

The house and community is perfect. The house is in a gated community which gave us an added layer of security. The house was laid out perfectly for our big group. The movie theater, game room and pool/jacuzzi meant we did not need to leave the house for anything. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the adults got some much needed rest and relaxation. We absolutely loved it.

Wonderful house- will stay again!

The place was amazing!! The entire family loved it… from the games to the pool to the theater! We will definitely stay again. ❤️ The property manager, Albert was super responsive on every inquiry we had once checked in- even at 11pm at night for the heating of the hot tub. It took about 30 mins to feel it getting warm which I didn’t expect… but it was good to go after that. This was the BEST experience thus far with a rental house I have had. I recommend 10/10!!

Great Vacation!

Our family had an amazing time! The home was very clean, well stocked with kitchenware and plenty of start-up papergoods. The decor was lovely, with comfortable beds and furniture. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fantastic games room and home theater! We even had an opportunity to enjoy the Championsgate pool and lazy river. This home did not disappoint and we look forward to returning again!

The house was beautiful, clean, plenty of amenities and more than enough bedrooms space for family of 8 . Wish we have more time to spend in the house as we were out at the theme parks. Located in nice neighborhood and good view of golf course. Everything exceeds our expectations except for the pool, water was cloudy from previous occupants.

Perfect, Fun Place

Amazing Stay

Check in and out was easy. We never had to wait in line to get through the gate like other rentals we have stayed at. The home is spacious and gives room to spread out. We really enjoyed the theater room. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. If you plan on cooking a lot while there I would big some of your own pots and pans. The ones provided are small and not a good set. I normally bring my own but didn’t plan on cooking this trip. After a couple days in the park this changed, we needed a home cooked meal. The store is really close if you need groceries. They provided a nice start up of supplies so you don’t have to rush to the store right away. The traffic on 4 can cause a delay so leave a little earlier than the time you want to get to the parks. We went to Legoland, Disney, and Universal and the drive was all under an hour with traffic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from them again.

Beyond Expectations

Our stay at this property was all around nothing like you would expect. Most of the time the pictures do not match what is being advertise, but this time the pictures matched and more. Our kids and grand parents enjoyed the entire house. We rarely left the house unless we needed food. If you plan on staying here make sure you have all the movies picked out. The club house was the icing on the cake. The food was amazing and the pool and arcade was so much fun. We will be staying here again next year.

Best Property we ever stayed at!

If you haven’t booked a place yet then stop right now and book this property. Not only is it beautiful but a lot of very smart things were done. Two to note 1) the upstairs has two game rooms rather than having them be in the garage. This made it easier to watch the little kids and keep everyone together. 2) The theater room is what they converted the garage into. It has its own AC which gets the room to a perfect temperature in a few minute. The theater system itself is very high quality and the recliners are top of the line. We were in Orlando to go to Disney but every day the kids just wanted to get back to the house. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The chemicals were checked every morning by the management company. We also were surprised how much the house blocked outside noise. We’ve stayed in VRBOs in Orlando and usually it is easy to hear your neighbors but it wasn’t here. Now, all of the above you may find at other properties if you look hard enough but what I don’t think you’ll find is a management company who cares as much about their guests as this one does. Albert checked in with us often to see how things were going. When we asked questions we’d get a response within minutes. We even needed a new ironing board and iron and they had them both there in an hour. You really need to book now before someone else does.
