House was great, had some issues like breakers blowing, some chairs needed repair, pool guy turned stuff off and forgot to turn back on, Reunion people were great! Immediate response and doing everything they could to get things fixed. The biggest problem is that we were already in a gated community and “Bears Den” decided to gate their section, installed a gate at both entrances then they kept refusing us entry, said we were not on the list. After much work from reunion staff they finally got us added to the list. Gate keeper wanted to argue with us that we weren’t allowed in. Why do you need to gate a community within a gated community? Gate was very frustrating especially after arguing for over 45 minutes with the gate keeper and they refused access to a reunion security guard!
